The room was clean, the front desk and the room staff were in place, the attitude was warm, the laundry was convenient, the facilities were very complete, the shopping was convenient, and the taxi was easy to take.

I traveled to Old Kapok Cloud Art Village in July 2025 with my 18 year old son and three nephews during a month-long trip to China. Everyone agreed that our brief stay there was their favorite part of the entire trip! They all said they want to return and stay much longer than 2 days. It is absolutely beautiful, meticulously clean, interesting, and the most special location. The breakfast was delicious and the people there were so friendly and helpful with all of our requests. My son and his cousins quickly befriended one of the staff and hope that they can keep in touch in the future. I cannot say enough good things about all aspects of our visit. We chose that location because it is close to the tea plantation that surrounds the hotel grounds, but our stay within the Kapok Village hotel was as wonderful as the tea plantation experience itself.  This is a 5-star experience that will leave a life-long impression. They offer not only a comfortable, elegant setting, they mix that with gracious hosting. Thank you for the most wonderful experience for my family!   

The room is still relatively clean and tidy, the price is relatively high, the room environment is also very large, the space is relatively wide, and it is still a squat toilet, this praise, I don’t like the toilet of the toilet, this squat toilet is quite good, and it is 5 minutes walk from the place where I travel. Very convenient, the nearby commercial street is also good, very close, can go around, very convenient

Hahaha said a detail, the bathroom is very clean, the taste is particularly good, this detail really poke me! ! It’s really suitable to come here to meet friends. I come two or three times a year. It has become a must for my party. The store environment is very good, clean and spacious, and there are many types of snacks and drinks. Not bad! ! !

The location feels a bit remote since the surroundings are mostly unused buildings, so it's a bit creepy at night if you walk around by yourself. Not many people walk the street. I don't know whether it's because I went there in winter or it is usually like that. Have to walk around 10 minutes to get to the street with many restaurants and food stalls, but the receptionist sister is so kind and let me add her WeChat account in case I need some help when going to that food street. It'd be nice if they sell something to eat in the lobby/lounge though. The inn itself is pretty clean and you can find necessary amenities in your room. The heater was not really working though. It was set to 30°C, but I was still freezing inside. I could only feel warm and nice after the hot shower. Yeah, luckily the hot shower worked as it should have. But, the water leaked through the shower room's glass door, so you need to dry it with the towel mat if you don't want to slip. The ceiling also needs some repair or at least re-painting since it looked like it was leaking even though it maybe not. I chose this inn since it is not that far from Qin Han Film City and it's cheap. Overall, I guess it's worth the price.

Facilities: The room is not big, but the facilities are complete, the layout is very refreshing, the mattress is soft and comfortable, and the central air conditioning is warmer. The smart toilet experience is good, it will not ice pg 😆 Hygienic: clean and tidy, no smell Environment: On the side of the road in Shuxiang, it is more convenient for the driver to take a taxi if he knows the road. Service: Good The overall stay experience is great, cost-effective, I feel that the boss should be a person who loves life and pursues quality of life, 👍🏻😊

I am very satisfied with this twin room booked for the exam! Good health, the bedding of the two beds is clean and odorless, the desktop and the ground are not dusty; the facilities are very complete; the environment is very quiet, there is basically no noise after closing the window, review and sleep are very practical; the store service is also thoughtful, especially suitable for exams!

The room should have been unoccupied for a long time, the musty smell is very heavy, there are mold ideas on the mahjong machine and chairs (although we can't use them), but they are really uncomfortable in a space, and there are hair and unknown substances on the bed. The liquid dried on the bed, It’s really unhappy to stay in the early morning. We were still changing pillows when we went early in the morning. Did we see any hair on the bed (disposable slippers are not provided yet)

The cleaning aunt cleaned very carefully. Every day I came back and found that the cup was replaced with a new one. The shampoo was almost used up and the bottle was filled. One morning, the front desk reminded me that there was rain in the afternoon and asked me to bring an umbrella. The result was really down. I was not so lucky to get the rain. The air conditioning filter in the room looked clean, the wind blowing out did not smell strange, and it was comfortable to live ～

After staying for two days, I felt that the facilities were quite new at the beginning, and the overall impression was OK. Then I found that the physical lock of the room door could not be screwed before going to bed on the first day, but because I was too tired, I put two cups at the door and slept first. The next day, I recorded a video to the front desk to reflect the door lock. The male boss quibbled that it was all the same, saying that the physical lock was useless. If there was a card, it would still be opened by a brush from the outside. Then, the next day, the outrageous thing happened. After inserting the card to get electricity, it came for a while. The power outage came automatically. Finally, after repeated tossing more than 20 times, it was completely out of power. I called the boss to repair it once, and it happened again after 20 minutes, and then repaired it again. In the middle of the night, it was more than 11 o'clock, and the electricity finally stabilized. During the period, the female boss proposed to change the room, but because there were too many things, I didn't want to pack it twice, and refused. More outrageous things, the male boss came up to repair the electricity and continued to argue with me that the door lock was no problem, but he reached out and twisted it, and the undisguised soul asked: ”Ugh??” Then he continued to argue that other doors were not like this. Anyway, it's quite speechless, there is nothing to say, I'm more unlucky if other doors don't. Remind everyone that you are about to stay, check the door lock, power supply, phone, air conditioning and other infrastructure after check-in, no problem, then spread things, get very
