"It's advisable for hotels to regularly inspect and maintain room facilities, otherwise it can cause inconvenience to guests. The smart toilet in my room had a problem; it would either not flush when in use or flush suddenly when not in use. Even more strangely, after I had gone to bed around 10 PM, the toilet suddenly flushed and then kept hissing incessantly. I had to call the front desk to fix it, but the technician couldn't fix it, resulting in no water all night and a poor night's rest. Also, the projector hanging above the bed was very cluttered."

"It is a family hotel with a yard in the middle. I live in a room on the second floor. It is comfortable and clean. Remember that the train station is really far from the city. The shuttle bus will only operate when there are train shifts, so it will wait a long time. Guests can also take a bath in the bathhouse, take a shower, and have a massage, super enjoyable. The only downside is that the WiFi is not strong, and the others are very satisfied."

After I arrived, she was relieved to open the room for me. I saw me ask about the nearby snacks. What kind of spicy mix, barbecue, knife noodles, I am very enthusiastic to introduce me to which snacks nearby are delicious, how to go, help me plan, every time I see her, she responds as soon as possible, very professional, enthusiastic and patient. Waiting until, entering the elevator actually enters the hotel, the environment is very clean, the room is all available, there are no bugs, no unpleasant smell of water, the bed is very soft, the hotel facilities are very new, the sound of pressing the water is not at all, the makeup mirror is lighted, it is very convenient to use, hot water. The supply is good. At night, I don't know which guest is drunk, cost-effective or what to do. I was curious and asked Miss Li Na. It was actually very late at the time. The next second she told me: ”Do you want to change a room for you?” Very positive response, so that my heart from afar is very practical and warm. In the morning, I actually wanted to keep my stomach to eat spicy mixed and sugar oil cakes. I went downstairs to have some breakfast. I found that the cold dishes were delicious. I asked my aunt about the practice and planned to go back and make it myself. Because I ate a few cold dishes, an aunt asked me uneasy. Why don't you eat this child well. I came to Xiangyang on a business trip and lived at the gas station. The environment was too bad. 75 cockroaches were killed one night. The sewer also floated up with the shadow of various insect bodies. It was melted by Miss Li Na's enthusiasm. I highly recommend everyone to come to Xinghua Hotel often. Convenient transportation
