Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome."

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights. It's centrally located and very close to the attractions. The room had a great selection of TV channels (even though I rarely watch TV these days), but it was nice to have so many satellite TV options on a rainy evening. On the first day, we received complimentary welcome fruit. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. What really stood out was the daily offering of old duck soup, black chicken soup, or slow-cooked pigeon soup – a truly unique feature! The restaurant staff even had a fun 'blind box' egg activity with guests, offering good wishes. The hotel staff were incredibly polite; they'd greet you in the hallways, lobby, and by the elevators. The hotel itself is quite spacious, and I sometimes found myself a bit disoriented, but whether I asked the housekeeping or restaurant staff, they would immediately guide me to where I needed to go. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Shaoxing."

"Five-star review! I wholeheartedly recommend the Shaoxing Wenduyuan Hotel. I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Shaoxing, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I could smell roasted sweet potatoes. Eating a warm one instantly melted away most of my travel fatigue. The room size was incredibly generous, not cramped at all. What really impressed me was that the room actually had a massage chair and a massage gun! After a day of exploring the ancient city, a massage was pure bliss. These little details really added to the experience. The 28-yuan breakfast also exceeded expectations. It had a good variety and was very satisfying – incredible value for money. The hygiene was also top-notch, making my stay very comfortable. They even upgraded us to a better room for free, with a view of Mirror Lake, which was a delightful surprise upon check-in. They also provided disposable toilet seat covers and disposable bath towels. The most unique feature was a row of hooks in front of the air conditioning vent, perfect for hanging clothes. With the air conditioner heating, it also helped dry clothes – truly a two-in-one solution. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shaoxing. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I sincerely recommend it to everyone!"

"Perfect for family trips. The family room was cozy and my child loved it. The hotel is conveniently located near Lu Xun's former residence, within easy walking distance. Parking is free and spacious. Staff member number 3 was very enthusiastic and patient. The yellow wine, milk tea, and stinky tofu were delicious. The overall experience was excellent. The room was very clean, with a wet/dry bathroom setup, and large, spacious windows. It also came with a Xiao Ai speaker. Highly recommended for families with children."

"The hotel is within walking distance of attractions such as Lu Xun's Former Residence. The rooms are spacious with large and comfortable beds, and the breakfast is plentiful and reasonably priced. The hotel also offers a free sauna for guests."

"The hotel entrance allows for direct guest drop-off. The outdoor parking lot is small, so most cars need to be parked in the underground B1 garage. There's a dedicated elevator that goes directly to the lobby and guest rooms. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, even preparing small slippers and toiletries for our child. The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy, with good soundproofing – we barely heard any noise from the hallway at night. The bathroom towels were relatively new, there was no odor from the drain, and the wet/dry separation was excellent. Any requests or issues we had were promptly addressed by the hotel's room service staff, who were very professional. The hotel breakfast is served on the third floor and offers a wide variety of options. There were Western choices like bread and pastries, as well as Chinese dishes like noodles, wontons, and congee, along with fruits, vegetables, and stir-fries – a very comprehensive spread. Personally, I think the beef noodles were the highlight; you could get them dry-tossed with large chunks of beef and beef broth, topped with vegetables – truly a fantastic choice. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent. Just a hundred meters away is Baolong Tiandi, which has many restaurants (I particularly enjoyed Xunbao Ji). It's also very convenient for visiting nearby attractions, with Anchang Ancient Town and Kehuan Scenic Area about a 20-minute drive away. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. However, the always-on light in the entrance hallway of the room could use improvement; it would be better if guests could control it themselves at night. Also, the security guard at the entrance needs more training. It would be helpful if they could assist and guide guests with parking and drop-offs, explaining things, rather than just curtly directing all vehicles to the B1 parking lot. I hope the hotel pays more attention to and improves these areas, and I look forward to an even better experience on my next stay. Thank you!"
