"Such an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal with so many delicious choices. We were able to stay an extra two hours just to rest up, which made our day so much easier. They also stored our luggage after checkout. Super accommodating and friendly staff highly recommend"

"Tucked away in an alley, the staff provided excellent service. The room was spacious, and the shower and toilet were separate. It's a 7-minute walk to Exit 6 of Nihonbashi Station, and you can access Namba Station via the underground shopping street. There's a convenience store nearby, and Tamade Supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The soundproofing of the room door was very good. Breakfast was average; I wouldn't recommend eating it every day. Due to ongoing construction at the hotel, they proactively moved us to Hotel Sarasa Dotonbori."

"The hotel is about a six-minute walk from Exit 6 of Shin-Osaka Station, which is super close and also very near the Midosuji Line. It's conveniently located, and the area is quiet at night with no suspicious people around. The room is pretty standard and a bit small, but it's very clean. If you have a large suitcase, it might feel a bit cramped. The downside is that the window looks out directly onto a residential apartment building, which is a bit awkward. However, the front desk staff were very attentive, gentle, and had great attitudes. The price was also reasonable, so I still highly recommend it."

"The hotel's location is superb. It's a convenient 3-5 minute walk to Osakajokoen JR Station, making it easy to get anywhere. There's an elevator inside the station that goes directly to the exit. After exiting, you walk about a hundred meters along a corridor to another elevator that takes you to ground level. Cross a small bridge and an intersection, and you're at the hotel. This is incredibly convenient if you have large luggage. The hotel is situated on the northeast side of Osaka Castle Park, by a small bridge, so you can easily stroll along the castle moat anytime. Shopping and dining are also very convenient. Cross the overpass from the park's south exit, and you'll find Q's Mall. There are also countless restaurants if you walk to Kyobashi Station (and along the way). For airport transfers, take the JR line to Tennoji, then transfer to the JR Loop Line (red), and it's just six stops to Osakajokoen Station. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are excellent, especially the soundproofing – it's very quiet. The mattress and pillows are just right, providing a great sleeping environment. The hotel service is highly professional, from the front desk and restaurant to the lobby and concierge. The breakfast is a rich blend of Western and Japanese styles (though the coffee was a bit weak). I stayed for seven nights in total and had a fantastic experience."

"Let me focus on the room issues here. I rarely give low ratings to domestic B&Bs, but this one is an exception. 1. The room I was given had virtually no natural light, with an enclosed courtyard window. 2. The soundproofing in the room was extremely poor, truly terrible. 3. It's normal to pay accommodation tax, which was 400 yen per day for two people. 4. The hotel elevator is incredibly tiny; going up and down in it is very inconvenient. If thirty people have luggage, they'd have to wait. 5. The bathroom is incredibly cramped, one of the smallest I've ever seen. Don't tell me I haven't been to Japan; I stay in Japan for many days every month and have never encountered one this small. You can't even straighten your legs when using the toilet, which is quite awkward. 6. And most importantly, its distance from the subway station is simply too far. For those with a lot of luggage, it's more than a 25-minute walk."

"The room was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were also polite and helpful, which I appreciated. My only two minor complaints are that there was construction noise starting around 8:30 AM from the adjacent building, and European travelers were loudly chatting in the hallway until about 11 PM instead of in their rooms. While the construction isn't the hotel's fault, for the second point, it would be helpful if the hotel could provide a verbal or written reminder at check-in about noise, as it would make it easier for guests to address the issue themselves if they encounter it. The affordable price and delicious breakfast are definitely a big plus."

"This hotel seems to be a renovated Japanese apartment. The location isn't great (it's near Nishinari Ward), but I'm satisfied with the hotel itself. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping. There's a Sukiya right in front of the hotel, though it has a slightly more desolate atmosphere than other branches. Due to the location, I'd recommend this hotel if you're not planning to be out late at night."
