Our overall stay was fantastic! The entire hotel staff was incredibly warm and attentive. Even with a large number of guests recently, their service quality remained excellent, with no signs of being perfunctory. The room type's only minor drawback was the slightly small space, which could feel a bit cramped for families with multiple children. However, the dehumidifier in the room was a very practical addition. The hotel offers a wide range of kids' activities, and our children had an absolute blast throughout our stay. Breakfast had a rich variety of options and tasted great, and the atmosphere was very photogenic. Just a small suggestion: the filter on the Dyson hairdryer in the room was full of dust, significantly reducing its airflow. I hope housekeeping pays more attention to these kinds of details during cleaning. Overall, it's still highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The lady at the front desk was super nice; she upgraded my room for free and even gave my child a small toy. The room had a balcony, and after playing with my child, we would sit there enjoying the breeze, which was very relaxing. The hotel offers shuttle services every day, and the staff were excellent – they actively helped open doors and carry luggage, and they were always punctual. The breakfast was also good, and the room facilities were very new, even including a projector. There were also small animals in the courtyard, which were particularly cute, and my child loved them. The room was clean and hygienic, and the service was exceptionally good! I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

This is hands down the best guesthouse we've ever stayed in. It perfectly balances cleanliness, comfort, warmth, and quality. The space is designed with a simple yet grand aesthetic, using natural materials, and the decor is incredibly meticulous and high-end – it's rare to see a guesthouse in China achieve such perfection. The bedding is skin-friendly and high-quality, and the bed itself is fantastic; we fell asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillows. The room was quiet with no noise. The bathroom was spotless, had underfloor heating, and the lighting and storage were thoughtfully considered, creating just the right amount of comfort and tranquility. Attention to detail was evident everywhere. The owner was exceptionally warm, enthusiastically explaining every little thing, and tirelessly provided free shuttle services for us. When I couldn't get tickets for Legoland, they went above and beyond to help me secure them. They also offered an amazing breakfast. All the staff were wonderful. It's truly the highest quality guesthouse one could imagine, and incredibly welcoming.

I booked this hotel for Legoland. To be clear, the breakfast was incredibly plentiful – the most abundant and delicious I've ever had at any Ji Hotel, especially the beef and chicken noodle soups. However, there were some drawbacks: 1. At check-in, the staff insisted I download the Ji Hotel app. I told them I booked through Ctrip, but they said it was necessary to redeem the order. I don't understand this; it's the first time I've encountered this. What's the point of booking through Ctrip then? Crucially, after downloading it, I didn't redeem any coupons, so I suspect the front desk staff have download KPIs. 2. The hotel isn't close to Legoland; it takes about 20 minutes by taxi. There was smoking in the hallways and downstairs, and the rooms often smelled strongly of smoke. There was also a fight; around 10 pm, it was very loud and lasted for half an hour without anyone stopping it, and the insults were very offensive. 3. During peak laundry hours (8-9 pm), there were long lines for laundry. One hotel staff member, an older woman, was washing and drying a pile of her own clothes, including her underwear. 4. I stayed for two days. On the second day, I asked them to clean the room. When I returned, I found clothes scattered in every corner of the room. At least other brands of clothing would fold up and put on the bed. Their service awareness is quite poor.

Hygiene: The hygiene was quite good, everything was dry and tidy. Environment: There aren't many dining options nearby, so ordering takeout is necessary. However, buying snacks is convenient. Service: Very enthusiastic, they promptly responded to and resolved any needs.

A day trip to the ancient town followed by a day at the park offers a relaxed and hassle-free experience. The guesthouse features a secluded courtyard with lush greenery and elegant decor. The comfortable and airy rooms capture the gentle charm and everyday comforts of Jiangnan. Away from the hustle and bustle, only the gentle breeze and warm sunshine create a slow-paced atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Recently, they've added handmade kiln-baked bread, a unique and heartwarming experience. Slow-baked in a traditional brick kiln with fruitwood, naturally fermented and without added preservatives, every step from fermentation to baking is imbued with the warmth of handcrafting. Watching the dough slowly rise in the kiln, smelling the increasing aroma of wheat, and experiencing the warmth and fragrance of the bread upon baking is incredibly comforting. You can even participate in the baking process, transforming the rustic charm into a tangible beauty. Stay here, and you won't be in a rush. Simply stroll, savor the moment, and let life unfold gently in the sunlight.

I specifically came to praise this hidden gem of a guesthouse near Legoland – it absolutely maximized our family trip experience! 1. **Spotless Cleanliness:** The room was impeccably clean. The floors, bedding, and bathroom had no strange odors, and even the corners were well-maintained. We felt completely at ease and comfortable during our stay. 2. **Simple Yet Complete Breakfast:** The breakfast selection wasn't lavish, but everything was practical and useful. They offered freshly made hot congee, handmade noodles, boiled eggs, and various dry snacks and pastries. Both adults and kids could eat their fill and stay warm, which was perfect for getting an early start at the park. 3. **The Biggest Highlight is the Shuttle Service!** They offer free round-trip transfers to Jinshan North Station and Legoland. We didn't have to lug our luggage around or hail a taxi after getting off the high-speed rail, and we could rely on their pick-up service even after the park closed, saving us a lot of hassle and travel stress. The owner is incredibly kind and almost always accommodates requests. They promptly respond to both big and small needs, providing truly thoughtful service. The location is very close to the park, and the value for money far surpasses that of the Legoland hotel. I highly recommend this place for anyone taking their kids to Legoland!

The room was clean and bright, and the greenery in the yard was fantastic. You could tell that the decoration was very thoughtful. What surprised me the most was the large swimming pool and slide. It was great! The kids had a lot of fun in the living room on the first floor. It was truly a wonderful experience with one playground after another!

This is a new hotel with brand new facilities, no lingering renovation smell, and excellent hygiene. It's conveniently located in Wufu Commercial Plaza, easy to find. It's just a two or three-minute walk from Donglin Temple (Jinshan) and Zhujing Bus Station. Taking public transport to Legoland is also very convenient. After enjoying Legoland that day, we didn't want to drive too late, so we found a hotel nearby. It was very close to Legoland and parking was convenient. We booked a twin room, and each bed was 1.5 meters wide, which was fantastic! It was spacious enough for one adult, one child, and a little one. The room was smart home, with a smart toilet, a smart speaker, and a XGIMI projector—it was so great for watching cartoons on the screen. The shower water pressure was also very strong, which is much better than hotels near Legoland. For the price, it was excellent value for money.
