"My kid insisted on a hot spring hotel for Chinese New Year, and since we'd pretty much stayed at all the ones in Nanjing, we opted for Hantian in Tianmu Lake. **Cleanliness:** The hotel's overall cleanliness was really good, from the rooms to the hot springs and the restaurant. **Environment:** The environment is genuinely lovely, nestled by mountains and water. The resort is also quite spacious, perfect for kids. **Facilities:** The room was big enough, but the facilities felt a bit outdated. There's plenty of parking, but spaces near the main building are scarce, so you often have to park at P4. Although there's a shuttle, it still felt a bit inconvenient. **Service:** The service was genuinely excellent. Before our arrival, a dedicated butler contacted us, sent us the location, and reminded us about breakfast times. **Welcome Fruit & Minibar:** We stayed two nights, and they provided these daily. We didn't finish the fruit on the first day, but they still replenished it on the second. The minibar also had a good variety, including two cans of beer, which saved us a trip out. **Couple's 180° Lake View Half-Mountain Hot Spring Tickets:** They also included daily hot spring tickets and trampoline park tickets. The hot springs were indeed fantastic, with many pools. The lakeside pools offered breathtaking views, and with the good weather these past two days, we could even see the Big Dipper."

"Upon arriving at the Quchanli Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, I was first captivated by the beautiful scenery, and then impressed by the service provided by our housekeeper, Xiao Tao. He was professional and meticulous, thoroughly knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities and surroundings, and offered many helpful suggestions. The room was spotless, the infinity pool was stunning, and the hot springs were the perfect temperature for a relaxing soak. Xiao Tao even made reservations at a local restaurant, allowing me to savor authentic Liyang cuisine. Our entire stay was a complete pleasure, with no inconveniences and was completely satisfactory!"

"It is a veteran five-star hotel. It is very directional in all aspects. The room is large and the facilities are perfect. The sanitation is good. It is clean and visible to the naked eye. The environment is very good. The opposite is the Tianmu Lake Landscape Garden. The surrounding air is fresh and the negative oxygen content is sufficient. The front desk rooms including the doorman are very warm. I will say hello to you in and out, a very happy stay."

The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. "The room was spacious and comfortable, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering excellent natural light. The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too hard – making for a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and roomy, and the amenities were of good quality. The service was warm and professional; the front desk often proactively upgraded our room type, responded quickly, and paid attention to thoughtful details. Breakfast was abundant and fresh, with local snacks and freshly made noodles being particularly delicious. The pool and gym were well-equipped, and the high-floor night view was absolutely stunning."

"The service exceeded my expectations. The staff at Chang Le were incredibly welcoming, providing excellent service from the moment they drove me up the mountain in an electric cart, to the explanations along the way, and even the patient explanations of the facilities in the treehouse. The service was exceptionally attentive and meticulous. Both the hot springs at the summit and the private hot springs in my room had excellent water quality and were very comfortable. The environment was quiet, and the hiking around the mountain provided just the right amount of exercise for a relaxing vacation. A very satisfying trip."

"The hotel is located between Yixing and Liyang, in a slightly out-of-the-way location, but it's quite large and has a very nice environment. Guest rooms and the hot springs are in the same building, making it very convenient to get around. The dining area is on the first floor and the food is decent. The hotel also offers bamboo rafting, boating, cycling, and electric scooter rides. It wasn't crowded on weekdays, and the hot springs could be booked entirely. Our butler, Xiao Wei, provided excellent service and responded promptly."

"After booking the room, there will be a housekeeper to communicate related matters. I will focus on praise the housekeeper. I know that our family is an October-aged baby. I also arranged birthday arrangements for us. I am afraid that the loft stairs we live in will be troublesome and want to upgrade the room for us. All kinds of intimate services make people warm. We booked a small gourmet theme, a variety of hape toys in the room on the first floor, the baby can't let go, the upper floor is the place to sleep, the whole layout is still very warm, there are also various play facilities outside the hotel, the main baby is too small, many facilities can not play, bigger can also brush. Breakfast is in the main building, the variety is very rich, there are also enthusiastic waiters to help, there is a Yin aunt in the middle to send toys to the baby, and also pack some breakfast, overall very warm, the service is in place. The only regret is that the booked travel photography was not available because the baby woke up late, looking forward to the next time."

"This stay was such a delightful surprise, I have to document it! I originally booked a standard suite, but before check-in, the butler, Qingqing, added me on WeChat and communicated with exceptional attention to detail. Perhaps noticing we were on our honeymoon, she discreetly upgraded us to a suite overlooking the hotel's gardens. Opening the window revealed a breathtaking view of greenery, instantly uplifting my spirits. Most thoughtfully, she printed my WeChat profile picture on a leaf – such a small gesture was incredibly touching. The room amenities were Aesop, even the toothbrush was exceptionally comfortable, and there were even scented teaspoons and earplugs by the bedside. The balcony was enormous, and I contacted the staff to ensure the soaking tub was thoroughly disinfected, which gave me peace of mind. Near the reception on the second floor, you can buy mugwort sachets or herbal packs, which were especially relaxing while soaking in the hot tub. Qingqing thoughtfully sent us the hotel's service manual and brochure. She recommended we try the Chinese restaurant and the Friday and Saturday buffet dinners, and they were all excellent. The hotel also offers bookings for photography, spa, and cocktail experiences, perfect for couples or friends to relax and enjoy. She even showed us the hotel's ”King of Rooms,” a private floor with a starry sky ceiling for gazing at the night sky. I need to work hard to earn money so I can bring friends or my family to stay on the top floor next time! The hotel has a great location, close to Tianmu Lake, Nanshan Bamboo Forest, museums, and Highway 1. It's also newer than Zhuxi Valley. I'd love to bring my kids here to experience the children's area and infinity pool when we have children. A heartfelt thank you to our housekeeper, Qingqing, for her attentiveness and professionalism. She made this trip more than just a vacation; it felt like cherished moments of life."
