"10 people traveled in a family group, Trip booked 4 standard rooms, the hotel front desk called to inform 1 room that the air conditioner was broken. After negotiating to the store, if you need to change rooms, you will make up the cash difference. A while later, the Trip network staff called and said that she helped me contact, and there was no need to make up the difference (only to respond that the call had a recording before coming over), and I felt that the service of Trip network was really great. Everything is for the benefits of the members. Awesome praise."
