"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, and the surrounding area feels quite modern with new buildings. Getting to the city center is convenient via the D tram line, and the airport is also easily accessible by train in just 15 minutes. My room was immaculately clean, very spacious, and had a lovely ambiance. They even offered complimentary luggage storage, which was a great bonus. Overall, a fantastic experience."

"I went there on a business trip and it was great. However, the entrance to the parking lot was so narrow that the driver's car got scratched when he tried to get out a little... Hehe... It's too bad, but what can I do? The location was good, so I could go anywhere, and the view during the day was nice."

"The location was decent, and the app made it convenient to complete the online check-in in advance. The hallway had a noticeable smell, but the room itself was clean, so that was good. I was also happy that the hotel had a laundry facility.
Breakfast was okay, but the variety wasn’t very wide, and the dining area felt rather small. Unfortunately, there was a large student group during my stay, so I couldn’t enjoy a quiet breakfast. I was even subjected to a discriminatory remark, which made the experience quite unpleasant. I hope the hotel will consider separating group guests from individual travelers, or assigning different breakfast times to avoid situations like this."

"The hotel's location is convenient and the room is spacious. However, the front desk service was a bit careless. I booked a mixed dorm room, but they checked me into a female-only dorm, which caused a lot of hassle when I had to move my belongings to a different room. In the new room, after I unpacked, I tried to charge my devices only to find that almost all the power outlets didn't work. I had to switch rooms again, going up and down to the front desk multiple times, which was really exhausting! I strongly recommend they fix this issue as soon as possible to avoid inconveniencing other guests."

I stayed at a hostel about 20 minutes from the center of Vienna and it was a solid choice. The location is well connected by public transport, so getting to the city center was easy. The 24-hour reception was very convenient, especially for late check-in. The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and overall it felt safe and well-organized. A good option if you’re looking for something affordable but still comfortable."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and there are both positive and negative aspects to share.
The room itself is very beautiful, clean, and well-designed. The interior feels modern and comfortable, and the location is also quite convenient. I was even assigned a room on the top floor (third floor), which I appreciated.
However, there were some disappointing points during my stay. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The system appears to be locked, as it only turns on for a few seconds before switching off again, and I was unable to control the settings.
Despite being informed that a technician had fixed it, the only “solution” provided was opening the window. This did not resolve the problem, as the room remained quite warm and uncomfortable.
Moreover, after opening the window, there was significant noise coming from nearby bars that lasted until early morning, which made it difficult to rest.
While the room itself is impressive, the unresolved air conditioning issue and nighttime noise made the stay less comfortable than expected."

PPolo27Located at a good location above an IKEA and next to Westbahnhof, with the metro and trams making it easily accessible to the center. The hostel is lively with a social atmosphere, and big common rooms for people to relax. The rooms are clean and privacy curtains installed on the bunks are a big plus.
However, there are some negatives as feedback to be taken into account:
- the pillow on the bed is too thin and can barely be described as a pillow
- the mattress is too hard and uncomfortable, with any small movements making noise and potential disturbance at night
- there are no reading lights installed in the bunks
- no towels provided, every hostel I’ve been has provided towels
- this is not the hostel’s fault, but there are inconsiderate people in the rooms who are talking and laughing loudly past 10pm, as well as someone playing music or videos without earphones past 11-12pm when people are clearly trying to sleep

Like the other hostels, it's a sign of respect. Second, other guests came quite late and tried to look for their rooms. They're banging one capsule room saying that they booked that room, the other guests called the owner to double check and it lasted for 10-15 mins. Other than those encounters, everything was okay.

BBuchiyudetangThe whole is relatively clean, the room is small, but the facilities are complete, send an email in advance to inform the way to enter the room, it is very easy to find. The public toilet is large and the hot water is good. The only fly in the ointment is the poor sound insulation. The house facing the street is always a ghost and a teenager comes out to blow the street at night, which is very noisy.

The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
