Marrakech Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"We had communicated through the chat how late we arrived, but there was no one, but we were lucky that other guests opened. We tried to get in touch via telephone and chat and finally chose just one room. The story is not so nice but this experience is not proportional to the rest of the stay. The riad is very well located, people are nice and a lovely lady makes a nice breakfast with self-made bread and cakes. We therefore think that the bad experience is more a unhappy of circumstances, also because we arrived when the day (ramadán) ended. The facilities are basic, but good. The price/quality ratio is quite good. It is clean and with a good bed and a good breakfast you don't need any more. And they have made it good for us to come back to the airport with a taxi."

"The facilities near the hotel are complete, and there are exchange shops, restaurants, police stations, and stations, which are very convenient. The hotel's dining room service is also delicious, and the price is right. The hotel staff will take your luggage for you from the moment you enter the hotel. The service attitude is very good. What's more, the security guard standing outside the hotel is very friendly and helpful!"

"PROS: Nice location, close to the railway station. Easy to get to historical sites. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Rather clean rooms. CONS: Way too noisy. No noise cancelling at all. You can perfectly hear your neighbours, reception, people walking down the street, cars beeping 24/7 etc. As if you were sleeping outside. Shower bath is quite small (around 0.75m x 0.75m), which was okay for me, but some would probably not fit in. High and hard pillows"

"I had a great stay at this hostel! It’s very well located — just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fna Square, right in the heart of the Medina. The place is clean, and the staff is truly dedicated to keeping everything tidy. Everyone on the team is also extremely friendly and welcoming, which makes the atmosphere even better. The rooftop terrace is lovely, with a nice vibe and a cozy little common area. I stayed in the female dorm, which was comfortable, but the only inconvenience is that it’s located on the ground floor, right next to the main entrance — so there’s more foot traffic and some noise. The bathroom for this area has one shower and one toilet cabin. Towels are available for an extra fee, and you need to leave a deposit for the locker key. There’s also a small city tax to be paid at check-in. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hostel!"

"We had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jibril during our visit to Marrakech, and what a delightful experience it was! Our host, Iheb, truly deserves the title of a legend. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, he made our stay memorable. Whilr it may not be a 5-star hotel, it provided a unique and authentic Moroccan experience that exceeded our expectations. The riad itself, with its traditional architecture, was clean and inviting. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene terrace, a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. One evening, we indulged in sheesha on the terrace, a delightful experience that only cost us around 70 MAD. We also had the pleasure of dining on the terrace, where we enjoyed delicious tagines at a very reasonable price of 60 MAD each. The chef's culinary skills were truly impressive. The breakfast served each morning was traditional and homely too! What made our stay truly special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Iheb and the staff. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. We were even befriended by the two adorable resident kittens, Sofia, the long-haired tabby, and Leena, the ginger kitten. Their presence added an extra touch of charm to our stay. The location of Riad Jibril was perfect, and the camel in front of the money exchange served as an excellent landmark. The riad was on the opposite alleyway, second door, making it easy to find. We especially enjoyed its proximity to Kasbah, near Zeitun Cafe, a favorite spot of ours to visit at night. The lantern-lit terrace at the cafe provided majestic views that made our evenings even more memorable."

"I booked this hotel especially as a keen fitness enthusiast, I liked the photos of the gym on the trip.com site and wanted to keep up with my running and weight training. On arrival I was told there hadn’t been a gym there for a long time (years). This wasn’t a good start. The receptionists change often at the hotel and they make a big difference when we needed help. A few of the receptionists spoke excellent English and were so helpful. For example, a tour bus didn’t arrive one morning and the receptionist phoned the tour operator and was really helpful. I wish they had all spoken good English as it was quite stressful at times to understand them and versa versa. The rooms are in need of some TLC and an upgrade. Considering the entrance of the hotel looks so nice, the rooms are quite dismal. However, there was hot water for showers and the rooms were mostly cleaned each day. The breakfast was great with lots of choice and western options as well as Moroccan offerings. The chefs make omelette to request and another lady made delicious flat bread fresh in the morning. The photo is a view from our room. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming which we found is typical of Moroccan people, genuinely nice people overall."

"That was my garden view I booked, is that even a garden??. Didn’t have any slippers in my room & to have a robe it is a 1,000 MAD deposit? in all my travelling that is on unheard off to me. Should have stated that on there amenities. I’ve stayed at multiple 5 start hotels this was unheard of to me. Also if you want to bring in a McDonald’s forget about it the security will stop you from bringing it into the hotel. Not only me but other guest too was stopped. Should have these rules stated while booking to save us the embarrassment. Other than that the stay there was amazing, breakfast amazing but was let down by the issues mentioned."
