Located in the city center near Wolong Mountain, the Shaoxing Hotel (Shaoxing Fandian) is a beautiful garden-style hotel located only an eight-minute drive from the railway station. Guests of this Shaoxing hotel can enjoy local cuisine at the on-site restaurants. There are also eight conference halls and an international conference center for business travelers to organize events.

"The environment here is lovely, very green and lush. However, this hotel is just too dark at night. Staying in building 8, when we went out for a late-night snack and came back, there were hardly any lights outside, making it very dim. We checked in early that day and the room hadn't been cleaned yet, but the cleaning lady did an exceptionally thorough and clean job, which was really great! It's a shame the air conditioning was just too cold. My friend and I both got sick the next day. We called the front desk to adjust the temperature, but they said it's a central air conditioning system and you can only adjust the fan speed, not the actual temperature. Even setting it to 30 degrees for heating didn't help; it was practically useless."

"I recently stayed at the Hylandia by Hyatt Centric in Shaoxing, and I'm completely won over! I just have to rave about it for a bit. The environment is absolutely stunning – I literally gasped when I walked in! It's a converted old factory, blending industrial chic with the charm of a Jiangnan water town so perfectly, it doesn't feel forced at all. The high ceiling in the lobby is so comfortable, and the sunlight filtering through the glass roof makes the wood and stone elements feel warm and soft, completely devoid of that cold, sterile luxury vibe. There's a lovely water feature in the courtyard, and the stone paths winding around the greenery make you want to stop and take photos every few steps. It's not just another cookie-cutter chain hotel; the ambiance is incredible, and you can't help but slow down and relax here. The service truly impressed me! There was none of that awkward, over-the-top enthusiasm; it was just the right amount of attentiveness. During check-in, the front desk lady, Tiffany, spoke so softly and kindly, and Owen was super enthusiastic and efficient. He even shared some tips on where to find good Shaoxing cuisine nearby and the best times to visit Bazi Bridge to avoid crowds – incredibly helpful! Later that evening, I called to borrow something, and it was delivered within minutes. Even the cleaning staff I passed in the hallway would greet me with a smile. That comfortable feeling really beats everything else. I also have to praise the room facilities! The space was much larger than I expected, not cramped at all. The minimalist wooden decor made it feel clean and refreshing. The bedding was incredibly soft; I was ready to fall asleep within two minutes of lying down and had a fantastic night's sleep. The attention to detail is excellent: a Dyson hairdryer, Atelier Cologne toiletries, and even local Shaoxing yellow wine in the minibar, which tasted quite good. They even provided snacks, showing great care. I also checked out the gym; the equipment is quite new, and working out while overlooking the greenery in the courtyard really improved my mood. And the cleanliness – I have absolutely no complaints! I'm a bit of a clean freak when it comes to hotels, but this time, I couldn't find a single flaw. Every nook and cranny in the room was spotless; there wasn't a speck of dust under the bed or in the bathroom crevices. The mirrors and glass were sparkling clean, and even the hallway floors were consistently tidy. There was no strange disinfectant smell in the air, which made me feel very much at ease. Overall, staying here felt like discovering a hidden gem. It has all the quality of a high-end hotel without being pretentious; it's as comfortable as staying at a friend's house. I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Shaoxing!"

"I loved the ambiance of the hotel lobby. The room was spacious and incredibly clean, and they provided Jo Malone toiletries, including a great little bar of soap! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Honestly, it was a much better experience than the Hilton I stayed at in Hangzhou. The shuttle, which I believe was a Toyota Alphard, needed to be booked in advance, but the front desk was happy to adjust the timing for me when I wanted to visit a different attraction later in the day. Very impressive service!"

"On the first day, after checking in, we left our luggage at the lobby and went for lunch. We only got our room number after lunch… Our group waited patiently outside, getting bitten by mosquitoes… Little did we know, the cleaning lady was sitting by the road scrolling on her phone, instead of diligently cleaning the rooms as the front desk claimed? When we went to ask when our room would be ready, the cleaning lady repeatedly asked, “Who told you to ask? Was it the front desk?” Finally, she just said, “Fine, I’ll clean yours first…” ??? The overall hotel environment is nice, and the room didn't smell musty, but the details… for example, the decorative paintings and the vanity light were really dusty. During our 4-day stay, let's not even talk about whether the breakfast was good or not (it was on par with a budget hotel)… but it was the first time I've encountered it being exactly the same every single day?! The front desk staff's service was surprisingly bad too… When we politely asked if there was a local market nearby where we could buy some souvenirs, the front desk just glanced at us and dismissed us with, “They're not locals, they wouldn't know!” This level of service was really baffling. Finally, I still want to thank the electric cart team for their shuttle service. Although their response time was quite long a few times, their attitude was great, and they always greeted us with a smile!"

Hotel near Shaoxingbei Railway Station,Shaoxing
The Wyndham Shaoxing Keqiao is one of the newest hotels in Shaoxing, having opened in 2023. With Shaoxingbei Railway Station just 5km away and Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport only 27km away, transportation is very convenient. Being just minutes away from Guazhuhu Metro Station allows guests to explore the city with ease. With multiple attractions nearby including Lantian Theatre, Shaoxingyueguo Culture Museum and Guazhu Lake Park, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Shaoxing hotel features parking on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"I recently completed my 2nd stay at the Wyndham Shaoxing Keqiao, and once again, it was an excellent experience. Upon arrival, the Assistant Manager kindly provided a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Floor room with a beautiful lake view, which was a wonderful gesture and greatly appreciated. The room itself was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping service throughout my stay was flawless. Upon entering the room, I noticed a slight cigarette smell, as it appeared to have previously been occupied by a smoker. I informed the reception team, and they handled the situation immediately. Within 5 minutes, they arranged a room change, and the issue was completely resolved. I was very impressed by how quickly and professionally the staff responded. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast at the 45th floor restaurant. The buffet offers an extensive selection of both Western and Chinese options, with something to suit every taste. There was a wide variety of fresh breads, croissants, cereals, dim sum, a noodle station, fresh fruits, and many traditional Chinese breakfast dishes. The spread was impressive, and the quality of the food was consistently excellent throughout my stay. The hotel is located a little farther from the city center and some attractions. However, this was not an issue for me, as ride-hailing apps are readily available and inexpensive. Most of my business meetings were conveniently held in the Executive Lounge on the 45th floor, which offers excellent views and a comfortable atmosphere. Wanda Plaza is also only about 10 minutes away by car, providing plenty of shopping and dining options. Overall, I would rate my stay 9 out of 10. The service was outstanding, the facilities were excellent, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I would definitely return on my next visit to Shaoxing and would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers. In my opinion, it is one of the best hotels in Shaoxing."

"Taking advantage of spring's arrival in Jiangnan, I came to experience the unique charm of a Jiangnan water town. Before arriving, I was already looking forward to immersing myself in the special atmosphere of these towns, and choosing Keqiao was definitely the right decision, as was selecting Youchao Hotel. The town at night is beautiful, and the hotel is right by the small river, truly evoking the feeling of 'small bridges, flowing water, and homes'. Walking on the cobblestone paths, I felt like I was part of the town. After a tiring day of exploring, I returned to the hotel for a special cocktail. In my slightly tipsy state, my affection for the town grew even more. The hotel itself is also stunning, with a huge floor-to-ceiling window showcasing many plants that blend seamlessly with the hotel's Chinese-style decor. The service is excellent too; after I requested something, they responded very quickly. This money was truly well spent!"

The Xianheng hotel (Xianheng Jiudian) was established in A.D. 1894; it is popular for lots of vivid descriptions which had been given by Mr. Luxun. Nowadays, because of the expansion and renovation project, it is promoted to be a hotel which takes Jiangnan and Yue cultures as the theme. This Shaoxing hotel covers an area of 57,000 square meter and has a range of accommodations including standard rooms and suites. There are 47 private dining rooms and a multi-function hall seating up to 800 people. Diners can enjoy Western and Japanese dishes. Seven variously-sized conference rooms come equipped with simultaneous interpretation system and a variety of audio-visual equipments in the Xianheng hotel. A business center is also offer in this hotel. When it comes to relaxation, guests can go shopping or take advantage of fitness and entertainment facilities on the premises.

"Facilities: This hotel is pretty much top-tier in Shaoxing. All things considered, it's only about 200 meters to Lu Xun's former residence, directly accessible via a back alley. It's also super convenient for visiting all the surrounding attractions like the residences of the Premier, Qiu Jin, and the Sage of Calligraphy. Guests get free parking, so you can just dump any souvenirs or Huangjiu (yellow wine) directly in your car. This alone outshines most other local hotels, not to mention its century-old brand, and their self-produced and sold Huangjiu, fava beans, and pastries. Plus, the new building at the front offers a great living experience; despite the hotel's age, the new building has a high-end, new-Chinese style, reminiscent of a five-star hotel. Service: Incredibly thoughtful. Cici, as our butler, proactively added us on WeChat, and her service was impeccable throughout. You can just relax and enjoy your trip; any needs can be directly communicated to the butler. When cleaning the room, they even brought children's slippers and toothbrushes directly to us. Overall, it's especially suitable for children around ten years old coming for an 'educational trip.' After all, Baicaoyuan to Sanwei Study is something kids will learn about sooner or later, so staying at this hotel is perfect for reinforcing those memories."

The New Century Grand Hotel Shaoxing (Shaoxing Kaiyuan Mingdu Dajiudian) is situated at the intersection of East Renmin Road and Pingjiang Road and in Shaoxing Economic Development Zone. This Shaoxing hotel's Chinese restaurant with 23 deluxe private dining rooms serves typical Hangzhou dishes, local dishes and excellent seafood. Besides, guests can enjoy Western and Japanese cuisines at the on-site restaurants. The grand multifunctional banquet hall on the 4th floor is fit for all kinds of social activities. There are also nine deluxe conference rooms of different sizes.

"The brand of Kaiyuan left a good impression on us. This time I went to Shaoxing and chose Kaiyuan Mingdu, and I also joined the members of ”Baidawu”. The hotel always contacted in advance to ask about the arrival time and implement the specific requirements of the room. Wei Xin, who received the reception, was very warm and thoughtful. In addition to introducing us to nearby attractions and restaurants, he also specially reminded us that some attractions should be booked in advance and upgraded our room to a newly renovated floor. The hotel room and breakfast are good, and then there is a chance to consider Kaiyuan. Shaoxing has not come for many years, the change is not small, the photos taken by the 22nd floor window are very beautiful. When I checked out, I knew that we would be late when we rushed back. Echo also specially extended us for 1 hour. Thanks again!"

"My friends and I planned a trip to Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and this time we booked the Shangyu Marriott Hotel through Ctrip. Six of us arrived in Shangyu from Shaoxing. Since we arrived quite early, the front desk staff kindly advised us to pre-book our rooms and store our luggage. We then spent the morning exploring nearby attractions like Zhonghua Xiaode Park, Cao'e Scenic Area, and Shangyu Museum. We had lunch at Xun Bao Ji and enjoyed a full day of eating, drinking, and sightseeing without feeling tired. We returned to the hotel around 2 PM, and the staff promptly and thoughtfully handled our check-in according to our needs. The hotel's environment and decor are elegant and refined. As a 5-star hotel, the facilities and amenities were comfortable and tranquil, and the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a variety of Chinese and Western options, including noodles and wontons, all available as desired. This stay included access to the Executive Lounge, and we were so satisfied that we extended our stay for another two nights. Of our 10+ day trip, the last 5 days and 4 nights at the Shangyu Marriott Hotel received unanimous praise from everyone. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, Didi (ride-sharing service) was convenient and affordable. There were plenty of dining options, and the Executive Lounge offered a diverse selection of food and beverages (coffee, tea, fruits, pastries, etc.). This brand-name chain hotel is highly recommended."

Nestled deep within the lush, emerald embrace of the Zhuji Mountains, my recent stay at this charming, honesty-style resort was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by whispering bamboo groves and crisp mountain air, the resort seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering a tranquil retreat from the bustle of everyday life. The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. Combined with the warmth of staff like Xiao Luo and their genuine care for guests (and pets!), this stay was unforgettable. Highly recommended for nature enthusiasts, pet owners, and anyone craving a rejuvenating escape with a touch of magic.

The rooms are quite spacious, and they even offer fruit porridge. Parking is super convenient with the hotel's exclusive parking lot, which is a huge plus for self-driving tourists – no need to stress about finding a spot, and it feels safe and secure. What really stands out is the service, from the warm and efficient check-in process where the front desk proactively helped us get our preferred room, to every staff member we encountered who greeted us with a smile. Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome.

Traveling from Lishui back to Shanghai, I chose this hotel as a convenient stopover. The location is excellent, right next to the highway exit and overlooking Jian Lake. Upon arrival, we were treated to a boat welcome ceremony, which made for a unique check-in experience. The hotel has a traditional Chinese garden style, and every corner is meticulously decorated with the owner's collections. It's a shame our trip was rushed, so we didn't have time for the guided tour. The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The minibar offered a wide selection of snacks and drinks. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, with delicious and beautifully presented dishes. All the staff were warm and attentive.

We stayed at the Wyndham this time for a concert, which was very convenient, but we were pleasantly surprised by so much more! Not only are the hotel facilities comprehensive and the environment lovely, but opening the window reveals a beautiful lake view, truly offering peace and joy. What impressed us even more was the service – wow! When we returned to the hotel after the concert, the thoughtful service was incredibly meticulous. They had specially prepared free late-night snacks for us: tea eggs, red bean soup, and various cookies. I really want to give them a big shout-out, but unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures; I was too busy enjoying the moment! ☺️

An absolutely perfect vacation! The room was incredibly comfortable, with high ceilings, spacious interiors, and understated yet elegant decor. I could have easily spent both days just relaxing in the room. The hotel is nestled in the serene and beautiful Hanfei River Valley, and you can take a cable car up to the mountaintop for stunning views. The hotel service was also excellent; you can request a car transfer anywhere within the hotel grounds at any time. Our butler, Helen, provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service from even before our arrival, proactively offering information to ensure a smooth trip. She continued to follow up on all our needs throughout our stay, making this vacation truly delightful! The hotel's Tingtao Pavilion restaurant was also fantastic. We had dinner there twice, and the chef's recommended dishes were truly delicious and well worth trying.

I've always stayed at the Hilton every time I went back to Zhuji. I'm thinking about checking in at Yunmanju this time. I just checked out, and here's a few things to share: 1. The hotel's overall environment is nice. The gardens and landscaping are quite impressive, showing meticulous care and a high level of aesthetic taste. While the rooms are simply decorated, they're not dull. The materials and amenities are good. The toiletries aren't brand-name; they're quite ordinary. The hair dryer is a Dyson imitation, the toilet is a Kohler smart, and the basin and faucet are likely other generic brands. It happened to rain during my stay, which made the air feel nice and the spring greenery lush. It was a great place to relax. 2. The environment and amenities are quite nice, but the service is a letdown: This hotel's management and service feel like they're putting on a brave face. It looks like they have everything, but they often offer things you don't need, and they don't provide what you need. 1) I checked in at 7 PM, and it took 30 minutes to get through to the front desk. I wanted a latex pillow, but they didn't have one. 2) Breakfast was a pre-packaged portion per person, with no options. It consisted of half a head of corn, a boiled egg, a piece of cake, a few slices of watermelon, a bowl of white fungus, and a bowl of noodles. The white fungus soup was delicious. Since I don't eat cake or fruit, I asked for another bowl of white fungus soup, but they said they didn't have any. My meal time was before 8 AM, so I only made two bowls. 3) When I asked why my room didn't have a bathrobe, they said they only provided bathrobes in higher-priced rooms (I booked a Duyun Room on Ctrip, and they upgraded me to a Duyun Balcony Room). This was completely shocking; this was the first time I'd heard of a hotel providing bathrobes depending on the room rate. 4) The room also supposedly included the first complimentary mini-bar (a grapefruit juice, a Yuanqi water, or something like that, and two 250ml bottles of Baishuishan mineral water), a small bucket of potato chips, two bags of Three Squirrels Daily Nuts, tea bags, drip coffee, and more. (There was no capsule coffee machine.) There was also a large, approximately 1L bottle of Baishuishan mineral water. After I finished drinking the mineral water, I asked for more, but the hotel said they charge for it. It's just regular mineral water. Is that necessary? 3. Also, there's a sign in the hotel lobby: It basically says the hotel area is for consumption, so if you don't want to spend money, don't come here. Ugh... are all artists so petty? Last night, I had planned to stay with friends for a few days during the Qingming Festival holiday. Now I'm thinking Hilton or Parkview Green. At least their service is top-notch, and they won't get mad at you over a few bottles of mineral water. Many hotels even offer mineral water upon check-out. Hot tea upon arrival, water upon departure. Are you really that aloof?

My recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Shaoxing was an absolute delight, far exceeding my expectations. It's truly an excellent choice for business travelers. The room was incredibly spacious and airy, with a beautiful wooden aesthetic complemented by cherry blossom decor, creating an elegant atmosphere. The layout was well-thought-out, clearly separating the work and relaxation areas, ensuring no disturbances. The bedding was soft and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long business trip, and all the facilities were complete and well-maintained. The service was professional and efficient; from check-in to inquiries, responses were prompt, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast offered a wide variety, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes, with freshly cooked dishes and local specialties that truly energized me for the day. The hotel's location is convenient, with excellent surrounding amenities and stable high-speed internet, making it very business-traveler-friendly. Overall, it offers great value for money, with attention to detail that showcases quality. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next business trip to Shaoxing.

The hotel, a beautifully restored Ming and Qing Dynasty Huizhou-style complex, offers a tranquil and elegant atmosphere with picturesque views at every turn. The guest rooms have an antique charm, though the bedding is a bit firm and not very comfortable, and the shower in my room was broken. Service was quite average; despite having butler service, it wasn't very attentive. I had made a reservation for the restaurant in advance, only to be told upon arrival that there was no booking. However, the hotel's shuttle service is very convenient. The breakfast quality was excellent, but the food at the hotel's Shenlu Chinese restaurant was mediocre, with many dishes having a strong fishy taste. The hotel offers many activities, including guided tours of the ancient architecture, hiking trails, and intangible cultural heritage workshops. The travel photography service was excellent, producing great photos. The surrounding environment is lovely, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, I'd say it's a hotel with average value for money.
