"I was very sceptical at first, but oh was I wrong. An absolutely wonderful authentic stay. The decoration has made it feel like I’m somewhere really cultural, enriching the whole Cappadocia experience! Though I would probably appreciate if the doors were more soundproof. I was right next to the reception and could basically hear anything, but it was luckily quiet at night. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the lady preparing it was very kind. Not to mention how the other staff were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back! Recommend 100%"

"Stayed 4 nights here in December and we loved it. Our Family Room is quite spacious for a cave room. The large front glass window and door helped eliminate that claustrophobic worries about staying in a cave. The buffet breakfast was good with certain menu items being changed daily. The chocolate cake prepared by the kitchen lady was surprisingly so good and worth mentioning here! The hotel is located in the heart of Goreme and in walking distance to many great restaurants, convenience shop and souvenirs shopping. The hotel runs its own local tour which we took on our first day and was worth it. What we love most about this hotel is that it is a family-run business by 3 brothers (Mustafa, Nuri & Haçi) who really care about their guests and made us feel like home."

"very good location, right in town center, that you could walk to the highest view point, restaurents, bars, shops, bus station, tourism agents, they're all nearby. Hotel is clean and cozy, very friendly staff, very good breakfast. We were lucky to see bloons flying up in the sky, and yes, you could see bloons on hotel balcony. And it was so comfortable to enjoy soft and warm sunshine in the morning. I really recommend this hotel."

"My boyfriend and I arrived at the hotel a little after 1 AM. It was raining heavily that night. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the center of Göreme. The hotel itself was very warm, and the room facilities were great. On our last day, our flight was canceled. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Talha. He was incredibly helpful. Since our phone numbers were from the EU and couldn't make calls, we approached Talha, and he spent over 20 minutes patiently calling for us. He is highly educated and went above and beyond to help us solve our problem. Later, we asked him to call customer service to rebook our flight because our English isn't very fluent, and he patiently communicated with them on our behalf. Honestly, Talha is the nicest person I've met in Turkey."

"I stayed for two nights on a family trip. In a room with a wide 々, I still had room for four people to stay and spread two suitcases. The location was good because it was a short walk on a slope overlooking the center of Goreme. I asked the hotel for a pick-up service from the airport. It was cash payment for 10 euros per person. I think the amenities had a small shampoo rinse body shampoo, but I didn't know the bottle character was disappearing, so I used what I brought. There was no toothbrush, slippers, refrigerator, or PET bottle water. Breakfast is from 9 o'clock, so I was able to come back from the balloon experience and eat it. Buffet style of bread, cheese and vegetables, and drinks were chai. The bread was crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. I wanted to stay at the cave hotel, so I had a good experience."

"1. **Accommodation:** Staying in the cave room was wonderfully cool; we didn't even need air conditioning. The surrounding green hedges really added to the house's charm and provided a refreshing vibe. 2. **Staff:** The staff were incredibly friendly. "A very nice hotel, clean, cozy, and warm. There's both heating and air conditioning. It was cold outside during our stay, but the room was very warm. The hotel looks just like in the photos. The breakfasts were delicious, and the hosts and staff were very friendly. The location is very good; you can walk everywhere, including the bus station and the main street, which are about a 7-minute walk away. There are also cafes and souvenir shops nearby, and the observation deck is within walking distance. Thanks to the host for giving us a ride to the bus station in the rain. I'll stay here again next time.❤️❤️"

"The hotel is very beautiful and unique. The cave-style rooms perfectly capture the atmosphere of Cappadocia—it was very atmospheric and we really enjoyed it. Special thanks to the hosts—a very friendly family. They helped us with everything, even though we didn't speak the language. They also helped organize a gender reveal party for us, gave us gifts, and were very attentive and thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious. Tea and drinks were always freely available throughout the day, which was very nice and convenient. We were very pleased with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to everyone!"

We booked 3 rooms for the 8 of us (adults, kids under 10 and an elderly). The location of the hotel was strategic, at the entrance of the Gerome city, with the eateries/shop just a walk away. The rooms were clean, everything in place, heater is working and top notch in everything. The buffet breakfast were also delicious, varieties of local food (you have to order eggs from them to be cooked) and a selection of juices and hot drinks. Even more, it has balcony that you can use to see the hot balloon in the morning or rest at night. The booking is easier with trip.com and we settled our check in and out in less than 10mins. This hotel goes a bit more in making sure their guests are comfortable and that is commendable.

I'm not a shill, just a real experience from someone who isn't a rich traveler. Everyone's experience is different, so take this as a reference: Pros: 1. Located in the center of Göreme town, not far from the bus station and dining options. 2. Breakfast was quite substantial, and the service auntie was very enthusiastic. 3. Bedding was very clean. 4. WiFi was fast. Areas for improvement: 1. Avoid rooms facing the road; they are incredibly noisy. Keeping the windows closed makes it stuffy, and opening them is too loud, especially in the afternoon when the sun makes the room very hot. You can't open the windows because of the unbearable noise. 2. The hotel's customer service was slow to reply to emails. We sent two emails before our arrival, one asking if we could check in early, and received no response! We then sent another email asking if we could store our luggage at the front desk before going on a day tour, and still got no reply. In the end, we had to carry our luggage on the day tour. 3. The side views from the rooftop terrace are blocked, making it very inconvenient to watch the hot air balloons. I suggest removing the side panels.

Building and room was clean and fancy. Staff was friendly. Building has a great view, it is also possible to watch balloons from the teras. Breakfast was good and more than enough. Hotel has also its own otopark. It takes 10 mins to reach goreme centre by walking and 2 mins by car.

The hosts for the accommodation are friendly and hospitable throughout the stay, they've arranged a day tour and balloon tour at a short notice due to inclement weather. In addition, I like that they replied to WhatsApp messages very promptly to ensure my concerns were being addressed. Do take note it's a guest house so don't expect hotel-like amenities such as daily breakfast and daily housekeeping, but the staff will do their best to ensure your stay is comfortable. Not all of them speak English fluently therefore might have some language barrier although Google translate helps somewhat :p I would like to stay with them again if I go back to cappadocia for vacation as they're arguably one of the best accommodations I've stayed at throughout my travels.

Near the hotel, there are observatory, supermarkets and restaurants where balloons can be seen beautifully, and the location is good. The room is clean and the bath has hot water. The sound of the nearby restaurant can be heard with a relatively loud sound, but I am sleeping before I know it. If you can't sleep unless you are in a quiet room, you need to be careful.

Sevin Stone beautiful hotel in Gérem! Very successful location: is right in the city center, a lot of cafes, shops and Migros, all literally in a walk-in. I would like to note the hosts incredibly spiritual, responsive and very communicable people. They are sincerely trying to help the guests and have done for us even more than we could expect: helped solve the complex issue with lost baggage at the airport, for which we are very grateful to them. You feel like a guest here, not just a guest. We are happy to come back here again and we are happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to travel to Cappadocia!

The hotel is well located. Near the center of Göreme, bus station, restaurants, shops and not far from the sites to visit. Also from agencies if needed to make tours even though the hotel can also book. The room was cleaned at least as you asked, no change of towels and soaps. I asked for a change of towels only once in 5 days and they didn't enter for anything else. If you were warned and you looked good, perfect, but we didn't know and asked. We use the washing service and well (plated, but not well folded and ploughed clothing). The room smells very moist but when it's inside a cave it can be normal. We put a little heating one day and it seems to have improved a little. It gave us an ambient too. Great room and huge bathroom with jacuzzi (but also smells bad). I had to sleep with an anti-fashion because the curtains are white and let the light pass (but if you don't care it is not very serious). The hotel is very friendly and helpful if you need it. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel. Good terrace to see the balloons (it gives two different streets even though the top is in works).

Great value for money. Right at city centre where you get picked up for hot air balloon too. The hotel can arrange hot air balloons for 130-150 depending on the day (I went end of Sept) . Red and green tours are available to be booked by them too  My room was a bit cold so I used double blankets and breakfast had a bit limited options (eg. Protein was only boiled egg and sausage w sauce … still ok for the price !)

A really lovely friendly hotel to stay. I had to ask to change rooms because of no internet in the cave room which I needed for work.This was no fuss, no trouble.And the owner even walked me to the bus stop carrying my bag rather than call a taxi on the day I left. My room was really comfortable and spacious and still in keeping with a cave hotel.A great hot shower. Breakfasts on the terrace were were delicious.....plenty of choice.This hotel is in the centre of Goreme town so location is superb for walking everwhere and also for tour pick ups.I would stay here again.Thanks Andrea.
