"The room was clean and spacious. The staffs were very friendly. Price was very affordable. Breakfast is included, they offered muffins and cereal (bulk), coffee and tea, bread and peeled boiled eggs. If you have allergies, bring your own food. Depending on the room you chose, some has stove, cutlery, dishes and soap at your disposal. Side note: we also booked for the other Econolodge situated behind this one. The Econolodge motel is to be avoided."

"The location worked for me because of the functions I was attending in the neighbourhood. It may not for others as there no restaurants or shopping close by. A typical airport hotel. Room was clean. Good basic amenities, fridge, microwave, iron & board, work desk, tv etc. I really liked the shower stall instead of the typical bath tub. The 24 coffee service in the lobby was a plus. There is also available snacks available for purchase. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax at after a tiring day. One of the elevators shudders as it reaches the 4th floor. The breakfast area was little crowded in the mornings with people waiting for things to be replenished. I skipped breakfast on both days I was there. A good stay overall."

"The hotel has good facilities and good value for money. The parking lot is in the underground garage and is very safe. However, the breakfast is not very tasty. It is no problem to eat enough. The room is relatively clean and the bedding is OK. But I don't know why, there is only a sheet on the top of the quilt. Do you just change the sheet every time? Do you sleep directly inside the quilt? Anyway, I turned it inside out and I don't understand? I haven't seen enough of the world, right?"

"Very nice hotel. Room was very clean. Wi-FI is excellent!!! TV is more on a small size, but cable includes sports chancels! Beds comfortable enough. Lots of pillows. Keurig coffee maker is a blast. Breakfast excellent Everything you need for a comfortable stay. A little far from train, but you can use a bus. If you travel by car, there is no problem at all. Very convenient location very close to shopping mall."

. I am writing to complain the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge.
Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone. So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line.
So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction.
I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

The hotel itself did not have a restaurant, but the restaurant in the hotel next door was OK. I didn't expect much in the way of fine food and drink in North America, but the quantity was enough.

GGuest UserOn the website we chose a room with a jacuzzi, but when we checked in, it turned out that the room was given without it. My husband and I were not happy because we expected one thing, but it was completely different. Moreover, the price was higher than a regular room. At the reception, the man did not want to clarify this issue and said that it was all the fault of the people who put false information on the website. There was no tea in the room, only coffee, which I don't drink at all. There was no ordinary water. Also, when we went to bed, we turned on the heat, because the room was cold, but when we woke up in the morning, our noses were stuffy and the air conditioner was working very loudly, and we realized that it was working all night, it was cold. There were no things like bathrobes or slippers in the room, which also outraged us. In general, the hotel did not make a great impression and satisfaction that we would have liked.

Although it was near the airport, it was very convenient to go anywhere, and the new large community in Calgary to the east was quite close. That said, our accommodation was great and each morning the breakfast room had been tidied up of construction and we were greeted with a variety of breakfast choices, which we very much enjoyed.

The location is just outside of town so will require transport of some kind to get to the centre. Chinook was the closest CTrain stop and around a 15 minute walk.
