Honestly, it feels quite disconnected and inconvenient. I asked the concierge, and they said they don't use robots because they call guests in the middle of the night, so they can have staff deliver orders to the room instead. The reason felt a bit strange, but I guess it saves me the trouble as an introvert. Overall, it's a good choice for solo business trips or leisure travel.
