"Service de navette pour et de l’aéroport proposée par l établissement: assez pratique lorsqu’on arrive tard comme nous. Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne. Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte"

Королевский номер действительно королевский, резьба и роспись, как в музеях, ретро мебель, люстры, грандиозно. Очень просторный номер, двуспальная кровать и две односпальные. Нас очень тепло встретили, угостили мятным чаем и печеньем, дали карту медины и рассказали какие места стоит посетить. Очень сытный и красивый завтрак в саду под пение птиц. Бассейн небольшой, но достаточно места и глубины, чтобы плавать. Терраса на крыше тоже прекрасна. Мы очень благодарны сотрудникам риада."

At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place.
