"The location is perfect, 5 mins away from the beach, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, the bed, the pillows and the bed linen are super comfy. You should be ready to sleep with the earplugs in, as the Collins avenue is noisy and there is a night club next door."

"The hotel is beautiful. We booked a partial sea view room in the main building, which has a maximum floor of 17. We were assigned a room on the 15th floor, and the ocean was visible diagonally in front of the window. The hotel also has an annex building, which appears to be about 10 stories high. When we booked, the Ocean Front room in the annex was the same price as the partial sea view room in the main building and included three breakfasts. After researching and reading reviews saying the main building was recently renovated and newer, we chose the main building room. The hotel entrance is surrounded by palm trees, and the lobby is quite grand. A path leading to the swimming pool from the side entrance has fountains on both sides, which are beautifully lit at night. The swimming pool isn't large, but it's surrounded by rows of beach chairs. Walking across the pool and out of the hotel leads directly to the beach – incredibly convenient! On our first day, we took photos and played in the water on the beach. The hotel provides dedicated lounge chairs and towels. Sun umbrellas cost an extra $30. After playing for a while, we went back to the hotel pool. Lying on a beach chair listening to live music, with staff offering complimentary snacks like frozen mango chunks, strawberry smoothies, and frozen coconut milk—small portions, but incredibly refreshing—were delightful. Free ice water, sunscreen, and towels were also available by the pool. The next day, I got up early to watch the sunrise on the beach. What I loved most was the hotel's buffet breakfast: $46 per person, $22 for children. Our room included two breakfasts; the selection was vast, and everything was delicious. The fruit was huge—blueberries and blackberries were much larger and sweeter than those in the Bay Area. The melons were also very sweet! Excellent value for money! The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Lincoln Street, perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Miami!"

"The location is absolutely first class! The Lincoln Street, across the street, is bustling. Across the street from the beach! The level of luxury should never be compared to domestic hotels. For an extra charge of 22 knives, bring two cocktails or a beer in the courtyard or under the porch for romance. Standard American hotel breakfast Hotel parking 80 knives. Go to the 16-story large garage next to the parking for 24 hours and 20 knives."

"Overall pretty decent hotel in a great location. For the price, you get what you pay for, the room was in decent condition. The entrance definitely should be more visible as it was hard to find the place… Parking was not ideal as they suggest you park in a paid parking lot $40 a day that’s a 6 min walk from the actual hotel. The rooms were very pretty though and clean, and the service was friendly! Only complaint really is the lack of counter/storage in the ADA king bed room… there is a single sink that you would find in a powder room, with no counter or cabinets. Wasn’t too expensive especially given the close location, so would come back to this hotel. Also, I would say that I wouldn’t visit if you’re looking for a quieter stay as the walls are pretty thin and there were definitely some rowdy late night guests. Thats many places in SoBe though, so was expecting as much."

"It was wonderful having the ocean in your backyard. Pool was amazing especially at night. Room was smaller than we had expected. The location was amazing. Shops and restaurants lined the streets. "

"Very good experience. I will choose this hotel every time I come. It is very convenient to the exhibition hall and the beach, and a few steps to the nearby commercial street. You can cook your own food in the room, and there is a lot of space. I will stay here again next time."

"Really disappointed with this hotel. Be careful with your credit cards, they make unjustified bank charges. They charged me parking fees even though I don't have a car and they were really rude and unconcerned about my complaint. They even hung up on me when I called them on the phone."

"The glass door is poorly soundproofed, the outdoor bar is noisy until midnight, and the pool starts to be cleaned at 7am. How can you expect people to sleep well? I used the old faucet for two days, but I still couldn't tell which direction to turn to get hot water. The winding maze-like stairs made me go up and down the stairs the wrong way after two days. Recommended for people who are interested in archeology."

"the location is good. checking in was ok other then you have to pay for parking in the garage. we had to change our room two times. doing to the fact the bathroom every time we took a shower water got every where and we had to keep cleaning it then mold in the bathroom. then the next room ac didn't work . then day of check out when check out was at 11 we left to go get breakfast and when we came back it was around 9:45am and they were cleaning out our room and felt like we were getting pushed out. i wasn't happy about it at all. the pictures they have of the hotel isn't their hotel it's the hotel next door."
