"The room is smaller compared to the other H2 hotels ive stayed during this trip. There is not enough space for both my daughter and i to open both luggages and we had to move some of the furniture to fully open our luggages. I found some stain on the toilet bowl. Location is quite off and was saved by a mall about 5 min down.
Breakfast variety also seem lacking compared to my previous stay in other H2.
This is a no frill accomodation and for the price , overall is still value for money. Staff is wonderful :) which make up for many of the shortcomings"

"Two adults and one child, with our 5-year-old. We booked a standard double room with breakfast for two, and our child ate for free. The room was a bit small and the facilities were quite basic, but breakfast was decent. The biggest plus is its convenient location. Right outside the hotel, there's the Lufthansa Airport Express, which runs every 20 minutes. It costs 13 euros one-way for adults, and our 5-year-old traveled free. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the airport. For city attractions, Marienplatz is only about a 15-minute walk away. There's also a Subway, McDonald's, and even a Decathlon nearby. The location is absolutely fantastic."

"Overall good service provided by front desk, generally clean and decent breakfast spread.
Booked the single room but haven’t slept on a single bed in a while, so needed time to get used to- that’s on me.
My main complaint is the illogical and not adult-friendly layout of the toilet. FYI- I’m a 1.7m average built Asian man. See the super narrow gap to squeeze through to get to the toilet bowl? One definitely needs to have physical contact with the sink or the shower wall to reach the toilet bowl, making it unhygienic and a terrible experience.
Also, right leg has no space beside the toilet bowl and need to be “rubbing” against the shower wall, making the experience a terrible one in an otherwise pleasant stay."

"The room was very clean. Upon checking in on the first day, we received two complimentary bottles of water. During the day, mint-infused water, apples, and oranges were available on the ground floor, though I only discovered this when checking out.
It's a ten-minute walk from the metro station, and the metro ride to the city center takes over twenty minutes. It didn't feel as convenient as my previous stays near the train station, but that's my fault, not the hotel's, as I didn't pay attention to the address when booking.
The surroundings are very green and peaceful. The hotel has a car park. Just one metro stop away, there's a large shopping mall with everything you could want, including stores like DM, Aldi, Zara, and H&M, as well as many dining options.
The young lady at the front desk was very nice. Thumbs up!👍"

"The location was great, about a 3-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The room wasn't exactly sparkling clean, but it was fine for just sleeping. There was enough space to open two suitcases.
Since I stayed on a weekend, it could get noisy outside even after midnight.
What I liked was that they accommodated my request for a room with a bathtub when I booked, and the takeout kebab right next to the hotel was delicious."

"Facilities: The duvet was a bit rough. The toiletries were a 3-in-1 product for shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. The room also provided fairy tale books and children's toys.
Environment: It's surrounded by a residential area, which gets quite dark at night with no one around. Restaurants are scarce, mostly Turkish. It's a 5-minute drive from the BMW Museum and BMW Welt.
Parking: The hotel has its own underground parking. You need to check in at the front desk and activate your room key to gain access to the underground garage. There are plenty of spaces, but they are very narrow, which really tests your driving skills. It's 15 Euros a day, which is very cheap for parking, and there are many affordable gas stations nearby on that street.
Service: The breakfast selection was quite rich, and the coffee machine even had Chinese language options. The front desk staff was very friendly. Bottled water and disposable slippers are not provided."

"The lady who always on the AM shift at the counter is very mean. The guy on the PM shift is much happier and better, like what I would expect from a good customer service.
The cleaning lady wore her normal shoes to clean inside the hotel, so not very clean on the floor. The lights to my bathroom was spoiled but she only noticed it at the end of my stay...
The location was very good, munich main station right behind the hotel. For Flixbus Station, its a 18mins walk away."

"I personally think the location is a bit out of the way. You can only get there by taking the subway from the train station. It's about 5-8 minutes away from the subway station. Because of the Oktoberfest, hotels in the city were either out of rooms or had their prices increased too much, so I chose this hotel.
The room is not large in size, but it is well-equipped. However, the water in the shower room is a bit slow and there is water accumulation during the shower. Otherwise, it is okay."

The single room was cramped and uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, it was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. The heating was off, and the room was freezing cold upon entering.
The bathroom is modern, but the splash guard is impractical.
Luggage storage was very good.

Location is about 20 minutes drive from the city center, next to the hotel is a student apartment, there is a kitchenette and kitchenware, you can simply cook
Walking distance to Aldi and APZ supermarkets, and a Chinese restaurant
The room has a balcony, the only downside is that it is on the road, a bit noisy
There is also a paid laundry room, laundry 3 euros, dry clothes 2.5 euros

The room was more spacious than what I saw in the reviews. I stayed for three nights and found it to be comfortable and clean. The breakfast was decent as well.

\\O_O/Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

There are tram stops, subways, supermarkets, pharmacies, snack bars, etc. around, making it convenient to travel. Rooms facing the street will hear the sound of trams passing by at night, so it is recommended to choose a room facing the inner courtyard.

GGuest UserThe hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Munich Central Station. It is not on the main street, so you need to turn a corner and enter an alley, but it is not far. It is very convenient to walk to Karlsplatz and the pedestrian street around, and you can walk directly to Munich City Hall. The surrounding subway and rail transportation are very convenient. It is recommended to buy a one-day adult card for 9.7 euros. You can buy the M zone, and you can reach all the main attractions in Munich. When buying a card, you can go to the Allianz Arena and the BMW Museum, which are farther away.
The hotel lobby is very beautiful, and the restaurant is also OK, but we didn't have time to have breakfast here. The brother at the front desk is enthusiastic and can print very conveniently. We have a train ticket that must be printed. Thumbs up! ! ! There is also a slightly older Bayern fan. There is a paper map at the front desk. If you have questions about the route, you can ask directly. The hotel has heating and switches. It is convenient to wash and dry clothes in winter. The room is not big. There is a glass door to separate the bedroom and the bathroom. It is very tasteless and useless. The room has a small balcony, but it also leads to other rooms, so you can only close the door. The pillows in Europe are super large, and the disposable pillowcases bought in China cannot be put on.

SSaaraahSince the prices of surrounding hotels increased several times during the Oktoberfest, I considered choosing this hotel again. This is a chain of hotel-style apartments, very close to the subway, only a five-minute walk away. The area around the hotel is very quiet, surrounded by one or two companies and a community apartment, so it is also very safe.
The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming, speaks multiple languages, and has barrier-free communication.
The hotel provides a simple breakfast, but for people staying for more than ten days, there are few choices. The hotel restaurant offers free coffee to guests.
Free WiFi is essential. The TV programs are basically in German, so I didn't use the TV during my ten-day stay.
The room is clean and tidy, complete with refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, and all kinds of tableware. Also suitable for family travel and vacation.
Overall it's good and worth recommending.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit small, but the price is cheap and the breakfast was really delicious. The staff were all friendly and there was an elevator, so it was easy to move my luggage. The reception is on the 2nd floor, so please keep that in mind.
