The hotel has a swimming pool, open from 10:00 to 20:00. Parking is available in front of the hotel and is convenient. "The hotel is located in the cozy and quiet Kasha neighborhood. The grounds are small, but the views are just like those in beautiful Pinterest photos. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything you need is there: a restaurant, a lounge area, a pool, and more. We loved the food at the hotel; the portions are large, and the food is delicious and fast. Only the main restaurant is open; the bar and Asian restaurant have been closed since last year, and they haven't removed the menus or signs. When we checked in, we waited about 40 minutes for our room, even though we arrived after 4:00 PM, which is also check-in time. It was clear the room had been cleaned just before we arrived. The renovations were very tired and shabby. We were shocked by the synthetic bedding, which was covered in pilling. The rooms are practically never cleaned. We only noticed the beds being made. There were often not enough towels, the balcony windows were dirty, we only received drinking water once upon check-in, and our eyecups weren't washed; they'll stay that way for the rest of our stay. We ordered two glasses of Prosecco to our room, but they only responded an hour later and brought us just glasses. The staff's English is poor. The only girl in the restaurant who spoke Russian was able to help us with a basic order for an omelet for breakfast. The hotel doesn't have its own beach. It's located on the grounds of another hotel and can be reached by foot (about 20 minutes) or by a convenient shuttle (5 minutes), which runs every hour. Be prepared to climb 300 steps up and down to get to the beach after the shuttle. The water is deep and the stairs lead directly into the water, and the water is incredibly clear! The beach itself has beautiful and comfortable beds, but it's still dirty... there are dirty glasses, napkins and bottles scattered about, and the beautiful mattresses on the sun loungers are completely uncleaned. For a Radisson, this is a very poor hotel and service."

The room turned out to be 10m2. It is impossible for three to live in such an area. The towels were wet. Dear site, please note... you and tourists are being deceived. There are not many rooms like in the photo (I think 2). I did not get any of them. The staff is polite. The breakfast is delicious."

"Excellent hotel! We booked an apartment, we didn’t expect it to be so big! Mini-living room with kitchen, bedroom, wonderful balcony overlooking the mountains and a lemon tree under the window! Breakfast is varied. Everything is so homely) there is a lot of fruit, any wish is fulfilled. The pastries are delicious. It might be a plus for some people to have a Russian-speaking guy at the reception. The location is also awesome. The street is quiet, but at the same time it is open and close to everything, any store. Near the bus station. In general, some advantages)) Thanks a lot!"

"The hotel has a private beach, the scenery is beautiful, you can jump directly into the Aegean Sea! The checkin service is particularly good, because it is three people traveling, paid an extra bed fee and then the front desk brother was super good to upgrade to a super sea view suite. There is no oven or microwave. TV - local, washing machine, but you have to buy the powder yourself There was a cool knife in the kitchen. I came home - bought myself the same one:)"
