"Before choosing a B&B, I prioritized convenience and sanitation, so I chose this one in Shaoxing based on my travel guide. The atmosphere was immediately appealing. From the entrance to the room, there was a light, camphorwood scent that was quite pleasant, without any stuffiness. They also provided mosquito repellent, so there was no need to worry about mosquitoes. The soundproofing and service were excellent, and the manager was very helpful. You could ask her anything you needed, and she even gave you a small gift. There's a restaurant next door, perfect for a simple, affordable home-style meal. We had a train to catch, so we ate right there.
The various attractions are also quite close to the B&B. Some are within walking distance, others within a 15-minute taxi ride, and the farthest is about half an hour away. You can simply take a taxi directly to the B&B, and there's no need to wait outside in the heat. Overall, it was a great experience."

"The room wasn’t very clean, and the front desk managers were a bit weird asking questions and trying to figure out whether I’m not a guest in the hotel or whether I’m trying to sneak my assistant in. One morning around 6 am was particularly too noisy. Though there were foreigners with kids, I would not recommend you to stay with your kids there. The hotel is okay for business trips only"

"Staying at this high-altitude lakeside hotel was absolutely worth it! The view from the window was of a shimmering lake, and at sunrise, the golden light bathed the water in breathtaking beauty. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the location was incredibly convenient. The receptionists were warm and friendly, and they were always willing to answer any questions we had. They even upgraded us to a lake-view king room for free! The experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"The hotel is in an extremely convenient location for accessing tourist attractions, and it’s also very close to both the train station and the bus stop. The hostess is incredibly enthusiastic, giving guests detailed advice on the best places to visit and the most efficient ways to get around. When guests check out, she even gives them a small gift as a token of appreciation. You truly feel valued here. Next time I visit Shaoxing, I’ll definitely choose to stay here again!

"The location of the homestay is very good, just on the straight street of Cangqiao, the balcony and restaurant of the room are facing the river, the view is good, and the night sleep is quite quiet. This loft apartment, the upper air conditioner is not very powerful, it is a bit hot to sleep at night. Breakfast is quite satisfactory; the parking lot is a bit of a road, and the heavy bag is not suitable."

"I brought my daughter here. We were quite satisfied with the room for the price. It's conveniently located near attractions, so we could rest when we got tired before heading out again. The cleanliness was acceptable, and the facilities were quite good. Of course, it's not as nice as a big hotel, but the price-performance ratio is great. I would definitely come again next time."

LLizhiqiAfter three years, I stayed here again. This is a bookstore-themed youth hostel, with a reading area downstairs and accommodation on the second floor. They've also added breakfast. The front desk service is warm and friendly, and the environment is great. I happened to visit on a weekday, so I had the room all to myself. The bed was very comfortable, and they even provided an extra blanket, so I wasn't cold at all at night. I really love this hostel! It's conveniently located near Lu Xun's former residence, making it easy to get anywhere. Plus, they offer qipao rental services, which is a great deal. I just forgot to take pictures before I left!

GGuest UserThe twin room is perfect for four people, very clean and hygienic. The location is super convenient, and the service is excellent. It's very close to Lu Xun's Former Residence, Cangqiao Direct Street, and Shuigouying Food Street, plus there are plenty of dining options nearby.

The hotel lobby is clean and spacious, check-in was quick, and the front desk lady was incredibly friendly and even recommended nearby restaurants. The room was even better than the pictures. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. I slept incredibly well. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were lightly scented. The attention to detail was incredible! The value for money is incredible. I'll definitely stay here again!

Kkiki0124The boss help to upgrade a bigger room upon my request for quiet room which facing residental area for free. Thank you boss. The room is big and clean. It is about 15-20min walk to mingzhu subway station. Otherwise, can take 2 stops by bus to the subways station. The bus stop is just outside the motel. Water may accumulate on floor in aashroom after bath, not a big issue, can just swipe it with floor wiper well prepared in the washroom.

When checking out, I asked the housekeeping auntie for two bottles of water, and she gave them to me without hesitation. Overall, the experience was great, highly recommended!

MM478726****I was really satisfied with the room; it offered great value for money. This guesthouse is quite unique, located within an ancient building. Best of all, there was no formaldehyde smell from renovations, which I'm very sensitive to. While it might be a bit old and small, the overall experience was excellent. They even have their own restaurant, which hosts events every night at 9 PM, like movie screenings, dancing, and releasing river lanterns. The value here is truly unbeatable. Plus, the location is superb – just a 3-minute walk to Lu Xun's Former Residence, right within the scenic area. Highly recommend it, it's really good!

GGuest UserI was very impressed by staying at this hotel in Shaoxing. The hotel is very clean and the sanitary conditions are satisfactory. There are willow trees and a small river outside the window. The scenery is pleasant and adds a lot of fun to the journey. The staff service is also good, any problems can be solved in time. Recommended to friends who come to Shaoxing for tourism.
