"The room rates were incredibly high during the conference. The facilities are quite old, and there are stains on the walls and curtains. I forgot my charger adapter, and when I went back to look for it an hour later, everyone said they hadn't seen it. The breakfast was also very average. The only advantage is the location, and the front desk service was okay."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, right outside the train station. However, it seems the laundry room is only open Monday to Friday, so it's best to confirm with the front desk. The breakfast spread is quite good too. I'd definitely stay here again for my next business trip."

"The room matched the pictures perfectly – very nice and new, with a fully equipped kitchen. There's a supermarket right downstairs, and I was surprised to find two large TVs. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers. The P+R parking lot next to the hotel was a steal at 1.5 euros per night. Be really careful with parking in Germany; someone dinged my car at some point, and it cost 1150 euros in damages when I returned it. The rental company said it's quite common in Germany for people to hit your car in a parking lot and just drive off."

"The location was one of its biggest strengths for us. The hotel is only one bus stop away from Munich Messe, or about a five-minute drive if you're coming by car. For anyone attending an exhibition or event there, it makes the early mornings and long days feel much more manageable. Another thing that stood out was just how clean and well maintained the hotel felt. You could tell that some parts of the property, such as the carpets, had been there for quite a few years, but they were looked after remarkably well. Rather than feeling worn, the hotel gave the impression of being carefully maintained and respected by the people running it. I also appreciated the little touches in the lobby. There were refreshments available for both adults and children—ice cream, cookies, and drinks—which added a welcoming atmosphere to the space. It was one of those simple gestures that makes a hotel feel more hospitable and less transactional. The gym being open 24 hours a day was another unexpected bonus. Whether arriving late after a long day or wanting an early workout before heading out, having that flexibility was genuinely useful. For those arriving by car, the free parking directly in front of the hotel was another convenience that shouldn't be underestimated, especially around Munich where parking can quickly become expensive or complicated. The only less positive part of our stay was an interaction at the front desk. One of the gentlemen working there came across as somewhat impatient and a little abrupt. To be fair, the hotel was fully booked during our visit, and it was easy to imagine that the workload and constant stream of guests might have been contributing factors. Still, it stood out slightly against what was otherwise a very positive experience."

"The main is directly opposite the German grain market! It is very convenient to travel, eat, drink and shop! The room is a bit small, the breakfast is simpler, and the overall price/performance ratio is very high!"

"The hotel is nice, clean, well-furnished, and has spacious rooms. The staff are friendly. The location in the lively Werksviertel and near Ostbahnhof has its charm – especially if you don't mind noisy nights. Even on the 20th floor, you can hear the bass from the clubs and rooftop terraces. Perhaps it's better in the rooms facing away from the scene (which should be the odd-numbered rooms). At 32 Euros, breakfast is definitely not underpriced. I would not book again."

"The room is great, and it offers excellent value for money. Parking is also very convenient nearby; there's a large parking lot about two kilometers away. It's easy to get to the city center from there by bus, and the parking only costs 1.5 Euros per 24 hours."
