"This family room is really big - 2 rooms linking together, each room has 1 bathroom as well. Came to hotel a little early after long haul flight - although need to wait for nearly an hour staff were friendly and tried to arrange cleaning the room quickly. Breakfast were good with variety of choices. 5 minutes walk from Messestadt West Metro station and a big shopping mall with many restaurants and supermarkets next to the station. My daughters were happy with the stay."

"Low level of services. One of the reading lights was not working. Long procedure during check in. The door of bathroom is not closing properly, hence it is not suitable for a room of multiple persons. This is not a defect, it is by design so. As an addition dueing messe events it is exceptionally expensive. Altogether not a good value for money."

"I stayed two nights in Munich to watch the Champions League. The hotel reception was small, and the English was average, making communication difficult and unresponsive. The room was decent and functional, but the bed was a bit too soft for comfort. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and transportation is convenient; the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away."

"The German hotel acquired by Huazhu Group The hardware is almost five-star standard, no doubt about it. The breakfast is also very plentiful and perfect. Free parking is available nearby. The only problem is the front desk staff is incompetent. They desperately need training. I contacted them multiple times beforehand to request five twin beds, but when I arrived they said there were only three, leaving me with nothing. After half an hour of haggling, they said there was a disabled twin bed on the ground floor. Finally, they resolved the issue. Otherwise, I would have given it a zero. Thankfully, the ground floor has a high ceiling, which is a plus."

"The room is big and clean, the service attitude is very warm, and the breakfast is also very rich. The location is also very good, there are many supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. In short, it is a very cost-effective hotel."

"Hotel is located something outside the city centre near the Donnersberger Bridge, but is well connected with S-Bahn, metro and bus. The hotel is quite new and very skillfully made. The room was big and well furnished, the bathroom is a little narrow but clean. I had a room in the EC to the street, which, in the open window, caused some noises from the building site exactly in front of other guests who were talking before the hotel. In sum, a recommended hotel"

"large room, clean and good location. now i went there several times already but something changed it seems because that being said, service is not at all a 4* for this rate range check in is taking time, check out even more, and money is the only thing important. i decided to go for the breakfast in the morning, but it was not in my room rate. i had given a deposit but while i was eating they came and asked me to pay and stop my breakfast(1st time i see this in a hotel!). then after my breakfast during the check out they asked me if i paid! afraid i would run away without paying?. additionally the way they speak to me / customer around me was very agressive. i will not go back"

"The hotel service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We left used coffee glasses in the room and they were not replaced or washed. We also noticed a hole in the blanket and some yellow stains. We asked for a toothbrush, but were told there was no stock, which was a bit surprising for a Pullman. On the positive side, they provide a washing machine that guests can use, you just need to buy the coin from the receptionist."

"Hear me out: this hotel has THE BEST - meaning most professional - service I have ever encountered in any hotel - and I say it from my experience from staying at 4-5 stars hotels as a general rule. Regarding service: - ALWAYS replying to every email (unfortunately letters sometimes land in a spam folder, a little flaw) - 24/7 there’s always someone at the reception ready to assist (mind it’s not a branded hotel, but a family-owned business), making sure that there aren’t any unsolved problems or unsatisfied needs - all website-provided informations are up to date - there’s a shuttle bus from a train station for guests (till 5pm) - staff is perfectly trained and experienced. There’s never any personal attitude, just a smile and clear communication. Of course speaking well English. - Bonus: I arrived quite before check-in hours and checked out a bit late too; didn’t have to say a word and no word was said (or called). Even got an advise how to efficiently manage my luggage for my next trip. Location: a bit far from train & metro stations. Amenities: a very big swimming pool! And a sauna, and a gym. Downside is that those amenities are in a neighbouring building, so if you’re still wearing your swimming suit, you need to walk on a pedestrian path for two minutes like this. It feels weird. But there are lockets, showers and fresh towels too, if you prefer to change your clothes first. Concluding: best combination of price, location, fun, and quality."

"The Westin lives up to its reputation as a five-star hotel; the service was excellent. We booked a triple room including breakfast and dinner for three nights. Upon check-in, the front desk informed us that the buffet dinner area was closed for some reason that day, so they arranged for us to dine at the bar. We were initially a bit worried, but it turned out to be an authentic Western meal with appetizers, main courses, desserts, and drinks – nothing was missing, and it was all delicious, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet was also very rich. The room was quite spacious, and it even had air conditioning. The only minor drawbacks were the rather small parking spaces, which made parking a bit difficult, and that the hotel facilities are showing their age. However, overall, it was quite good, and I recommend it!"
