"The hotel is good. The location is right by the train station. There's a great pool with all the amenities (towels, slippers, robes). "Service at Bayerischer Hof starts outside, when arriving by car: They take care of your luggage and take the keys to park your car. Reception is very friendly, helpful and effectively under the Corona-Regulations, to provide a good room for you. Breakfast is still good, but before Corona-Times it was definitely better. I only managed a Dinner at Trader Vic's, which is quite nice for tourists, but not the original food I know from Asia myself. The four days at the Bayerischer Hof were the most comfortable time I had this year. And now I plan to be back there in December - same hotel."

They changed my original twin bed to a king-size bed without notifying me, and they didn't tell the agent. Most importantly, when the customer checked in, they gave the customer's room card to open the door and someone was already in the room. "We arrived at 6 PM on the first day. We had two rooms, and two people were checking us in. The person checking in the double room told me it was actually a single room, and the single room was checked in for two people. I don't think that's right. That evening, we washed our clothes and put them on the rack, and the amount of dust we wiped off was like the first picture. The next morning, they didn't clear away our breakfast until after 3 PM, and didn't even clean up the items on the floor. This hotel doesn't even have its own parking lot, which made us search for ages. We asked later and found out they don't have one. They did help us bring our luggage upstairs. The front desk staff had a bad attitude."

It is very bright during the day and I cannot sleep. Friends with sleep disorders should choose carefully. It's a five-star hotel. The front desk doesn't help with luggage.
