"Total 4 buildings. Deluxe Ultimate Rooms, in a 4-storey building at the back, are newer and very beautifully furnished. Deluxe Classic rooms (in 3-storey buildings) look rather old and worn and some of them (in the first building, nearest to the reception, are under renovation). Some construction work is being carried out now next to the reception and in the first hotel building - thankfully, I didn't hear any noise or disturbance from my room. Reception is very drab-looking and dimly lit and the tiny lobby is not a place you wish to hang around. Standard check in time is overly late, at 3 pm. Didn't use the 2 pools as I was there in the rainy season and most days, it rained on and off throughout the day. New hotel restaurant at the back is air-conditioned (there's outdoor dining area too), very clean and exudes great ambience! Buffet breakfast has lots of choices - some of the selections are good (pizza, finger food and some of the hot dishes) while others, like the pastries (limp and cold) and chilled items (pretty but excessively sweet desserts) didn't appeal to me. Wifi was painfully slow and frequently got disconnected in the room - the strongest signals are in the restaurant and reception. Overall, I love the spacious, beautiful and well furnished new Deluxe Ultimate room, the greenery all around and the friendly staff service."

"Nice hotel with its own spa. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars is because there was a leak from the above room that they didn’t bother fixing. Luckily we both had ear plugs to sleep at night. Plus the bike they gave us kept breaking down so we refunded and got one somewhere else, the hotel quickly refunded us, apologised and offer to bring a new bike but we just went somewhere else we rented from before. They have a nice pool and delicious breakfast."

"The resort is stunning. We received a warm welcome with a complimentary upgrade. The pool is amazing, and the rooms are very spacious, around 40sqm, and well-equipped. Cleaning is thorough and done daily, with towel changes every day and linen changes every three days. The breakfast offers a good variety, although it caters more to local tastes."

"JIVANA!! This hotel is even more beautiful than in the photos! As soon as we arrived, we were enchanted by the elegance of the place and the peaceful setting. The rooms are magnificent, carefully decorated and quite comfortable with a large outdoor bathroom. Everything is designed to guarantee total peace of mind. You can see fish and large turtles... it's pure bliss. The staff is impeccable, always attentive to our every need. We even had a perfectly adapted baby bed. The swimming pool is quite large. The plated breakfast is delicious and served in a peaceful atmosphere. The spa activities are superb, ideal for a moment of absolute relaxation. A true paradise that we don't want to leave. "Novotel Hotel in Kuta Lombok is honestly an amazing place to stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, peaceful, and perfect if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to unwind. What really stood out for me was the staff — incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive.
That said, the location is quite remote. It’s not within walking distance of Kuta centre, so you’ll need to arrange a car. The hotel can organise transport for about 50,000 rupiah one way (roughly a five-minute drive). There’s no Grab or regular taxi service around because the local community supports their own drivers, which is actually a positive thing and understandable.
If your plan is to relax, enjoy the hotel, and take things slow, it’s a fantastic choice. But if you like exploring, dining out frequently, or moving around a lot, keep in mind that you’ll need transport everywhere — and depending on where you want to go in Lombok, some trips can easily take a few hours."

"We originally booked Lobster Bay for five days and ended up staying ten — which probably says it all.
The villas are fantastic: spacious, beautifully designed, fully air-conditioned, and each with its own private plunge pool. It’s a place where you relax the moment you arrive.
The staff are outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, with genuine warmth and real smiles rather than scripted hotel politeness. The cooks are equally impressive, with excellent, freshly prepared food, and great choices on the menu.
We can’t say enough good things about this place and would happily return. One of our favourite ever stays."

"It’s situated not too far from the main busy area of kuta, but it’s still bit far from the beach. So overall not too bad for location.
Pros:
- Good facility of coworking space and a spa, which is much appreciated.
- room layout is good with balcony. Would suggest to opt for the one level up so there is some privacy compare those has direct ground level access.
- overall service is great, very strong SOP driven and ensure you are taken care the same by everyone.
- room is clean and housekeeping is quite good. Thought some spots could be improved.
Cons
- the room sound proof is issue. Due to gaps and room material, can obviously hear all the rooster sounds, azan and even people talking. Might not be good for light sleeper.
- it is surrounded by lots construction, though the noise doesn’t affect but it’s not too pleasant as at now.
- restaurant food option is quite limited. Hard to stay excited if stay for longer.
- wifi is an issue, hardly can connect at my room. But totally no problem at the coworking space"

WWesternboyThis is truly a paradise. The entire hotel is exquisite and beautiful. The limited number of rooms makes for a wonderful experience. It's very quiet, and the guests are very chill. The standalone house has two separate rooms, giving you plenty of privacy. Highly recommended! However, it's quite remote, and transportation is difficult. You'll need to hire a car. There's a very bumpy road halfway to the main road, so be careful if you're bothered.

TTutukiatOur stay was perfect. I stayed at a total of 5 different hotels or villa in this Bali/Lombok trip and i must say Lina’s Villa is my top favourite!
The service crews are super polite and helpful. The vila itself is simply gorgeous! Just look at the photos, they look exactly like the photos the villa posted.
The place is also a short 5-10mins walk to the main Kuta street. Villa offers free scooter ride to anywhere in Kuta area.
Only small improvement is perhaps you may have to book or arrange early if you would like to try out their spa/massage service as the availability of their masseurs is quite limited.

ИИринаIncredibly attentive staff! First-class service! The guys are just great! We felt their care all the time, everything we asked for was done very quickly! Thank you very much for this! The view from the common lounge area is simply stunning, like from the cover of a magazine. It was very nice to have breakfast with such a view. By the way, the breakfasts are also very good, there is a scramble and Benedict, pastries, delicious lemonades and juices.
There were also disadvantages, namely: the towels in the room smelled of dampness, in the first room the shower did not work well, however, to fix this, we were moved to another room, where the shower worked better. The shower area itself in all rooms needs repair. The access to the hotel is not very good, part of the way you have to drive along a dirt road.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. This is one of the few good options in the south of Lombok!

A huge thank you to Haris for his kindness and attentiveness by the pool, and to Zomi for their professionalism and the excellent service at the restaurant. The private chauffeur service for exploring the island was a real plus. The evening beach bonfire was a delightful touch. The only minor drawback was the noise from the service trolleys in the corridors in the morning. We highly recommend this hotel!

The location is off the busy streets of Kuta but very near to tanjung An and merese.
The hotel is small and most of the time is not too busy. I enjoy the tranquility and the pool which oversee a lot of greens and ocean. Room is great size with balcony, will have to depends which direction it facing. Hot water might come bit late, lighting are all great, room is generally clean. Linen has some wear and tear but not alarming.
The restaurant provide quite diverse menu and some of it are of good quality. Breakfast could definitely be done better in sense of selection and quality. Speed of cooking could be improve but it might be tied with small kitchen.
Team members there are generally provide warmth service and quick to respond.

The breakfast is self-service, with quite a few varieties, and the taste is very Indonesian, which is not accustomed to it

RRONGHOUThe location of the hotel is superb, with the beach at the door. The hotel restaurant is pretty good in that area. The owner of a small traveler next to it is nice and can arrange day trips to other beaches, especially Mawen Beach, which is simply beautiful. There is also a beach to watch the sunrise.

It has a super nice pool in the shape of a guitar, and the hotel staff is super friendly. But they need to take care of the facilities in all types of rooms equally.
