Harbin Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"The room was very cozy, and my child especially loved the smart home features throughout. The breakfast offered a rich variety. The transportation nearby is exceptionally convenient; the hotel is right across from Metro Line 2, making getting around a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and proactively helped with our luggage. The hotel is also close to all the attractions."

"The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!"

"This hotel is located inside a Manhattan building. The reception is on the 6th floor, and the guest rooms are from the 16th to the 22nd floor. The entire building has four elevators, two of which are dedicated to the hotel. I found it quite alright; I didn't have to wait too long for the elevators, though their space is indeed a bit small. Since it's a new hotel, the bedding and towels are very new and clean, which is a big plus. Breakfast is served on the 6th floor. The area isn't very large, so it can get quite crowded during peak season. The food itself is decent, nothing spectacular but perfectly acceptable. The service was excellent; they were very accommodating. One afternoon, it was too hot to go out, so I ordered a 'Tie Guo Dun' (iron pot stew) delivery back to the hotel. The portion was quite large, probably too big for a delivery robot to handle, so the front desk assistant kindly helped deliver it to my room. In the afternoon, the hotel also provides complimentary snacks, as you can see in the photos below. The location is fantastic. St. Sophia Cathedral is right downstairs, and it's very close to major attractions. Across the street is the Daoli wet market, and the surrounding area is very lively. The pastries from the nearby Russian bakery (Babylock) are also delicious."

"The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right next to a shopping mall and Central Street, and the soundproofing on the windows is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. The whole room is smart; if you need anything, you just tell 'Xiao Du' (the smart speaker) to contact the front desk, and a robot delivers it. Their prompt response is a big plus! 👍 In the morning, it's just a few hundred meters to Hongzhuan Morning Market, and if you're hungry at night, there's an iron pot stew and BBQ skewers right outside, so you don't have to worry about what to eat."
