"Despite a slightly jarring entrance through a small, dark lane that was quite shocking upon my evening arrival, La Beauteu Boutique Hotel truly impressed me with its prime location right in the Old Quarter and its very reasonable price. My initial apprehension quickly faded once I checked into my room, which I found to be completely satisfying. After a refreshing shower, I was absolutely delighted to discover that the bed was nothing short of excellent, easily rivaling the plush comfort of a 5-star Marriott or Westin standard. It is genuinely rare to find a boutique hotel offering such an attractive price point while delivering this level of bed quality. For anyone seeking to avoid high costs without compromising on a premium sleep experience, I highly recommend this hidden gem."

"First off, the room reeked of renovation fumes, and there was no way to air it out! My throat hurt after just one night. Secondly, on the first day, I found a previous guest's pants hanging in the closet! Although the hotel eventually agreed to refund one night and move me to their only twin room with an openable window after much back-and-forth with the platform, I specifically asked for a thorough cleaning before moving. Yet, I still found a cockroach that had been fumigated! This is my first negative review on Ctrip in years!"

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. It was also quiet at night. The staff were friendly and efficient; check-in and check-out were quick, and they patiently answered all my questions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends for future visits. (Five-star recommendation!)"

"The hotel's location is quite central, which is very convenient for both business trips and tourism. The room facilities are also very clean. The only downside is that parking right outside the hotel lobby is very inconvenient; taxis can only stop on the street outside."

From the moment we arrived, the staff were super welcoming - they greeted me with a lovely welcome tea, which felt so refreshing after a long journey flight. ”It was amazing! For my birthday, I received a birthday cake and a birthday greeting card from the hotel service team.” The room was clean, modern, and cozy, with all the little details that make you feel comfortable. The location is also perfect — right in the city centre, easy to walk to many famous spots around Hanoi."

"The hotel boasts a fantastic location, with everything you need right nearby. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants. I highly recommend exploring the side streets for incredibly delicious food at excellent prices. The hotel service is outstanding, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious, and the amenities are exactly as pictured – top-notch! The bathroom features both a shower and a lovely bathtub. From the bed, you can control all sorts of individual lights, or conveniently turn everything on or off with a single button. Within the hotel itself, you can play poker on the 2nd floor – it's very popular and well-known here, as major tournaments are also held there. External visitors for poker have no impact whatsoever on hotel guests. You'll find the gym and pool on the 6th floor – great for fitness enthusiasts 🤭 I'd like to specially highlight the professional, friendly, and always helpful service at the reception – I'd happily return!"

"We had an amazing stay at Palago Hotel in Hanoi, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. We arrived very late on our first night, and Robert was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though it was late, he helped us order food after our long journey, and we truly appreciated his kindness. He made us feel comfortable right away. We would also like to sincerely thank Lisa, Jenny, Mr. Hieu, Lee, and Rose. Every one of them was so friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Whether it was during breakfast or whenever we needed assistance, they always greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. One thing we will never forget is how the staff helped us after we accidentally forgot to collect a dress from a tailor. They went above and beyond to help us arrange for it to be shipped to us. That level of care and customer service is rare, and we are so grateful. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds and bedding were clean, and everything was well maintained. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Hanoi. Overall, our stay was a perfect 10/10. A huge thank you to Robert, Lisa, Jenny, Mr. Hieu, Lee, Rose, and the entire Palago Hotel team for making our trip so memorable. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Hanoi again, we will definitely stay at Palago Hotel.
