"This is a newly opened business hotel. The room is a bit small; for instance, the desk and the washbasin are combined, which makes it inconvenient for working. However, the facilities are quite modern, and the water pressure is good. Breakfast is just average; don't expect too much. One issue is that the window soundproofing isn't great, so there's a lot of street noise."

"My recent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Da Nang was generally comfortable and smooth, with the service and dining standing out as particularly impressive. The only minor drawback was the slightly subpar bathroom facilities. The most pleasant surprise was the early check-in. Upon arrival, it was still a while before the standard check-in time, and I expected to wait in the lobby. To my delight, the front desk staff informed me they had a room available after checking, and proceeded to check me in directly. This saved me the hassle of storing luggage and a long wait, allowing me to quickly alleviate travel fatigue. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight of this stay. The variety was extensive, offering both Vietnamese and Western options, catering to different tastes. The Vietnamese pho station made to order was fantastic, with a rich and flavorful broth. Western dishes included a good selection of bread, sausages, and fried eggs. Overall, the taste was decent. The only downside of the accommodation experience was the bathroom facilities. The shower pressure was low and not strong enough, lacking that invigorating feel during rinsing. Even more problematic was the difficulty in temperature control; despite repeated fine-tuning, the water temperature easily became extreme, either freezing cold or scalding hot, severely impacting the comfort of showering. On a positive note, all the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Whether it was the front desk reception, restaurant servers, or housekeeping staff, they would always greet me with a smile. On one occasion, I asked a staff member for directions to nearby attractions, and they not only provided detailed walking and public transport options but also thoughtfully offered a simple map, which was a very warm gesture. Overall, if you can overlook the minor flaw in the bathroom facilities, the Courtyard by Marriott Da Nang is still a good accommodation choice for a trip to Da Nang, thanks to its convenient check-in service, extensive breakfast options, and friendly staff. It's particularly well-suited for travelers who value service experience."

"Staying overnight at Ba Na Hills SunWorld was absolutely the right decision. We arrived at 2 PM, just in time for check-in. The triple room was very spacious, and Mercure's management and service were top-notch. We bought discounted tickets at the hotel front desk, which included a 30% off two-day unlimited cable car pass. After checking in at the bottom of the mountain, a staff member helped with our luggage onto the cable car. Another staff member then helped transport it from the small cart to the hotel lobby – the whole process was incredibly smooth. In the evening, the entire French Village was quiet and safe, making it feel like we were staying in a small European town. The bar on the hotel's basement floor had live music after 9 PM, and before 10 PM, there was a buy-two-get-one-free offer on cocktails or beer with a coupon – such a steal! The price was equivalent to just one drink at a bar in a big city back home. Everyone was dancing and drinking, creating a lively atmosphere. The next day, we managed to revisit the tranquil Golden Bridge before the crowds arrived, and then went back to the Moon Palace for a 4D movie. It was so convenient to avoid the peak tourist hours."

"My personal experience is great! An excellent stay at the hotel. The staffs were great as well; very welcoming and warm as well. They offer you tea upon arriving and the check in was quick, even though I arrived a bit earlier than their check in time. Just one thing: as an introvert, they do ask you to write a review and sometimes it may comes off a bit pressuring, but it’s still understandable and within bounds, so it’s not too bad. As for the cleanliness, I am a bit of a clean freak, so my scale would 3.7/5 but it’s still clean. The reason for that was because the bed sheets were a bit winkled so it made me feel like they didn’t change the sheet(I’m sure they do); I could see the tiny yellow stains on the towel(but they are washed cuz I can smell the laundry detergent). Just a note: i am not sure about other rooms but the water flowed to outside of the bathroom as the water pressure was a lot and it went straight to the bathroom door, where there is no block for water. So just be careful with the shower head. All in all, if you don’t have cleanliness ocd, definitely consider this place. It’s 5 mins to the airport, 10 mins to the beach so it’s pretty close to here and there. If you are solo traveler, you can use grab bikes as it is very convenient. I’d say it’s worth the price and I’d definitely come here again."

"The location is quite nice, 10 mins walk to the Hoi An old town. The room is clean, but the sound-proofing is not okay, we can hear the dog barking outside. The breakfast was great, there are Pho, fried rice, fired spring roll, fruits and also western food. The staff there were very friendly!!"

"Great stay. Check in was smooth. Served promptly with a welcome drink. Hotel catered to specific requests during my booking : ie, room away from lifts. Management sent a whatsapp message abt 30 mins after check in to see how guests are doing. This leaves a way for direct communication, enquires or other requests during the stay. Room is clean. The housekeeping team is one of the best, very particular and service is consistent throughout my 5 day-stay. Always folded my clothes on the sofa, properly tucking away the hairdryer cords, the phone charging wires etc. Very neatly done. Check out was smooth too. Location is great. Walking distance to Han Market and many other touristy streets and areas."

"So amazing experience in this hotel  , the staff from the reception, bellman and the servers in restaurant is very friendly , helpful and hospitable ❤️. The buffet breakfast is so nice and delicious , and the view in the rooftop pool is very beautiful and spectacular . The room was tidy and so spacious . The hotel location is great near in the beach , market , restaurant and spa .  I would back to book and stay again in this hotel ❤️"

"The good thing is that it's quiet, not as noisy as the hotels directly facing My Khe Beach. The downside is that it's a bit out of the way in comparison, the facilities are a bit old, and the service is just so-so. You have to ask the front desk for toiletries, and they're quite slow. Plus, they seem to like giving Chinese guests rooms at the very end of the hall; even if you make a note in advance, it doesn't help – you really need to emphasize it again when you check in."

"Hotel is actually good itself; the breakfast is tasty and satisfying, the view from the roof (it is open) is incredible. Actually you can see almost whole city from there. But: 1. The hotel is FAR from beach (45+ min by foot) 2. The transport system in Danang is ok, but still quite poor. That's it. If you are looking for just a stay and if you plan to rent a motorbike - it is perfect for you. The airport is 15 min long."

"I checked into this hotel last night. Room 2216 had empty shampoo and shower gel bottles in the shower, which housekeeping later refilled. One of the room doors couldn't close properly, and even after maintenance came, they couldn't fix it. I requested a room change to 2317, but upon entering, I found the guest bathroom sink very dirty, the toilet had yellow stains, and there was dust accumulated on the door handle and other areas. After requesting housekeeping to clean it, I subsequently discovered that the master bathroom showerhead had no water flow, the secondary bedroom's AC vent was leaking, and the water from both the guest and master bathroom sinks was a dirty brownish-yellow. I communicated with the hotel's duty manager, and they offered another room change. However, due to travel fatigue, I was too exhausted to move again, so we agreed to address it this morning (December 23, 2025). The next day at breakfast, as shown in the picture below, there were live insects on the food, and the restaurant staff seemed to ignore them. The accommodation and food hygiene provided by this hotel are completely inconsistent with the Wyndham brand standards!"
