"This hotel is great for families with kids. The water park, slides, and lazy river are all fantastic fun, and there's a free game room too. The food isn't expensive, and it's right next to Terminal 21, which has lots of Western restaurants. This area of Pattaya feels quite safe and well-organized, perfect for traveling with children. The *songthaew* (shared taxi) from Walking Street can drop you off right at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The shower facilities are excellent – hot water comes quickly and has good pressure. The rooftop pool offers amazing sunset views and there's a hot tub for relaxing. On weekends, there are classes available. The only downsides were the bathroom drain, which had a sewer smell. When we first checked in, there was a very strong air freshener smell, but they provided an air purifier which ran all day, and by the second night, the smell was much better. Perhaps changing rooms would have helped, but the room had a nice view, so we decided to stay. Upon check-in, you receive tokens (two per night) which can be exchanged for souvenirs, food, or massages. Booking directly through the official website reportedly gives you more tokens."
