"Thanks for the room upgrade! The room was very clean and had a big bathtub by the window. We received welcome fruits upon check-in and different souvenir gifts for men and women when we left. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, and it's right next to Baolong Plaza! Overall, it was a very comfortable trip!"

"I booked a suite, and the room was very spacious. The other room was perfect for my child to do homework. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was very comfortable. The shower and toilet were separated. I have two suggestions: Service: They responded to all my questions immediately, which was fine, but it would be even better if they could address them before I even asked. For example, they could proactively ask if I needed any items for children, if I needed a bathtub cover, or if I was driving, they could explain the parking regulations. Of course, they addressed my concerns quickly. Facilities: There was a foul odor coming from the drain in the bathroom. It was particularly noticeable when I went to sleep, and I didn't want to bother with it. However, they could have proactively noticed and addressed this during room cleaning to avoid a negative experience. Overall, the price was very reasonable, and I hope they can improve on that."

"Traveling with kids, the main goal is to avoid unnecessary detours. The hotel's location is excellent; you can take a Wupeng boat right outside, and it's not far from any of the attractions. It might have been the Qingming holiday, so the breakfast area was quite crowded, but every staff member was very diligent and responsible, and the food was replenished promptly. On the last day, there were probably fewer tourists, and the supervisor at the restaurant's front desk and Sister Xiao Yan even made beautiful yogurts for us. We were very happy ❤️"

"Perfect for family trips. The family room was cozy and my child loved it. The hotel is conveniently located near Lu Xun's former residence, within easy walking distance. Parking is free and spacious. Staff member number 3 was very enthusiastic and patient. The yellow wine, milk tea, and stinky tofu were delicious. The overall experience was excellent. The room was very clean, with a wet/dry bathroom setup, and large, spacious windows. It also came with a Xiao Ai speaker. Highly recommended for families with children."

"The rooms are quite spacious, and they even offer fruit porridge. Parking is super convenient with the hotel's exclusive parking lot, which is a huge plus for self-driving tourists – no need to stress about finding a spot, and it feels safe and secure. What really stands out is the service, from the warm and efficient check-in process where the front desk proactively helped us get our preferred room, to every staff member we encountered who greeted us with a smile. Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome."

"Facilities: The room was very spacious and new, meeting Marriott's standards. I arrived quite late this time, and they were kind enough to upgrade my room, which I really appreciate. Suggestions: The hairdryer wasn't very powerful, and it would be even better if the toilet were a smart one. Cleanliness: Very clean! Service: Overall, everything was excellent. The front desk staff were all very polite and courteous. I didn't have time to go to the bar for coffee, so they even specially sent me a fridge magnet, which was a really thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. However, during breakfast, I could definitely feel the pressure of managing during a holiday period. It was very crowded; even arriving at 8:15 AM, we could only get seats on the periphery, and the environment was generally quite noisy. This is an area they might want to look into improving or adjusting in the future. Also, while the breakfast spread looked like it had many varieties, nothing really stood out taste-wise. The bread in the pastry section wasn't up to five-star standards, but the fresh-squeezed juice was a definite plus. Despite these points, it was a good experience overall!"

"The hotel's setting is beautiful, located within Mirror Lake Wetland Park, making it very peaceful. The service was also excellent; they provided shuttle service for even the shortest distances. The front desk staff even upgraded our room type, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. You can easily spend a whole day here cycling, taking a boat ride, hiking, and trekking within the park. It's not crowded, and the scenery is stunning. Highly recommended!"
