"The location is great; however, the reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. There is no kettle in the room, which makes the stay less convenient, although hot water is available from the bartender at the lobby. I must say the bartender was very friendly and had a great attitude. The room is very basic. On the positive side, the hotel is very conveniently located, less than three minutes from Berlin Train Station."

"A second stay and a pleasant one. We went for the superior room and whilst nothing was necessarily better than the previous room, aethsteticly it was different but that's about it. Definitely recommend but room wise, there's not a massive difference between the standard and superior (that we stayed in)"

"As good as advertised. A funky place. Clean, good sized rooms. Big windows. Great buffet breakfast. Close to East West Gallery and Warschauer Strasse train station, and LIDL, for picking up some extra items. The bar was nice, with live entertainment one night. On another night the bar was closed for a private event, but they had noticed up so that you could plan elsewhere. And if you needed anything from the bar that night, the front staff assisted. Would definitely come again."

"Hotel Romy is well located near Berlin station within a 5mins walk. The room is small but well equipped. Hotel Romy is pretty accessible to places of interest. Enjoyed a nice spread of breakfast n greeted by warm smiles from the restaurant staff."

"Overall, I felt it was OK, mainly because it was close to the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. The front desk service felt a bit perfunctory. When I asked to add breakfast, they only said that I could go directly to the restaurant to settle the bill after check-out, 36€ per person. As a result, I ate two meals but was charged for four meals, totaling 344€. After several email negotiations, they agreed to settle the bill according to the restaurant registration and refunded 144€. I don't understand how this bill was calculated."

Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here.
