"We recently stayed at this resort hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the amenities—from the pool to the common areas—were impressive and well-maintained. However, we were quite disappointed to return to our room after housekeeping had been in, only to find the door left open. This raised serious concerns about security and left us feeling uneasy. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but it’s something management should seriously look into. Also, while the breakfast buffet was decent, the variety was limited. For a resort of this caliber, we expected more options to choose from. In summary, it’s a nice place with great staff and facilities, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to security and food offerings."

The water park was a big hit with our son, who had an absolute blast. There’s also a massage center, which was wonderfully relaxing, and a lovely canopy area for tour inquiries and bookings. Whether you’re into golf, relaxing by the beach, or enjoying a delicious dinner by the water, there’s something for everyone here. 8. Dinner with Fire Dance: Dining at the resort’s beachfront restaurant was a magical experience. Not only did we enjoy fantastic meals, but we were also treated to a mesmerizing fire dance performance as we dined. It added such a special touch to the evening. 9. Fantastic Staff: Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. Kent, Arvin, and Susan, especially, were always so humble, kind, and smiling, even when we had late-night requests for dinner or drinks. Their hospitality truly made us feel like family. 10. "Everything was just amazing... It was a luxurious hotel that felt like staying in heaven. To be honest, the food was a bit mediocre (lol), but other than that, it was perfect! It was a bit inconvenient that we couldn't get a taxi because it was an island, but the hotel staff were very helpful and made our stay comfortable!"

"We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Zuri Resort Coron. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, relaxing, and well thought out. We stayed in a Family Room with two queen beds and bunk beds built above them, and our kids loved it — it was spacious, fun, and perfect for families. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond. The resort’s four pools were another major highlight, each offering amazing views of the beach and sunset, making it easy to wind down and enjoy the scenery. We were impressed by the cocktails, food, and buffet selection, which had a wide variety of options that catered to both Filipinos and non-Filipinos. Everything felt fresh and satisfying. Another thing we appreciated was how the resort provided clear details on different activities and tours available around Coron. It made planning our days simple and stress-free. "If you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle and find a paradise, this is the best choice  The whole butler service, any request will be answered in seconds. The hotel is very new and the facilities are very good. There are many lounges where you can relax and play mahjong in the lounge, and it is a high-end electronic mahjong table. Superb haha Facilities: new very beautiful room hidden in the jungle, quiet Hygiene: clean Environment: I like it very much. Tropical jungle. High-end hotel. Walking on the small road. Relax. "The resort was on an isolated island. Took 20-min car ride from the airport and 45-min boat ride from the port to the island. Our room was supposed to be ocean view, just right behind the sunrise villas. Unfortunately, the trees have grown high & hardly can we see the ocean. So best to go to the beach and enjoy the sceneries there. Not worth paying extra, unless it's sunset villa. Breakfast was acceptable, but in-room dining service need improvement. Especially, the cleaning up part. The swimming pool is under maintenance and I thought seafood & sashimi would be good, but nope, which is a bit extra disappointing. However, the general experience was good since the staffs are very nice and polite. We received different types of local snacks daily and turned out the kitchen made Filipinos food better than international ones. For morning hiking to Eagle Point, it's not really worth it, unless you have a drone to have 360-degree view. Intended to rate 3.8/5, but I got to see the sea turtle so 4/5 ~"

"My husband and I celebrated our second year anniversary at Cauayan. We considered other resorts but we have definitely made the right choice. The island is just breathtaking! We were greeted with a warm welcome by the hotel staff and were escorted to our beautiful villa. My husband arranged a private tour of El Nido islands, where we ended up visiting about 7 spots with our guide even acting as our photographer (he took fantastic photos and videos too). In terms of food, the buffet breakfast offered a wide array of food selection. For lunch / dinner, we enjoyed all that we ordered (though some are really very spicy, so take note). The bar staff can concoct amazing drinks as per your mood & whim. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wished I booked a much longer massage. Our stay at the island became so much more meaningful when we witnessed hawksbill sea turtles being released to the ocean….As amazing as all these are, the best part of our stay in Cauayan is the friendly and customer focused staff. They prioritize the customers’ needs, always have a smile on their faces and have just made our stay in El Nido a memorable one. Thank you Cauayan and we will surely return for another amazing experience at your island!"

"This is one of the better hotel in El Nido. The front desk is so attentive and very , very friendly. The pool was under construction but they arranged for us to go swim on Miniloc island which was stunning. The breakfast staff was just as friendly and the food was just absolutely stunning. We will definitely going back to this island as it’s close to restaurants and has a swimmable beach. I would, however, recommend to go into El Nido town to book snorkeling and island hopping tours. It’s was such a great experience. I strongly recommend this place"
