"The hotel staff is very nice in helping us checking in and gave us 4 tokens for the vending machine (we're a group of 5). Each coin worth 150 JPY. The onsen is clean and safe, separate floor for men and women onsen. For women, there will be a code to enter when entering the onsen on the 14th floor. The room is clean and the AC works well. Great overall experience. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the airport. 8 people per bus."
