I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the level of technology and convenience they offer. One of the standout features was their robotic delivery service. It was efficient, fun to experience, and added a modern touch to the stay. The room also included a massage chair, which was a fantastic addition and perfect for relaxing after a long day. It felt like a luxury feature that greatly enhanced the overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Combining excellent service with innovative technology, this hotel offers a unique and memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a taste of the future.

Conveniently located near the subway, with a shopping mall, church, and Xujiahui Academy nearby. It's right next to Xuhui High School, which you can even visit during the Qingming Festival – it's quite a beautiful campus. The room itself was decent, though the facilities are a bit dated. The window couldn't be opened, making it a little stuffy, and the lighting at night was a bit dim. However, the cleanliness was well-maintained. The housekeeping staff were quite friendly. Breakfast was extensive, leaning towards Western options, with plenty of cakes and breads. I noticed a lot of foreigners dining there. The afternoon tea is also highly recommended – very substantial.

The room was very clean, and the service was quite good. I called ahead to reserve the specific room I wanted. Breakfast was also decent, clean and hygienic. The room itself offers great value for money, and the nearby transportation is very convenient. It's in an excellent location, right in the center of Xujiahui.

This hotel is quite good. The front desk staff are very kind, patient, and attentive. The hotel is clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the shower has great water pressure. There's also a mini-fridge. The location is excellent and highly recommended; it's near Metro City and Plaza 66, and they even have robot room service that brings food up to your room.

Very nice place. Good location, the room is great. There’s a vinyl player in the room! And there’s a AI that can help you with everything like the lighting and stuff. Aircon is strong and toilet is clean. The toilet bowl is automated too. Staff are very friendly.

The room layout was well-designed and functional, spotlessly clean. I especially loved the bathroom area; the spot for grabbing clothes, then right out to the mirror and soft stool for drying hair – the flow was incredibly well-thought-out. There's also a large space opposite the sofa, perfect for luggage. The location is fantastic too, right next to Xujiahui Metro Line 1 station. Grand Gateway 66, Metro City, and Xujiahui Library are all within easy walking distance. The hotel's breakfast and late-night supper options were good, and the welcome fruit selection was rich and high-quality. Plus, breakfast extends until 11 AM on holidays, which is a huge bonus. My only minor gripe is that it would be even better if the two elevators were a bit faster; waiting times could be quite long unless you happened to catch one just arriving. Extremely convenient from Shanghai South Railway Station. The hotel's location is great for getting around, and the breakfast is exquisite. Every staff member, from the front desk to other departments, is professional and enthusiastic. Highly recommended!
