The service was excellent; they even messaged me a few days before to ask about my arrival time. The Asian gentleman who checked us in was super friendly and spoke great English. On our last day, he even helped us book a taxi. The location is amazing – just a short walk around the corner and you're at the fountains!

Our room was overlooking inside the yard. All day round monotonous hum, and it feels louder at night. The room was nice and clean, but the service is soooo slow especially in the restaurant, where we spent more than an hour for breakfast - mostly waiting. The location is good, very nice Chinese next-door. Whole day of our arrival they were cleaning carpets all over the hotel, so there was a chemical smell. the sauna was closed, and the gym in the basement is 10sq.m The checkout time is 11. The bed is good and I could recommend this place for a sleepover if you can tolerate the hum. Probably there is no hum in the rooms overlooking the street.

The room size is OK, the design is good, but it is a bit dark. The pillows and bed are quite comfortable, and there are different pillows (pillow menu) to choose from. Snacks are delivered every night, and there is also turn down service, but the welcome card is under another person's name. The minibar is not free, and a bottle of cheaper wine is delivered. Breakfast is ordered, and the service is good. The room cleaning is average, mainly because the used supplies are not replenished in time, but they are delivered quickly if you ask for them separately.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!
