"Highly enjoyed my entire 6-day stay at the Trend Hotel! The front desk (and the housekeeping too) was friendly and welcoming – they were willing to accommodate our request for two single beds, and even let us check in 3 hours early at 12pm! The room was very spacious and clean with sufficient lighting, and I love that there was a fridge. Would be great if the power outlets were located more closely to the bedside for more convenient phone-charging at night (we could only locate 2 outlets by the work desk). The hotel is conveniently located within a 3-min walking distance to several public transit options, including Rennweg railway station (taking you to the airport, city center) and Tram 71 (taking you to the city center). Loved that we could easily access different food options in the area (Austrian restaurants, kebab stands), supermarkets (Lidl), as well as the Belvedere palace. I will definitely stay here again!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at SO/Vienna. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The included minibar was great —well-stocked with high-quality snacks and drinks. I have the cathedral view room, enjoyed very minute.
Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Joebelle made both check-in and check-out seamless and genuinely pleasant. The gentleman who assisted with my luggage was equally impressive—warm, attentive, and professional. The level of hospitality throughout the hotel was outstanding.
I highly recommend SO/Vienna.

"Friendly reception, clean rooms with daily service. Amenities were excellent with a great location nearby a mid-size supermarket(SPAR).
Salt & Honey restaurant is a must visit. Food is really good with great service. We arrived late around 9pm and staffs still open the kitchen and prepare food for us. Greatly appreciate this along with friendly 21yo dude(Apologies didnt manage to get your name) whom we spoke with. We ordered tapas day after and it was served right to our room.
My wife and her gf visited the Spa and enjoy their 2hrs session there.
Overall is a 9.5 for us less the noise from kids jumping around floor above. Will still return to stay when back to Vienna."

"This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in. The overall style is very European, including the corridors decorated with many small paintings, which is very romantic.
In addition, the service is very good. You can order a variety of eggs for breakfast, which is much more advanced than a complete buffet."
Do you want to combine a city trip to Vienna with a wellness, fitness or beach holiday? Then you are at the right address at the Vienna Sporthotel.
During the day, visit the sights of Vienna that can be reached in a few minutes with the nearby subway and then end the day at the 12 X 20 m swimming pool. Visit the sauna (separate women's area available), steam bath, fitness room or book a free tennis court. Your advantage as a hotel guest: all this and also a sun lounger, a bath towel and, if you wish, a bathrobe are included in the room price. So you don't have to pay extra for all these amenities.
The Vienna Sporthotel has a restaurant serving international and Italian cuisine and a bar in the lobby. When the weather is nice, you can dine outdoors on the restaurant's terrace or have your drinks served directly to the pool or the relaxation area in the SPA.
The Vienna Sporthotel is located in a quiet area in Vienna's 3rd district and can be reached quickly by car via the A4 and A23 motorways. The best thing about it: You don't have to look for a parking space, the Vienna Sporthotel has a cheap in-house garage right next to the hotel (15 €/day) and also 2 charging stations for electric cars. There is also ample free parking directly in front of the hotel on the weekends. If you arrive by plane, you can reach us from the airport in just a few minutes.
The spacious and air-conditioned rooms have a minibar, a desk and a flat-screen satellite TV with free Sky TV channels and, of course, free internet.
From April to October you can rent scooters (Vespa) at the hotel. If you have requested a garage parking space, you can use the charging station for electric cars free of charge.
"Booked this hotel for 2 nights in Vienna. Location wise, it's not the most convenient. It is not within walking distance to either the main train station or the city center. The closest metro station is about a 5-7 minutes walk. It is predominantly a residential area but there are some good and cheap eateries near the metro station. The hotel is part of a sports club (hence the name Sportshotel). There is a restaurant in the hotel which serves great food at reasonable price. The hotel also has a sauna which is free for guests of the hotel to use but I haven't tried it.
The room itself is quite spacious with the usual amenities minus a kettle (so can't make coffee or tea in your room)! Not sure whether this is typical for all hotels but other hotels I've stayed in neighboring countries all have kettle. It is very clean with daily cleaning. It has a big window which gets quite a bit of sunlight and a safe to store valuables."

"I chose this hotel because it's a 5-minute walk from the airport, which was perfect since I had a very early flight the next morning. It really put my mind at ease being so close. The hotel itself was very clean, and the lobby was spacious, so even though I arrived early, I could comfortably wait in a chair. I opted for a room with a bathtub, which was great for soaking my feet and relieving my fatigue in the evening."

Amazing
AAnonymous UserI don't know of any other hotel that is as wonderful and perfect as this.
We stayed here on our honeymoon. They prepared a surprise for us, and we never had to wait in line for the cafe. The room had high ceilings, was kept clean, and we could see the Opera House from the window. Everything was perfect. There was always a doorman on hand, so we were able to start and end our day beautifully.
It's located in the city center, so sightseeing is easy to do.
I'd like to visit here every time we have an anniversary.
Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

LLINGBINGThe service is super good, our room minibar is free, coffee free drinking water can also let aunt take a few bottles. If you have any questions, you can find the front desk. When you come back, you can also book a taxi for us. The speed is very fast and the breakfast is rich. The location is not very central, slightly northerly, going to the inner city for one or two kilometers, there are too few people nearby, and the street is empty.

GGuest UserThis is the most comfortable room in Europe, the best service attitude, the friendliest hotel! Good location, super delicious breakfast, unlimited coffee tea in the room to room service. The hotel has a sense of design, five stars in the five stars, highly recommended to every guest in Vienna.
Because of a small accident, I was taken care of by the hotel, and I am even more grateful.

Amazing
AAnonymous UserThis hotel exceeded my expectations. First, let me talk about the service, which I would say is exceptional. Our room was cleaned meticulously every day, with two services, one in the morning and one in the evening. The room itself was also very spacious, which is a pleasant surprise as European hotel rooms tend to be smaller; the size of this room was just perfect for me. Secondly, the location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get to any attraction. Just a short walk to the right from the hotel entrance is the Golden Hall. They even thoughtfully provide umbrellas on rainy days. Thirdly, the hotel perfectly blends modern and classic styles. You'll find a very classical elevator in the lobby, but if you have luggage, there's a separate modern elevator available. Fourthly, the price of this hotel is also quite reasonable. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, dining, and drinking options. If I ever have the chance to visit Vienna again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

LLenshyuuI stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be.
The rooftop bar also offers a nice view.
There's a gym and a pool downstairs too.
Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good.
The room had high ceilings, and the view outside the window was also pleasant.
Since it's right next to the City Park, it's very close to the station for the Airport Express (CAT) and places like the Musikverein (Golden Hall).
From the hotel, you can reach Schönbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace, or Hofburg Palace within 20 minutes by metro or tram.
By the way, buying a city card that includes the airport pass is quite worthwhile (the hop-on hop-off bus didn't seem to have much purpose).
Public transport is excellent; the metro and trams are very well-developed, and they run late, pretty much covering everything you'd need.
The CAT goes directly from the airport to City Park in one stop, taking only 16 minutes.

GGuest UserVery convenient location, right behind the railway station, 15-20 min from the airport.
Spacious, clean rooms with all required amenities. Although there were no hygienic shower in the bathroom.
Exquisite breakfast with fresh and local produce. Helpful staff. One could ask for custom options during breakfast.
We had a very positive experience.
JJianxinThis was the second most expensive hotel on my trip, which included Prague (Marriott), Salzburg (Sheraton), Vienna (Andaz), and Budapest (Habtoor), but it was by far the worst experience. We stayed in a suite with two adults and one child, and they only provided three small bottles of water (still water, sparkling water, and a sparkling drink) daily. When we asked a staff member if we could have more water for our child, they replied that they only supply three bottles per day. Seriously?! Housekeeping only came if we specifically requested it every day. Otherwise? If you left in the morning and returned around 3 or 4 PM, you'd be in for a big surprise! Chinese travelers, please think twice before choosing this hotel.
CChristopherLovely, quirky hotel in an excellent location.
It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep.
Transport links around Vienna are excellent, with the U2 station almost within shouting distance.
Staff speak excellent English, and are friendly and helpful.
Comfortable, if smallish room, and well sound insulated.
Only fault is the erratic WiFi. It often dropped, making streaming a frustrating experience.
The onsite restaurant makes decent pizza at a good price - a decent option if you don't fancy going out.

Very Good
GGuest UserPersonally, I found it rather average. From the window opposite my room, everyone could see everything clearly, and conversely, if I didn't draw my curtains during the day, others could see me too. Upon entering, there was a sticky mess on the bar that had stuck to my room key. I contacted Ctrip customer service, and they assisted in cleaning it again. Later that evening, the hotel, probably trying to make up for my bad impression, sent me two pillowcases embroidered with my initials and a bottle of Austrian sparkling wine. Unfortunately, I had a cold and didn't touch them. I could only take the pillowcase with me because of the name on it. Those things aside, what I found most unbearable was the dim lighting in the bathroom, which was very unfriendly to women. The rooftop restaurant, however, deserves five stars!

LLiuliudadahuanglaoxieThe hotel's location isn't in the main commercial district, and the busy road outside can be a bit noisy, though the double-glazed windows do help somewhat. The room was a bit small. There's a supermarket nearby, and a decent commercial street about a ten-minute walk away. It's a bit far from the city center. However, the staff were all very friendly, and despite the hotel being quite large with many tour groups, it didn't feel overcrowded.
