Very nice, spacious, comfortable, near to public transportation and easy to find. Near to the daily store. Near to the Vatican city. Easy to communicate with the owner.
Unit at the first floor. There is elevator also. No extra charge for electricity expense.

lean and very spacious. you can't imagine how big the closet is.
u will have a full function kitchen, which is essential important for family that is tired of eating outside. it provides dish washer.
the balcony is amazing. I have very bad impression for roma's hotels because many are small, exaggerate, and old. this apartment changed my impression now.
many things are out of expectations. strong recommendation.

The place is quiet maybe because it is November. The place is in an apartment setting, the neighbours are all very quiet. The entrance to Vatican museum is just a 3 min away. Food is plentiful. You can stay there and go round the wall of the Vatican once as a form of exercise too. Love the convenience and the serenity.

The place is remote, away from all the big attractions. There is no elevator in the hotel, the front desk is in the basement, and the luggage has to be moved down first and then upstairs. The nearest subway station is more than one kilometer away, the walking conditions are poor, and the road is dirty.
The curtains in the room were 30 cm narrower than the windows, causing serious light leakage.
There are no water cups, no slippers, and no complimentary drinking water in the room.

Service from staff was excellent. We were always glad our room was clean and had fresh towels daily. Breakfast choices were also awesome. Two things I’m not 100% glad with was the absence of AC in the room which was uncomfortable at night even with 2 windows open. We came first week of April and it was hot. Also the start of breakfast could be earlier like 6am as we had to leave the hotel for activities around 6am in some days of our stay. But overall I still would say this is a great hotel especially for the location.

GGuest UserThe room is large, the view is beautiful, the facilities are a little old, but very clean and easy to use. The bath products are very high-end. The hotel staff is very polite, the service is good, and the English communication is smooth. All the food is very fresh and delicious, especially the hotel's Uliveto restaurant, which is open all day and every dish is very delicious! The location is on a hill outside the city, and the air is good. It is a 5-10 minute drive from the Vatican and only 25-30 minutes from the city center. You can take the hotel shuttle or taxi, and it is very convenient to go to the attractions

HHUALINThis is the first time I have reviewed a hotel, because the people in this hotel are really nice and they have given me a lot of help! At that time, my luggage from Paris to Rome was lost. The store took the trouble to help me follow up and track my luggage. At least 10 phone calls were available... I went to a restaurant and stolen 280 euros. The store helped me actively mediate. The restaurant said it was a mistake. No matter what the excuse, I got 280 Euro/2500 RMB back, and I still feel that the owner is like a warm winter sun. I have a mediocre impression of Rome, but such a store, such an Italian, is hard to come across. Finally, on the day I left the shop, I went to a nearby flower shop, bought a pot of flowers, and gave them to the hostess, thank them for their help!

One of the best choices for the Vatican Museum in the morning, it's convenient for Tete, and you can walk in three minutes. It is strongly recommended to make an online reservation in advance, with the printed order entered, and the automatic machine exchange ticket inside. 2, breakfast, very good 3, service, very good 4, the price is very good, it is two nights with very high cost performance. 5, the surrounding environment, found a very good steakhouse, Chinese food is also good, Sichuan cuisine is still authentic 6, other traffic: when you go, a certain rickshaw delivery station is also very convenient The hotel front desk also has its own recommendations. The door is not big, the bathroom is not all Mingwei, but it is very clean.

GGuest UserNice & helpful staff. You can always ask d front desk to call a taxi for you & it will be there right away. Clean room with enough toiletries for the 2days that we stayed there. . Breakfast was plentiful, with good choices. Location is near the Vatican Museum & Basilica is about 25mins. from the hotel. We were here for Pope Francis’ Easter Mass. Would love to stay here again should we have plans to return to Rome.

玊玊尔there is a very nice window and the room is equipped with a fridge. staff there is very kind though it is a little hard to find cuz check in is in another place. The yard is very nice，but due to this there are some fries in the room.
