"I recently stayed at this hotel , and I have to say my experience was a real mix of good and bad. I'll break it down clearly so other travelers know what to expect. Check-in experience I arrived at the hotel AT 21 PM, which was supposed to be the standard check-in time. To my surprise, there was absolutely nobody at the reception desk. I stood there waiting, thinking someone would appear in a minute.. After a while staff member finally came out from a back office. They looked a bit stressed or overwhelmed.The check-in process itself was rushed and cold. Coffee in the room – horrible Another big downside was the in-room coffee. The hotel provides instant powdered coffee – the cheap, soluble type that comes in a small sachet. I made a cup hoping for a decent morning coffee, but it was truly horrible. The taste was artificial, bitter, and had absolutely no real coffee flavour. It honestly tasted like chemicals. In my opinion, a hotel charging these rates should definitely offer capsule coffee (like Nespresso or a compatible system). Powdered coffee is outdated, low-quality, and leaves a terrible impression on guests who appreciate a good cup of coffee to start the day. This is a small detail that makes a big difference. I ended up going out to a nearby café to buy real coffee. THE POSITIVE POINTS Cleanliness – excellent On the positive side, I have to say that the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The bed sheets were crisp, white, and spotless. The bathroom was perfectly clean – no hair, no dust, no stains. The floors were well swept and mopped. It's clear that the housekeeping staff takes their job seriously and does an excellent job. I felt very comfortable in terms of hygiene and tidiness. The room itself – fine The room was fine. It wasn't luxurious or particularly stylish, but it was perfectly acceptable for a short stay. The bed was comfortable enough, the TV worked well, the Wi-Fi connection was stable, and the air conditioning functioned properly. There was enough space to move around and store my luggage. So for a basic, no-frills stay, the room met expectations."

"Facilities: The hotel is quite new, and has everything I needed for my solo trip. Hygiene: Full marks for cleanliness, small but spotless. Environment: Although it's a bit far from the city center, its convenient transportation makes up for it. The train station is just across the street, and there's also a supermarket nearby. The hotel is very clean, tidy, organized, and well-maintained. The bedrooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, and warm. The breakfast restaurant is located on the ground floor, near the Reception desk. The breakfast selection is extensive and varied. The fruit juices and coffee are delicious. Note: (1) The hotel does not automatically clean rooms, but only upon guest request (ordered via the app). (2) Luggage storage at the hotel before Check-In time and after Check-Out time is not free; a fee will be charged per hour and based on the number and size of luggage items. (3) Following the trend in the European hotel industry in recent years, this hotel does not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or shampoo; nor does it provide a kettle and small tea and coffee packets in the room. Therefore, you must prepare for yourself in advance. There's a noteworthy offer: Upon check-in, ask the Reception desk and you'll be provided with a free public transport pass (for various modes of transport) in Berlin (all three zones A, B, C) for the full number of days you're staying at the hotel. Very convenient!"

"A hotel with good rooms, typical of the Ibis chain. We booked a room with a balcony, plenty of space, and a separate bathroom. The location is very convenient, close to the metro station and shops and restaurants. The breakfast is good, but always the same."

"Amenity was available and there was a kitchen, so it was very convenient. It was very nice to have a microwave. The nearest station from the hotel is about 30 seconds walk, so it is convenient to use the train! There was a crow by the window of the room where I stayed, and I told the staff because I had been there for a long time, and it was a fake bird made of plastic. I didn't ask why, but it was a little uncomfortable because the birds were made to look real."

"Great location. Central to many things. Ideal for travel from the airport to Alexanderplatz station, short walk from there.Close to many bars and restaurants. A comfortable room with a courtyard view, an excellent bathroom, breakfast was plentiful and delicious The staff were helpful. House keeping carried out if you require it but reception needs to be informed daily. This is becoming normal practice here and other hotels. Only negative there is no fridge which is unusual for a hotel of this grading"
