"The front desk staff were incredibly helpful! Just a heads-up, if you've booked a lower-level room, you'll need to check in at reception before heading down. We had two suitcases, and when we heard we had to go downstairs to our room, we almost fainted! 🥺 Luckily, the front desk arranged for someone to drive us down. There's also a direct staircase within the hotel that leads to the terrace. The lower-level rooms are actually great – you don't have to climb a hill back to the hotel every day, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the main streets of Göreme. Woke up in the morning, went to the terrace, and saw the hot air balloons – it was stunning!"

"I stayed in Goreme for only one night, but it was wonderful. The hotel administration was very kind and checked me in a little earlier, so that I wouldn't have to wait long after the road. The hotel rooms are sooooo beautiful, I've never had a better one in my life It was very clean, branded toiletries, slippers. The location is very convenient, the observation deck for the balls is 10 minutes away, the national park is a 20-minute walk, the bus station is 5-7 minutes away. All the infrastructure is nearby. There is a terrace with beautiful views and delicious breakfasts are served there - buffet, the choice is incredibly large: meze, vegetables, omelettes, cheeses, filter coffee, tea, sweets, fruits..) in general, the impression of staying at the hotel is 10/10"

"Hands down, a five-star review! The biggest surprise of this trip was meeting such a thoughtful owner. Seriously, the best hotel owner in the world!!! We arrived in Cappadocia at 5 AM, and the temperature difference was significant. The owner, worried we'd be cold, let us check in a full 8 hours early. That was incredibly heartwarming and considerate!!! The owner was warm and polite, making conversations comfortable and easy. Any questions we had were answered meticulously. The room was spotlessly clean, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and all the amenities were well-stocked. From reception to check-in, the entire experience was fantastic, and the attention to detail truly won us over. Excellent value for money, absolutely smashed it!"

"It is quieter than the town, next to the beautiful scenery, there are racecourses, all-terrain parking lots, and it is more affordable! The most important thing is that I can say that his service is one of the best and feels at home! 👍👍 Mr. BEMIS is gentle and witty, helping to introduce the safety, service content and cost-effective of the horse farm, hot air balloon; when waiting for the car to pick up the fly ball in the early morning of the 21st, another young man at the front desk took the initiative to enthusiastically introduce the hot air balloon situation and decent talk, breaking the boredom of waiting for the bus; Leaving the morning Kapa suddenly snowed, in the morning NAV Kapa Airport returned to IST flight cancellation, I urgently changed to Kasaili Airport to return, and returned to China in time. Another staff member quickly called his brother early in the morning to get up in the snow and drive the taxi to send it. Thank you! On my departure morning, Cappadocia was hit by a sudden heavy snowfall, and all morning flights from NAV to IST were cancelled. To make sure I could catch my flight back home, I had to urgently rebook to Kayseri Airport. Another staff member immediately called his brother, who got up early and came to hotel then drove the taxi parked by hotel last night through the snow to get me there. Thank you all so much! I’m not saying the place is flawless—some facilities are a bit dated—but this level of guest service is vital for travelers. It exceeded my expectations and is a rare find. It truly justified our choice and deserves high praise and encouragement! 👍👍"

"I had to sit in the lobby for 3 hours as the hotel would not give me early check-in. They said it was fully booked but I hardly saw many guests in the lobby and at breakfast. I got a crappy room which was rather hot and the window could not close properly. There are cats prowling around the hotel. One guest complained that a stray cat got into the restaurant and jumped on her table. She got scratched and had to get 4 doses of rabies injections.Tge breakfast was also average. I ordered an eggplant soup on my first night and it was cold and not tasty. The bread came with no butter and was cold."

"The front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming. The room had both a heater (great for chilly May mornings and evenings) and air conditioning, so I think it would be comfortable any time of year. One disappointment: a kitchen staff member preparing breakfast seemed irritated — possibly because I arrived a little early — and muttered and clicked her tongue in a way that felt directed at us, which was uncomfortable. The younger breakfast lady, however, was always cheerful and lovely. We really appreciated her warmth."

"We had booked a different hotel, but after getting there, we decided to change due to the hygiene conditions being appalling, and we booked a room at historical Göreme house last minute, and I must tell you, best decision ever. The room was absolutely incredible, we chose a cave room with a private pool, sauna and jacuzzi, and it completely blew our expectations out of the water. Super clean, extremely good location in Göreme, the breakfast was delicious, (the lady that made it made some fried puff pastries that almost made me cry) and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. This place literally saved the last part of my honeymoon, and for that, I will always be grateful!"

"This was a wonderful hotel! The room was clean, and the bathroom facilities were spotless. It was so lovely to be comforted by the cats and dogs at the hotel. "I stayed for two nights on a family trip. In a room with a wide 々, I still had room for four people to stay and spread two suitcases. The location was good because it was a short walk on a slope overlooking the center of Goreme. I asked the hotel for a pick-up service from the airport. It was cash payment for 10 euros per person. I think the amenities had a small shampoo rinse body shampoo, but I didn't know the bottle character was disappearing, so I used what I brought. There was no toothbrush, slippers, refrigerator, or PET bottle water. Breakfast is from 9 o'clock, so I was able to come back from the balloon experience and eat it. Buffet style of bread, cheese and vegetables, and drinks were chai. The bread was crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. I wanted to stay at the cave hotel, so I had a good experience."

First off, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Out of all the places I stayed in Turkey, this breakfast was by far the best – hands down! I genuinely regretted only staying for one night. I stayed in a cave hotel room, and it didn't feel cramped at all; in fact, the room was really warm. It was spacious, the room condition was excellent, and the view was even pretty. All the drinks in the room are complimentary, so feel free to enjoy them. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that the staff weren't as friendly compared to other places, and there's no luggage service to your room.

The room was absolutely beautiful. I noticed a lot of Chinese guests staying here after I arrived. The service was genuinely excellent. If you have large luggage, definitely ask the staff to help you with it. The service was super good. You can book hot air balloon rides, horse riding, ATVs, and various other activities through the staff. If you have WeChat, remember to add them!

The service at Sah Saray Cave Suites was also exceptional. The staff were extremely warm, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire stay. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and were always ready to assist with recommendations, transport arrangements, and anything else we needed. Their hospitality really made the experience even more enjoyable. Another huge advantage of the hotel is its excellent location. It is conveniently within walking distance to the centre of Göreme Town Centre, making it very easy to explore local restaurants, cafes, shops, and attractions without needing transport all the time. Overall, Sah Saray Cave Suites is an amazing place to stay for anyone visiting Cappadocia. With its gorgeous scenery, authentic cave-style rooms, excellent service, and convenient location, it truly made our trip special and memorable.

Perfect location for those who likes to watch flying balloons - every morning flying nearby or over aiming to famous Love Valley. Nearby hills give perfect locations for photographers to take good , clean shots of balloons and picturesque valley.Every morning the spectacle repeats but every morning is different- wind directions, balloons configurations, morning sun lights - unforgettable spectacle. Hotel location is at the end of Goreme,away enough from the remain road and 15 min walk from vibrant center , full of various restaurants.It gives unique opportunity to see the last live pictures of daily taugh struggle of local farmers with unfertle , dry soil to make it bringing simple crops.All this is being expelled gradually displaced by massive tourism demands represented by better or worse modern villas ”Cappadocia palaces”...

A heavenly place with soul and stunning views ✨ We stayed at Divan Cave House in Göreme and didn't regret it for a second. It's a true fairytale amidst the stony streets of Cappadocia. The hotel captivates with its cozy terraces offering amazing views. It's like a postcard in front of you: hot air balloons, rocks, and valleys. A truly soulful place where you want to linger with a cup of tea. Special thanks to the staff. The guys are incredibly responsive. But the main gems of the hotel are the ladies – both at the front desk and in the restaurant 😍 Such a combination of beauty and humor is rare to find! It was easy and fun to chat with them; they radiated positivity from the first minute and created a homey atmosphere. Thank you for your smiles and jokes – you are the true stars of Divan Cave House! The rooms deserve a separate description. Everything is perfectly clean. The linen is fresh, the bathroom sparkles, yet the authentic charm is preserved. No dampness or dust, which is surprising for rooms carved into rocks. In short, if you want to experience Cappadocia with comfort and a smile, and not just 'sleep over' – this is the place for you. We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Sultan. The staff were amazing & helped us very much! A big shoutout to Darina, Yunus & all the rest who has helped us so attentively & replied to our messages whenever they can! One thing I would change about my trip is to make all my bookings with them! They actually have a list of vendors they worked with & in house tours which we can signed up for. We went for the Breakfast Tour & the Hammam at their sister’s hotel, both of it we absolutely loved. We would also like to commend Shams’ hospitality in guiding us on the Breakfast Tour, making our stay in Cappadocia such an enjoyable & restorative one ❤️

Goreme Treasure Cave Hotel | Aza gets rave reviews, great value for money! This hotel is a sister property to Sultan Cave Suites, sharing facilities, but Aza offers significantly better value! The rooms are larger, have better views, and even come with their own pools. Crucially, it's much quieter than Sultan – Sultan's front-facing rooms can be noisy due to the restaurant and bar, whereas Aza is completely peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep. If you value quiet, this is the place to be. (Sometimes you can hear hallway noise when people enter the room next door, but overall it's quiet. However, the stairs can be challenging for elderly guests). The breakfast is incredibly generous, with the scrambled eggs and beef being a must-try. The food is plentiful and satisfying. If you want to see the hot air balloon sunrise, you can head directly to Sultan's observation deck for photos – you get the best of both worlds. The hotel's recommended excursions are a bit pricey; I suggest booking through a restaurant owner in town for much better deals. The SPA experience was a wonderful surprise – professional techniques and just the right amount of pressure. It offers far better value than other places in town and is my top pick for relaxation. What was most heartwarming was that my non-refundable booking dropped in price upon arrival, and Trip.com proactively refunded the difference. The hotel even upgraded me for free to a suite with a fireplace! A staff member kindly helped chop wood and start the fire. Listening to the sound of wood chopping in the courtyard and watching the warm glow of the fire in the room truly enhanced the cave accommodation experience – it was unforgettable. The cave room was very comfortable, the pool view was absolutely stunning, and the overall experience was perfect. If you're coming to Goreme, you can't go wrong with this place!

Facilities: The bathtub in the room is superb, not only big but also with massage function. It is very cool to take a bath after playing around the town. Hygienic: OK, after all, it is a stone house, you can't ask for too much Environment: It is very close to the love garden of watching the hot air balloon. It can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. It is also within walking distance to the most central and observation deck of the town. Service: You can book the car to Kaisai Airport directly through the hotel. The price is relatively affordable on time. The staff service is very warm and the English is very smooth. If the breakfast is late, there is really nothing to eat.

The room was large and spacious, with a bay window where you could lean back and enjoy the view. The terrace offered stunning views, and the breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is located halfway up a hill, an 8-10 minute walk from the town center and a 30-minute walk from Love Garden, the best spot for hot air balloon observation.
