"The location and cleanliness were excellent. Being very close to the train station makes it incredibly convenient if you're traveling by rail. However, there was no electric kettle, which meant I couldn't prepare a hot drink before heading out in the morning. So, I had to drink tap water. While it's reportedly safe, I still found it a bit unusual. The service attitude of the check-in staff was quite mediocre. For breakfast, there were no hot items, but they offered a good variety of cheeses and bread, making it a very Western-style meal."

"I went there on a business trip and it was great. However, the entrance to the parking lot was so narrow that the driver's car got scratched when he tried to get out a little... Hehe... It's too bad, but what can I do? The location was good, so I could go anywhere, and the view during the day was nice."

"When I arrived, there was no one at the reception desk—Artur was alone, taking orders at the bar, and didn't notice me right away. While it was evening and there should be 2 receptionists, given the increasing demand at the bar in the evening, I had to wait for Arthur who made a cocktail at the bar. After filling out the form, I was forced to wait again for Arthur, who was dealing with a client in the luggage room who claimed his bag was missing. After Arthur gave my keys, I eventually went to the room with no available space on the lower level, and I was forced to return to reception to change rooms, but again, there was no one at reception or in the bar!!!After I had to wait, Arthur returned, but after speaking with a guest from Gran Canaria, he left again. After another forced wait, Arthur returned and eventually gave me a room with a free bed on the bottom bunk, but I wasted a lot of time! There should be several staff members at reception in the evening, not just Arthur, who is also the manager!"

"It's not the first time I've stayed here, the location is convenient, and you can quickly walk to the train station. A buffet breakfast can be ordered. You won't stay hungry, but it's better not to come at the end. The last stay was not the most positive, it was Halloween night and the music was playing very loudly on the ground floor, my room was exactly on top. I arrived late and had to get up early in the morning for the train. Even the headphones didn`t save the situation. That's a minus.
The whole place was clean, I had a room with its own bathroom. Curtains on the bed, several sockets and a light inside. An iron cage on wheels under the bed. It's basic without a key, but you can rent it at the reception desk. One of the disadvantages is that when you need to get something, it rolls out from under the bed with a creak. The drawer of the bedmate on top was under my head."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and there are both positive and negative aspects to share.
The room itself is very beautiful, clean, and well-designed. The interior feels modern and comfortable, and the location is also quite convenient. I was even assigned a room on the top floor (third floor), which I appreciated.
However, there were some disappointing points during my stay. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The system appears to be locked, as it only turns on for a few seconds before switching off again, and I was unable to control the settings.
Despite being informed that a technician had fixed it, the only “solution” provided was opening the window. This did not resolve the problem, as the room remained quite warm and uncomfortable.
Moreover, after opening the window, there was significant noise coming from nearby bars that lasted until early morning, which made it difficult to rest.
While the room itself is impressive, the unresolved air conditioning issue and nighttime noise made the stay less comfortable than expected."

JJeremy YC Changperfect location with underground and tram access. The reception was so lovely, welcoming and hospitable. The room was nice and new, the facilities are mostly in good maintenance and most importantly, the public area is so spacious and well-decorated. I would recommend this hostel!

JJ.K. of Juan JourneyMy stay was great but it was a bit disturbed because first, during my stay I woke up in the middle of the night as someone was using a blow dryer at 12mn, I know it's a common area but you should have rules like quiet time from 10pm-6am. Like the other hostels, it's a sign of respect. Second, other guests came quite late and tried to look for their rooms. They're banging one capsule room saying that they booked that room, the other guests called the owner to double check and it lasted for 10-15 mins. Other than those encounters, everything was okay.

BBuchiyudetangThe whole is relatively clean, the room is small, but the facilities are complete, send an email in advance to inform the way to enter the room, it is very easy to find. The public toilet is large and the hot water is good. The only fly in the ointment is the poor sound insulation. The house facing the street is always a ghost and a teenager comes out to blow the street at night, which is very noisy.

The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
