"We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The hotel's location in Göreme isn't particularly important because the town is small, and everything is a 5-minute walk from the center. However, there are hotels that require a steep climb uphill. Our hotel is located on level ground. Guests are picked up directly from the hotel for all excursions, flights, and the airport, which is very convenient. Flights and excursions can be booked at reception. The hotel has an interesting, authentic, antique-style decor. We didn't buy breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. We also lost our luggage at the airport, along with our swimsuits, so we missed the pool and spa area. The beds in the room were very comfortable. Unlimited bottled water. There was a kettle in the room with tea and coffee. We are very grateful to the receptionist – he helped us find our luggage and also brought back our lost bag. We were very pleased 😄. We would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel itself was fine, and there was even a small indoor cave pool. However, the location was incredibly noisy. I'm not sure if it was just my room or the entire hotel, but it was directly below a loudspeaker that was either chanting or praying, starting at 5:50 AM every single morning. And every night there were dogs barking, car noises, and all sorts of loud, unidentifiable sounds. Plus, the bathroom seemed to have no heating, and the fridge in the room often buzzed loudly in the middle of the night. It was truly unbearable. I booked a terrace room (Room 12), and mine had a small private terrace, but my friend's was shared with others, which was a bit of a letdown."

"The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. ^ ^ Amenities, a kettle, teacups, etc. were provided. ^ ^ All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful! ^ ^ It's conveniently within walking distance of downtown Goreme. You can even see hot air balloons from the terrace. ♪ I'd love to go again. Thank you! ^ ^"

"The hotel can arrange hot air balloon tours at a reasonable price. The breakfast and the balcony were also highlights. Enjoying breakfast with a view was incredibly relaxing. The room was very clean. However, the airport shuttle service is quite expensive and felt a bit overpriced. I'd recommend taking the public bus directly from the airport instead; it takes you right to the hotel for only 300 Lira."

"It's the best!!!! The hotel's exterior is stylish, it has a terrace, and it's perfect for photos. Best of all, the breakfast is absolutely gorgeous, and the people are so kind! 🥹♡ Even though I don't speak any English, they were always there to greet me with a smile and a comfortable distance! There was also a cute cat, which was soothing! 🐱♡ Amenities included towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, slippers, and a great hair dryer, so I had no problems! It was a comfortable stay, but I was bothered by a slight smell of sewerage or mold? ☺️ That's why I gave it a 4. But it was such a wonderful hotel that it didn't even bother me. ♡"

Their English proficiency is excellent, and they show genuine cultural awareness and patience toward guests who do not speak English, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive experience for visitors of all backgrounds. The cave-style room was comfortable and well designed, with efficient underfloor heating. Staff members kindly assisted with luggage, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to relax and fully enjoy the stay. The restaurant offers a daily changing menu with consistently high-quality food. The rooftop bar is a separate venue, featuring three distinct terraces. One terrace is enclosed with a transparent cover, allowing guests to enjoy the space comfortably even during the winter months. Thanks to the hotel’s elevated position, the rooftop bar provides stunning nighttime views over Göreme, while Sunset Point is also within easy walking distance. The hotel’s Turkish bath and spa facilities are elegant and well maintained, with professional and attentive staff delivering a relaxing experience. When an issue arose with a pre-booked horseback riding activity, the hotel team promptly assisted in reorganizing our plans. Rose redesigned a walking route covering the Göreme Open-Air Museum, Rose Valley, and Sword Valley, transforming a potential disappointment into a memorable highlight of our trip. On the day of departure for Istanbul, the hotel staff personally came out to see us off, a thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression. Highly recommended, and I would be pleased to stay here again"

"Özellikle çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, tek tek teşekkür ederim. Otel konum olarak çok merkezi, kendi otoparkı olması büyük rahatlık. Odası oldukça konforluydu ve temizdi. Kahvaltı serpme olarak servis ediliyor, milter olarak doyurucu. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel."

"This cave hotel is quite unique and the restaurant offers a good variety of tasty dishes. However, we stayed for three nights and were assigned to the lowest level, which had virtually no view. This definitely wasn't worth the 1300-1400 per night price tag. The room door used a traditional key, and the bathroom door needed a strong push to close properly. On the plus side, the service was decent, and they offered complimentary bonfires. On the downside, our room didn't have a good view, and some of the facilities felt a bit dated."

"The front desk staff member was quite nice. My friend was a bit spooked by the strange room layout, with rooms upstairs and downstairs, and since the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't change rooms that day. The staff member kept reassuring my friend, which was helpful. Just a heads-up to everyone, cave hotels tend to be a bit stuffy."

"The stuff was excellent, very friendly and they tried to help you with everything. The Hotel is very clean and even after Checkout we could spend our time there. The rooms are very nice and in the traditional Stonerocks implemented. Looks very cool, but due to be in a stone room without windows, it is stuffy."
