"I booked a 3-day, 2-night stay at Shaoxing Hotel through Trip.com. Taking advantage of the good weather, I brought my elderly parents out for a change of scenery. My mother, due to a long-term illness, is wheelchair-bound. The moment we arrived at the entrance of Shaoxing Hotel, we were met with the meticulous care and attention of Mr. Lu Xinsong from the hotel. He first pushed my mother to the front desk, helped us arrange two adjacent rooms so I could look after my parents, and then suggested we stay in Building 6, which is close to the breakfast restaurant, so we wouldn't have to walk too far for meals each morning. While I was checking in, he also pushed my mother and father to the lounge area in the lobby to rest and wait. What touched me even more was that after I finished checking in, he helped us push my mother and simultaneously introduced us to the beautiful hotel grounds, staying with us until we were settled in our room with our luggage. Thank you so much, Mr. Lu. You are the face of Shaoxing Hotel and, to us guests, a relative we felt an instant connection with! Shaoxing Hotel is a five-star scenic hotel designed with traditional Jiangnan garden architecture. It truly lives up to the saying 'every step reveals a new view,' making you feel like you're strolling through a painting. During our two-day stay, my family not only enjoyed the beautiful scenery and delicious food but also received a warm welcome from the hotel staff. I'd especially like to mention Ms. Feng from housekeeping; she was always responsive and provided excellent service. Thank you too! Life is a journey, and I'm incredibly grateful to have met such wonderful people. This was our first time in Shaoxing, but because of good people like Mr. Lu and Ms. Feng, who felt more like family than strangers, I believe I will definitely return to Shaoxing! And many times! "I loved the ambiance of the hotel lobby. The room was spacious and incredibly clean, and they provided Jo Malone toiletries, including a great little bar of soap! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Honestly, it was a much better experience than the Hilton I stayed at in Hangzhou. The shuttle, which I believe was a Toyota Alphard, needed to be booked in advance, but the front desk was happy to adjust the timing for me when I wanted to visit a different attraction later in the day. Very impressive service!"

Of course, other staff at the front desk 👍🏻 were also very professional and polite, providing excellent service that made me feel incredibly comfortable! 📍 **Location**: The hotel is right in the Tianjie area of Shaoxing, and parking is free for guests 🆓. You can reach the hotel from elevators 5 or 6 to the first floor, then a 2-3 minute walk (Tiffany also provided the location and directions in advance 😄). 🏨 **Environment**: The hotel was formerly an 871 chip factory. After its design transformation, it now focuses on artistic visuals. The public areas have a very stylish feel, with geometric compositions, water features, and natural light blending together. The green plant aesthetic combined with red walls creates a strong visual impact – a unique beauty that is both powerful and serene! Every corner of the public area is perfect for photos! I checked in on Friday and happened to catch the evening ritual performance in the lobby bar, which was very Shaoxing and quite good! 🛋️ **Facilities** are complete, and the room layout is well-designed with a logical flow. The bedding is great (I slept really well ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧), and the balcony offers lush green views, perfect for relaxing and unwinding! The mini-bar is complimentary and includes specialty Shaoxing rice wine. 🥢 The ”Waking Breakfast” is a semi-buffet à la carte system. The variety isn't huge, but everything tastes excellent! Signature dishes include Shaoxing Ciwu noodles and Shaoxing印糕 (rice cakes). The freshly made omelets and thin pancakes were highlights! The small wontons were also very good! ❣️ I was short on time and didn't get to experience many hidden perks, but overall, it was fantastic and highly recommended! I will definitely choose to stay here again! (It's also a great choice for traveling with seniors and children!)"

The hotel's location is also very convenient, with a subway station nearby that takes you directly to Lu Xun's former residence. Overall, it was a good stay!"

"Passing through Shaoxing, I booked the Yunhe Yebo Hotel. To my surprise, when I parked, I found the hotel is actually located within Jinghu Park, offering an excellent environment. The room was quiet and clean, and the shower was comfortable. The front desk staff, the shuttle bus driver, and the restaurant staff all had great attitudes. Upon check-in, we received complimentary welcome fruit, and before leaving, they even prepared a gift, which was a delightful surprise. The hotel restaurant's food was very substantial, and breakfast was abundant and nutritious. I tried the handmade wontons and rice noodles—highly recommend them! The stir-fried dishes are also recommended! The value for money far exceeded my expectations."

"My stay at the Wyndham Shaoxing Keqiao Fuyue Hotel completely exceeded my expectations during this trip to Shaoxing! As soon as I got out of the car, a doorman proactively came to help with my luggage, and the reception staff at the entrance greeted me with a smile. Check-in was completed in less than a minute after entering, super efficient, with no waiting time at all. The room was even more of a pleasant surprise. Facing south, sunlight filled the entire space, and pulling back the curtains revealed an expansive view of the city street. The room decor was very elegant, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the toiletries had a sophisticated scent. The dry and wet areas of the bathroom were very clean, and there wasn't a speck of dust in the corners, showing the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. My stay happened to coincide with the IFSC Climbing World Cup being held in Shaoxing. I saw female athletes from various countries in the hallways and elevators. The hotel maintained excellent order; it didn't become noisy or chaotic despite the large number of event attendees. The public areas were kept clean and tidy, and staff were always on standby, responding to issues very quickly. I plucked up the courage to ask for autographs from the athletes, and the hotel staff even enthusiastically helped coordinate, showing no impatience at all, which allowed me to get many autographs and was an unexpected highlight of my trip! The hotel's breakfast buffet was also incredibly rich and varied, offering everything from local specialties to Western dishes. I ate there for two consecutive days without having the same meal twice; all the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was quite good. During my two-day stay, my room was tidied spotlessly every day, and any missing items were promptly replenished. The service was truly thoughtful. The location is also very convenient, not far from both the competition venue and city attractions, just a few minutes by taxi. Considering both the facilities and environment, as well as the quality of service, Wyndham Shaoxing Keqiao Fuyue is definitely my top choice for any future trips to Shaoxing. I will certainly stay here again next time! I also highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shaoxing – the experience is truly top-notch ✨"

"房間很新，沒有味道，這點可以放心。 買的是開業的套餐，送的一頓正餐不怎麼樣，但是晚上的歡樂時光還可以，四個熱菜，然後冷菜，湯，水果，甜品，飲品，送的有這個水準已經很滿足了而且現在補充還是比較及時的，比之前好。另花150可以升級成海鮮自助餐，單買自助是238元，這個比較合算。 下午茶，基本就是紅茶，果汁和黃酒拿鐵 三選一，甜品就固定的一個，反正也是送的，不能挑剔太多。 設施什麼基本都很好，缺陷是沒有智能馬桶，也沒有自助洗衣房（電梯上沒有標，基本沒有了），對於這個檔次的酒店沒有自助洗衣房算是硬傷了，人家全季都有…… 如果酒店定位親子的話，地理位置是硬傷，去東湖22公里，去魯迅故居30公里，這衹適合開車自駕的人。及時這樣，來回路上花了兩個小時，這也太遠了。 Anyway, 這是家不錯的酒店，服務熱情，性價比也不錯，定位商務出行可能更合適點吧。"

"Facilities: This hotel is pretty much top-tier in Shaoxing. All things considered, it's only about 200 meters to Lu Xun's former residence, directly accessible via a back alley. It's also super convenient for visiting all the surrounding attractions like the residences of the Premier, Qiu Jin, and the Sage of Calligraphy. Guests get free parking, so you can just dump any souvenirs or Huangjiu (yellow wine) directly in your car. This alone outshines most other local hotels, not to mention its century-old brand, and their self-produced and sold Huangjiu, fava beans, and pastries. Plus, the new building at the front offers a great living experience; despite the hotel's age, the new building has a high-end, new-Chinese style, reminiscent of a five-star hotel. Service: Incredibly thoughtful. Cici, as our butler, proactively added us on WeChat, and her service was impeccable throughout. You can just relax and enjoy your trip; any needs can be directly communicated to the butler. When cleaning the room, they even brought children's slippers and toothbrushes directly to us. Overall, it's especially suitable for children around ten years old coming for an 'educational trip.' After all, Baicaoyuan to Sanwei Study is something kids will learn about sooner or later, so staying at this hotel is perfect for reinforcing those memories."

"Our stay was absolutely perfect! Every corner of the hotel is picturesque, offering beautiful photo opportunities that easily rival popular scenic spots, but with a unique江南 (Jiangnan) style. A special shout-out to Mr. Chen Fu, our shuttle driver. We arrived quite late, around 10 PM, amidst a heavy downpour, and the shuttle service was almost ending. He thoughtfully covered our sleeping child with a towel to prevent them from getting wet. After dropping us off, he walked us to our room, holding an umbrella and even helped with our luggage. Such a small act of kindness truly warmed our hearts. Thumbs up to him! At checkout, Ms. Xiao Xie from the concierge was incredibly attentive, helping us with our luggage to the car and proactively assisting with the checkout process. Big praises for her! Assistant Lobby Manager Mr. Xiao Lü also had a wonderful attitude. We're definitely looking forward to coming back and trying out different room types! Shaoxing is truly beautiful!"
