"This hotel is a good choice for a short trip. The rooms are very small, without a balcony or air conditioning, but there is a fan available, which is a nice touch! 😁 Everything appeared clean and tidy at first glance, though the floor could definitely use more frequent mopping. The breakfast spread was extensive and well-stocked right until the end. We especially loved the location; you can walk to Belvedere Palace in just a few minutes, and with public transport right nearby, you're in the city center in no time."

"Location: Right next to Vienna's main train station, just a 2-minute walk away. There's a Spar supermarket in the station open until 11 PM. Tram, bus, and subway stops are nearby, as well as a bus station for trips to cities like Budapest and Bratislava, making travel very convenient. The closest local attraction is the Belvedere Palace, a 15-minute walk. Other attractions are a bit further, though still walkable. Facilities: The room was spacious, but there's a big drawback – no door for the bathroom?! Even with the air conditioning on the hottest and strongest setting, it was still a bit chilly. It was fine for me alone, but it would be pretty awkward for two or more people. This design is very impractical. There's also no kettle, only a coffee machine. You can ask the front desk for an empty bottle to get unlimited mineral water from the dispenser at the main entrance on the ground floor. The TV isn't smart; you can't cast to it, and it's not an internet TV. The room itself was quite clean. Service: Luggage storage is available, and the front desk staff were nice and friendly. Overall: If you're not solely visiting local Vienna attractions, and the price is around 500-600 yuan, you might consider it. Otherwise, I'd recommend staying closer to the city center attractions."

"The hotel is in a really good area regarding transport, bus stop outside which takes 10-15 minutes into Vienna city centre, breakfast you have a decent variety and a good selection of drinks. On to the room, could be better, decor is run down and looks very tired, thankfully it’s just a place to sleep, saying that the bed is rock hard and quite uncomfortable. Mattress is very thin and when asked for another duvet it never arrived. The bed we did have creeked every time we moved so I’ll advise to lay very still. Shower pressure was very up and down, so was the temperature. Price for the hotel and breakfast overall was good but would definitely stay elsewhere when next in Vienna just for a better nights sleep."

"Hotel isn’t too far from the airport. The hotel receptionist was still available to check me in just before 12 midnight. The front desk staff were nice and helpful all through my stay. The hotel was warm and cosy but there were times it was a bit too warm and there wasn’t an AC to turn on. The bathroom was nice and clean, water pressure was great. The bed was comfortable and clean. I had a lovely view of another building across my room. The only thing was the rug having either stain patches or white patches (stains irritate me). The wardrobe hangers need to be improved. I get that it’s an old hotel but it’s still in good condition. They offered storage after check out which was a good add on. You can walk to some attractions from the hotel and public transportation isn’t far from it either. Overall I had a lovely stay."

"Extremely close to Vienna Central Station, making it perfect for arrivals and departures by train. The station offers excellent transport links with the metro, S-Bahn, and trams. You can see the hotel as soon as you exit the train station on the side closest to the building. Just cross the road and you're at the hotel lobby. There's no coffee machine or kettle in the room, but there's a free water dispenser in the lobby. When checking out, you can simply drop your room card into the express check-out box at the front desk. Very convenient."

"The hotel clean up the room on request. I asked for the daily make up for the room, but it was not made on the second day. Did they want to minimize their effort and expense for cleaning? If they do not provide daily make up, they should provide discount. In principle, daily cleaning is thought to be included in the payment."

"The first room had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but the staff were very friendly and immediately gave us a new room when we reported it. Breakfast had plenty of choices. I was driving and the Hotel Parking was easy with an underground car park. Also Easy to reach public transports"

"I was traveling alone. If you are planning to travel in the future, if you are going with a group of people, and if you are not used to traveling abroad or it is your first time, I recommend staying at a higher grade hotel. First of all, when I checked in on the first day of my trip, the female staff member at the front desk (Indian/Middle Eastern) was too cool and almost unfriendly. I was very intimidated here, and in my own country, I would have been given a 1-star level of unfriendliness. Next, when I entered the room, I found what looked like bloodstains on the pillowcase. I tried to find an extension to contact the front desk, but there was nothing. The front desk number was written on the paper attached to the card key, so I tried calling, but I couldn't get through at all. I had no choice but to go to the front desk with a big pillow under my arm, while being looked at by everyone around me, and another male staff member (a tall Harry Sugiyama lookalike) was very friendly and polite. The issue of the internal phone not working was not resolved until the end. (They explained that there might be a problem with the phone line here.) I stayed with breakfast included, but the breakfast was quite ordinary and the staff here were friendly and very good. The only amenities provided were the provided body soap and a hair dryer that blew a strong breeze. Towels were provided. The other man who helped me when I checked out was also friendly. This is a very personal opinion, but it's better to discuss various things with a male staff member. They obviously resolve issues quicker. Overall, this is a reasonable and sufficient hotel for those who are used to traveling. Those who are not used to traveling may have some regrets."
