My only piece of feedback concerns a communication breakdown at the front desk during checkout. I had arranged a late checkout through Trip.com and returned my room key to the lobby front desk just before 2 PM. At 2:30 PM, the hotel called me. I was driving and, seeing their number, thought it might be something urgent about my stay, so I immediately pulled over. When I called back, they asked if I had checked out yet. I informed them I had checked out half an hour earlier, highlighting a clear lack of internal coordination. This was a definite oversight.
