"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hard 5/5! As a girl travelling solo for the first time, I felt very safe staying and had a lot of fun. Even though it’s a hostel, the environment was comfortable and welcoming. One thing I really appreciated was the international power outlets, which was a huge plus for me. The hostel also offers transportation services to certain attractions and activities, making it very convenient for travellers. The location is excellent — being right next to Chunxi Road meant I could easily explore the city, try local food, and enjoy the area on foot. A special shoutout to the front desk staff, who were incredibly friendly and always happy to recommend places to visit. Their English was excellent as well, which made communication very easy. I would highly recommend this hostel to international travellers. If I visit Chengdu again, I would definitely choose to stay here again! ❤️✨"

"The room was very clean, tidy, and quiet. Even with the AC on, there was no strange smell, which was great. The front desk staff was also very nice, haha. I really liked the feeling of the greenery outside the window (even if it wasn't real plants 🪴). There are also a lot of fruit stalls nearby, and a noodle shop right outside, which is really convenient."

"The hotel is super close to the airport shuttle drop-off point, right across from Silvercord. I arrived past midnight, but there were still two ladies at the front desk who helped me check in and even escorted me to my room – very thoughtful! The room's decor is simple and clean, and through the floor-to-ceiling window, you can see the bustling street below. What's really cool is that the projector even had Youku VIP!"

"My daughter wanted to see her favorite star in Chongqing, and my parents said that since we were in Sichuan, we absolutely had to visit Chengdu – it would be a wasted trip otherwise! So, we decided to go for it. Booking a hotel in advance is always a good idea, so I searched around Chunxi Road on Ctrip and found the National Treasure Panda Hotel. With a name like that, it had to be good! We took the subway from Chengdu West, then a short Didi ride to get there. The hotel is tucked away on a corner in the old town, with a dedicated elevator that goes straight up to the 6th floor. The entrance is really unassuming, but once you step inside to explore, it's quite charming and quirky, more like a guesthouse, to be precise. For a mother-daughter trip like ours, it offered pretty good value for money overall! I'm quite particular about cleanliness and hygiene, especially the meticulous management of facilities and detailed sanitation. My daughter, on the other hand, prefers mid-to-high-end chain hotels like Atour. But after a close look, the room's amenities were surprisingly good! It's a classic example of 'small but perfectly formed,' with so much thought put into the details. They even provided various charging cables for different phones, the smart toilet had disposable panda-themed seat covers, and the hairdryer was a Dyson... They offered large, disposable face towels, and each big bath towel came in its own specialized bag. The toiletries and bath products were excellent too (the comb and toothbrush felt super comfortable, and the toothbrush's red and yellow color scheme was quite refined, which I really liked). The National Treasure Panda Hotel truly stands out in terms of its humanized service to guests; it far exceeded my expectations and imagination! The room rate of just over 200 yuan a night didn't include breakfast, but the National Treasure Panda Hotel provides free milk, hot brown sugar steamed buns, and self-serve tea in the mornings! In the evenings, there are seven kinds of fresh fruit available. Plus, the front desk offers laundry and drying services, which is a lifesaver for lazy people like my daughter. For budget travelers, you can eat and live well without even leaving the hotel – how delightful! After staying for two nights, I was so comfortable I almost didn't want to leave! I asked my daughter if we should reschedule and stay another night, but she said she had a lot of things to do before school started and couldn't delay. Alright then, thank you so much, my friends in Chengdu. I will definitely be back! I'll leave a little bit of regret, keeping the beautiful memories forever in my heart!!!"
