My overall experience was actually very good the staff were friendly and the location is great It basically puts you in the middle of everything and you are close to the hauptbahnof on other modes of transport. My only take is that the Wi-Fi coverage in my place was unstable especially at night for some reason but on the ground floor it was very stable and fast.

it is a popular place as it has a very convenient location near train station. A good choice for a short one night stay. The infrastruture can be better, but is also enough if you have need to cook something. It has a restaurant to use and a coffee mashine.

I was very satisfied with the hotel. The room was basic but perfectly adequate with everything you need for a city trip, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. Even in the evenings, you can easily walk back to the hotel from the nearby subway.

Everything was almost as expected at this price. I can't say the room was completely clean but it wasn't bad. It's located in a good place. It's next to Laim station and you don't need to transfer to go to the Munich airport. It doesn't take much time to get to the city center. There's a bar right next to this hotel so at night, it might be noisy but for me, it didn't matter much since I wasn't a sensitive sleeper.

Okay, let's start with the positives. The location is really good. The Viktualienmarkt is practically around the corner, and the city center, English Garden, Eisbach – everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is good and can easily compete with larger hotels. Unfortunately, the coffee machine broke down on the first morning, so there was no coffee during my stay. The hotel has no elevator, not even for luggage. I wasn't aware of that. The staircase looked rundown. The room was clean, except for a dusty shelf in the closet, but it immediately made a bad impression because the curtain was half torn off. I found a blackout curtain in the closet. I then had to climb onto a chair to hang it up. I also fixed the other curtain right away. A blackout curtain was necessary as my room faced Reichenbachplatz. I also found a bedside lamp in the closet, but it was useless because there was no bulb. A shame, it would have been helpful since there was no light switch by the bed. The TV also didn't show a picture at first. Multiple channel scans with different configurations were needed. The walls are so thin that I got a fright on the first night, thinking someone was in my room talking. Someone also vomited, but that was two rooms down. The room next door was a kitchen or storage room. The bathroom was newly tiled. However, the drainpipes were just flexible hoses that weren't nicely connected. The towel racks probably dated back to the 60s. The sink wasn't straight on the wall, and the shower curtain was held up by a wire, a screw, and tape.

Difficult to find, poorly identified.  Not provided with 2 twin beds as described, was 1 queen bed with two sets of sheets. No cookware provided despite having a hot plate top.  Private bathroom was clean and adequate.  No towels provided.  No reception to check in with or ask questions too.  No luggage storage available.  Wouldn’t stay again, and certainly not by myself as a female traveller. For one night was adequate at best.

The surrounding environment is very quiet, the hotel is relatively small, two floors, the room is a bit small, the two beds are very crowded, the rest can have an aisle to walk, the bed is very narrow 0.9 meters, maybe the hotel bed in Munich is similar; I stayed for three days and the bathroom was not replaced and cleaned. In addition, the floor drain in the shower room seemed to be blocked and the water was very slow. Every time I stepped on the puddle to take a shower; the boss is Chinese, and he takes care of Chinese compatriots. It is good to stay temporarily for business.
