"No microwave , Staff is not attentive and don’t listen to you. My room was unlocked by someone after I left for work beach. When I came back my room was open without any cleaning. We complaint but no one took care of it. I will Not recommend this hotel"

"The hotel is beautiful. We booked a partial sea view room in the main building, which has a maximum floor of 17. We were assigned a room on the 15th floor, and the ocean was visible diagonally in front of the window. The hotel also has an annex building, which appears to be about 10 stories high. When we booked, the Ocean Front room in the annex was the same price as the partial sea view room in the main building and included three breakfasts. After researching and reading reviews saying the main building was recently renovated and newer, we chose the main building room. The hotel entrance is surrounded by palm trees, and the lobby is quite grand. A path leading to the swimming pool from the side entrance has fountains on both sides, which are beautifully lit at night. The swimming pool isn't large, but it's surrounded by rows of beach chairs. Walking across the pool and out of the hotel leads directly to the beach – incredibly convenient! On our first day, we took photos and played in the water on the beach. The hotel provides dedicated lounge chairs and towels. Sun umbrellas cost an extra $30. After playing for a while, we went back to the hotel pool. Lying on a beach chair listening to live music, with staff offering complimentary snacks like frozen mango chunks, strawberry smoothies, and frozen coconut milk—small portions, but incredibly refreshing—were delightful. Free ice water, sunscreen, and towels were also available by the pool. The next day, I got up early to watch the sunrise on the beach. What I loved most was the hotel's buffet breakfast: $46 per person, $22 for children. Our room included two breakfasts; the selection was vast, and everything was delicious. The fruit was huge—blueberries and blackberries were much larger and sweeter than those in the Bay Area. The melons were also very sweet! Excellent value for money! The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Lincoln Street, perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Miami!"

"Property smelled like mold and the AC in my room wouldn’t cool down my room enough. There was no mention that you needed to check in at the adjacent  property. Also needed to change out my room keys twice"

"A great hotel for beach recreation! Ocean at 100m, Ouche Drive Street only with a bike and pedestrian track. Bicycle rental is free for 1 hour, but not particularly controlled, you can roll more: there are all rolling opportunities, long embankment for dozens of kilometers. The room is chic! Big, with a cup of excellent coffee in the morning. Bed is comfortable, soft, towels can be changed every day, Beach towels are issued free of charge. The balcony is not available, but there is no need. The atmosphere of the holiday!!!"

"Loved the hotel and the amenities. Especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool area, the beach towel and chair being included, and the overall set up of the hotel. Great location, food and drinks. Would highly recommend to others and will happily book another trip here again."

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. It’s very simple and nothing special, and I think the price is a bit high, especially during the holiday season. However, the location is convenient — the beach is very close — and even with the higher price, it was the best option in terms of value. The rooms were clean. The pool was quite dirty, and we didn’t see anyone using it. I would say it’s more of a 2-star hotel, but the proximity to the beach is a big plus. Tip: use the parking near Allison Park Lot P81 — $1 per hour and free from 11 PM to 8 AM. Otherwise, the hotel charges $25 per day."

"The hotel itself was nice — clean rooms, good facilities, and a convenient location that made my stay enjoyable. However, the staff were not very friendly and seemed unwilling to assist unless asked directly, which was disappointing. Check‑in also took longer than expected. Overall, the property is comfortable, but the service could definitely be improved."

"The location is absolutely fantastic! It's not one single building, but rather spread out like a district. If your room isn't facing the street, it's actually completely quiet. You can just step out and find the most charming street-side restaurants. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, and there are some really great coffee shops nearby (especially the one with avocado toast!). The room was a bit small for a large suitcase, and the water pressure for the shower on the first floor was a bit low. Oh, and there's no heating. Despite these points, I still really liked it. Finally, it's self-check-in, so if you have any issues, make sure to contact them via email right away, because there's genuinely no one on site. It's easy to just stand outside feeling confused, but a quick call will clear things right up."
