"We really enjoyed our stay, but there are a few nuances worth mentioning.
The hotel boasts an excellent sea view, but it's important to book a sea-view room specifically, as the other rooms face the inner courtyard. The hotel is clean, and the staff is responsive, polite, and clearly tries very hard to please.
The location is away from the main roads in the area. This means taxis can take a while to arrive, and not all drivers are willing to come out here, which also affects the price. However, if you're traveling with children and seeking tranquility, this is the perfect spot.
The sea itself had clean water, but the currents brought a significant amount of plastic, dead fish, and other debris to the shoreline. This was the main downside of our stay. I approached the staff several times during the day to request a cleanup of the beach; they did it once but then seemed to overlook it. This situation seriously impacted our enjoyment that particular day.
Another small issue was with the water heater after we checked in; the shower only had warm water instead of hot. This was resolved by the third day, and we had hot water from then on. We understood it might have been an energy-saving measure, but it was noticeable when several guests on our floor mentioned the same thing.
The hotel positions itself as a 5-star establishment, but in our opinion, it aligns more with a solid 3.5 to 4-star European standard. This is, of course, our subjective view, and others might not even notice these points.
Overall, for the price, this hotel is excellent. Everything else was truly top-notch: the breakfasts, the sea, the sun, the pools, the staff, the cleaning, the cleanliness, the parking, the elevators, the design, and the interiors—I might be forgetting something! It's a place you can and should visit."
