"It is given a free service shuttle bus from Narita train station to Hotel , AEON Mall and airport. Good service and on time . I Like the Onsen in the Hotel, need paid. . But the hotel is a bit Old. The hotel staff is an Indian girl ( in the photo) her service is very good and very patient , luckily she knows English ๐Ÿ‘ The hotel does not provide drinking water."

"I had an early morning flight the next day, so I decided to stay here to avoid rushing. To get here, take the Keikyu Line towards the airport, get off at the nearest station, turn left after exiting, and walk down the small alley. Cross the main road at the traffic light, and you'll see the hotel. They have a shuttle bus to Haneda Airport (roughly every 30 minutes) which departs from the hotel parking lot. It's only a five to six-minute ride to Terminal 3, which is super convenient! The room isn't huge, but it's big enough to open your suitcase. The room rate isn't cheap though, so it's up to individual preference."

"I think it's a good hotel for when you have to fly. It's really near the airport and it has free shuttle. It goes once to three times an hour to and from the hotel. If you want to eat something there is a little restaurant just outside of the hotel that has meals for 1000 to 2000 yen. Other than that there isn't much to do around the hotel so it's only good to stay for your flight. The breakfast is a good buffet style. With enough options. Also for people that want high protein and low carbs. Price of the hotel is also pretty affordable. Parking is 500 yen per day Only thing that is a negative for me is the hard beds. I think it's more of a concrete slab than a bed but I'm a side sleeper and someone that is used to sleeping on their back and used to the japanese beds (the 1 cm thick mat on the floor) than it's a good bed. So it's just a consideration to take in if you're booking with any of the chain hotels, because their beds are all as hard. But I keep coming back to the same hotels so they do something right and I do recommend staying in their hotels. 4,5 out of 5"

"It was a stress-free experience having booked at Narita Gateway Hotel. Its free shuttle bus ride going to Narita Station, Aeon Mall is commendable. It enabled us to save money on taxi fare and the saved money for transport was used to buy some souvenirs. Our stay at said hotel was made more pleasant by two staff at the hotel reception, one guy named Pun Sharti (to me, he was very approachable and attends to hotel guests with warmth and smile, too bad, we didn't see him when we checked out) and a female staff who likewise has a pleasant countenance but whose name we weren't able to get. Booking costs are cheaper than the others."

"This hotel is very close to Haneda Terminal 3, just one subway stop away followed by a 300-meter walk. Check-in is self-service on the second floor. The room was spotless, with no hidden dirty spots. It was also quite spacious; I could open my 24-inch suitcase and still have plenty of room to move around. They also offer free airport shuttle service and a complimentary breakfast. I booked it for 300 yuan, which is incredible value for money. Definitely a great choice!"

"Facilities: The room size is quite generous. There's a spacious hallway upon entering, so even with our two large suitcases and a stroller, it didn't feel cramped. The toilet and washbasin are in separate areas, and in addition to a shower, there's also a bathtub. The room is well-equipped with a hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, and air purifier. The dedicated floor has a microwave, ice maker, coin-operated washer and dryer, and a 24-hour gym. Plus, there are complimentary snacks and drinks available on the 10th floor, making it incredibly convenient and excellent value for money. Environment: It's very close to Senso-ji Temple, and there's an OK Supermarket right across from the hotel, where prices are about half of what you'd find at a convenience store. There are tons of dining options nearby, and it's super close to Senso-ji Temple. For getting around, you can take the TX Tsukuba Line two stops to Akihabara and then transfer to the Yamanote Line to reach major shopping districts. Alternatively, you can walk a bit further to Tawaramachi Station for the Ginza Line. The main hotel building, right across the street, offers Limousine Bus service to Haneda and Narita airports. However, the schedule isn't very frequent, and the Haneda route isn't direct, stopping at a few other hotels, which makes the journey longer than taking the Asakusa Line. The upside is you don't have to drag your luggage all the way to Asakusa subway station."

"The new wing's facilities are quite good, but a common issue in both the new and old sections is that the shower water temperature control isn't very responsive; it's either too cold or too hot, which is quite annoying. I'd like to specially commend a Chinese male staff member with glasses at the front desk. He was very dedicated and thoughtful. I came down to ask about facial tissues because I couldn't find any in my room. He not only told me where to find the spare tissues but also, just in case, went to the storage room to get a whole box for me. I really appreciate his help, as otherwise, if there were none in the room, I would have had to make another trip! The shuttle bus service is very convenient. I'm sharing this for those who need it. One morning, there were only two minutes left before departure, and I was still in the elevator, feeling anxious. When I stepped out, I saw five or six smiling drivers and porters waiting there, with the luggage compartment doors open. It was a very reassuring sight ๐Ÿ˜Œ"

"Cleanliness is impeccable. Great for a night/layover Twice i used this hotel if I'm doing any domestic flights in between Japan. As it's has free airport shuttle for hotel guests. It does have scheduled timing to AEON shopping mall of your flight arrives in the morning it's good to catch the bus. Else just make do with the convenience store at the hotel lobby. (Got my sandwich/sushi/drinks from the store, closes at 2am of not mistaken) Huge hotel, large capacity but a very well maintained one through years. Amazing, if you ever fly into Narita airport i highly recommend to try & immerse yourself into this old classic building. Worth the value for a night or two for a gd comfy rest. ** I bought the japan ๐Ÿˆ from Kamata Tokyo and had carried it all the way via train into Narita..I wish to eat it before i leave for my flight following afternoon.. had asked reception staff to borrow a table knife so i could cut the melon unfortunately for safety reason they doesn't permit of such, hence i cut it into half with a wooden chopsticks and scoop the flesh off ๐Ÿฅ„** Ooshiiii ๐Ÿ˜‹ Happy a precious, pretty looking melon didn't go to waste :D"

"I stayed for one night during a layover in Tokyo. My flight landed late, and I had an early morning departure, so I only had about 7 hours in total. But traveling with a child, sleeping at the airport wasn't an option. So, I wasn't expecting much; affordability was my priority. The room was reasonably spacious and pretty standard โ€“ nothing amazing, nothing terrible. For just over 400 yuan a night, what more could I ask for? The only downside was that the shuttle service only ran until midnight. My flight landed at Haneda after 11 PM, and after picking up my luggage and taking the transfer bus to Terminal 3, I still had about 5 minutes before the last shuttle, but I never saw the bus. In the end, I had to take a taxi to the hotel. It cost 1400 JPY, and since I had a lot of luggage, they even sent a Mercedes-Benz van, which was a bit cheaper than I expected."
