"The room was pretty small for 3 people, we only stayed for one night so it was an enough space for one night. Service was great throughout although we had to check out on 10:30AM max - I wish it could have been later. Location is excellent - next to train station, expect train noises but mostly we slept through the noises. No air conditioning but the window can be opened for a breeze of air. You get what you pay with the price which is a good deal!"

"This hotel is located just outside the city center, right next to a metro station, and directly across from Olympic Park. It's only one metro stop away from the BMW Museum. The breakfast is quite good, with a wide variety of options. The room bedding is clean and high quality. The toilet and shower are separate. Our room faced Olympic Park, and we could see the TV tower. I recommend requesting a higher floor for better views. The hotel service is also good, and there's a large underground parking garage. It's convenient to take the metro to the old town. The only downside is that the supermarkets are a bit far, about 700 meters away."

And is Unacceptable.It's 2023 now,Whatever the race 、the skin colour people are. "Location is near to train station, accessible to airport via the S1 or S8. There’s a tram stop right outside the hotel, and a supermarket across the street.
Staff service from an Asian lady at reception was transactional during our first check in. When we returned 2 days later, the african staff was warm and hospitable. Both days we got early check in.
Breakfast spread was decent, but better than other hotels we stayed in Germany.
Room size was good, just that the water pressure was a little low."

Bedroom - comfortable and clean.
Breakfast - simple, but was very good and healthy.

However, there are quite a few homeless people in the surrounding area, which makes it a bit unsettling at night. In the evenings and afternoons, there are often sounds of arguments involving homeless people and drunk individuals. "At this budget hotel, someone knocked on our door at 10 AM. When we didn't respond for a few seconds, they just swiped their master key and entered, saying they needed to clean the room and then asking if I was checking out. This was absolutely unbelievable! The hotel also has a car park, but it costs 10 Euros. So, I decided to park right outside on the street. I left at 11 AM the next day and thankfully didn't get a fine. They said parking was free on the hotel's side where there were white lines, but I parked on the unmarked side of the street opposite the hotel. Breakfast costs extra. On the ground floor, there's also a restroom and a self-service convenience store."

Location is about 20 minutes drive from the city center, next to the hotel is a student apartment, there is a kitchenette and kitchenware, you can simply cook
Walking distance to Aldi and APZ supermarkets, and a Chinese restaurant
The room has a balcony, the only downside is that it is on the road, a bit noisy
There is also a paid laundry room, laundry 3 euros, dry clothes 2.5 euros

Mmideast520I chose a hotel slightly further from the city center because I needed to pick up a rental car. From the train station, I took the subway and then a bus. The bus dropped me off right in front of a red building, and if you walk a bit further, it's in the same complex as the Holiday Inn Express. The car rental agency was conveniently located right across the street, making car pick-up very easy.

\\O_O/Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

There are tram stops, subways, supermarkets, pharmacies, snack bars, etc. around, making it convenient to travel. Rooms facing the street will hear the sound of trams passing by at night, so it is recommended to choose a room facing the inner courtyard.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit small, but the price is cheap and the breakfast was really delicious. The staff were all friendly and there was an elevator, so it was easy to move my luggage. The reception is on the 2nd floor, so please keep that in mind.
