"Booked this room last minute, and it was the last one available. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and even added an extra bed for my child, which was a huge plus! They provided plenty of toiletries and even assisted with printing some study materials. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Wanning!!"

"It's a bit deep in the village. The service is average compared to other hotels I've stayed in. There's only one person busy at the front desk at night. When there are too many guests, the housekeeper can't handle it alone. Another suggestion is that the coffee table in the room is too small, which makes it inconvenient to put things on it."

This stay is really a surprise! First of all, you must praise the environment of the homestay, and you will be amazed as soon as you enter the door! The overall design is super stylish, and the beige building is matched with a unique arc arch, and it is beyond the film at any time. The courtyard is lush with green plants, palm trees stretching branches and leaves, and there is a super healing blue swimming pool. The lounge chairs are arranged scatteredly. The area under the thatched sun shed is comfortable and relaxing. It instantly relieves fatigue, as if you are in a tropical island, the atmosphere is directly full!
The service is nothing to say, the store manager and the front desk staff are super enthusiastic, from check-in to itinerary recommendation, the whole process is intimate and thoughtful, any needs are responded to the first time, patient and meticulous. Such a good environment and great service homestay is really too much fan, I have recommended it to friends around me, and I will come again next time!"

"I stayed in the apartment for three consecutive days, enjoying the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Coming to Shenzhou Peninsula was purely for relaxation and a holiday.
There are many restaurants downstairs, and a larger store nearby that can meet daily needs. It's a nine-kilometer drive to Shimei Bay observation deck, where you can get great photos of Shimei Bay."

"Deeply attracted by the style of the hotel's public areas, and given the surfing theme, I naturally chose YOLO.
Environment: The public areas are stylishly designed, clearly originally conceived as a club + guesthouse, hence the many features I loved: a bar, terrace, and surfing elements.
By the way, there's free parking available, which is great for drivers, even though the nearby roads are a mess due to construction.
Cleanliness: The bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Nearby are affordable Lawson convenience stores, a short walk to Dongwenli Nanyang cuisine restaurant, and a slightly further walk to a local cafe offering breakfast, coffee, and delicious coconut tarts and fried noodles (highly recommended). The location is convenient... Li is the closest guesthouse to the beach, only a 700-800 meter walk away. If you choose a surfing lesson (which includes pick-up and drop-off), you can also drive or take a scooter for the most convenient option.
Facilities: The room was upgraded to a standard room, which was spacious, with a separate shower and toilet. The amenities were also good, showing considerable effort was put into its construction. Access is via a password, saving the hassle of keys.
Service: The owner, Uncle Yang, runs the place himself. We chatted in his spare time, and he would offer tea. If he was in a good mood, he would even serve iced coffee and invite us for drinks. It felt like being at home. Seeing him relax comfortably on a hot day, with just a chair, was truly enviable."

"The B&B is very close to Shenzhou Station and not too far from the seaside. We went to the beach to pick up shells and crabs. Thank you to the handsome guy for picking us up and dropping us off at the station in advance. The room is fully equipped and has a large space and a small refrigerator. It is very clean and tidy. The boss lady is very helpful. The attitude is very good, and coconut chicken drinks are provided for free. The electric car is very convenient to get around the island. It is also very close to Wangfujing shopping. There is a wooden house behind the B&B and a large swimming pool behind the room. It is so comfortable to stay. It is worth recommending to go with my good sisters. Wanning Travel😃😃😃 will come again next time."

"Environment: A beautiful guesthouse. Electric scooters are available for rent downstairs. It's very close to Shenzhou Peninsula, just a 15-minute ride away. It's even closer to Wangfujing Duty-Free Shop, only a 5-minute ride.
Service: The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, punctual with pick-up and drop-off, and even helped with luggage. He was also very friendly and welcoming.
Cleanliness: The guesthouse is newly opened and exceptionally clean. The rooms are very bright, much brighter than other hotels I've stayed in. Highly recommended! The decor is also beautiful, and the cleaning staff kept everything spotless.
Facilities: The guesthouse offers coffee and lunch, which I didn't eat at, but it looked quite good.
I highly recommend booking this guesthouse."

"Traveling with friends, the large table in the lobby was incredibly practical. The spacious layout made it easy to sit and chat, organize luggage, and plan itineraries. The tabletop was clean and tidy, and the surrounding environment was quiet and comfortable. Overall, the cleanliness was excellent; both public areas and rooms were spotless, free of clutter and dust, giving us peace of mind. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, attentive, and patient, making the entire experience very comfortable. The facilities were complete, and the warm and comfortable environment made it suitable for both group trips and family gatherings, resulting in a truly excellent experience."

My mother was very uncomfortable with motion sickness at the time, and the staff offered to make ginger soup for the elderly family to relieve motion sickness (she really needed a bowl of ginger soup at that time). I really want to thank them. Secondly, Tian also sent greetings to the elders who were well home, and also provided some free porridge to the elders. They were worried that I would not be able to take care of my mother and also provided me with a free breakfast. Their behavior really touched our family, and we are very, very grateful to them. . The environment is Southeast Asian. It feels like going to Thailand. The service is really good. It's a very, very pleasant stay. It's great!

GGuest UserI recently stayed here as a Belgian Chinese traveler, and even though my Chinese isn’t very strong, I was welcomed with so much warmth. This hostel is a true hidden gem, tucked away from the typical tourist trails in a quiet part of the village. It’s the perfect location: right by the fields and some very trendy coffee shops, yet only a 5-minute scooter ride from the main bay and the best surf spots.
The owners, Shuiku (水库) and Xiaoxiao (笑笑), really made my trip. Shuiku immediately helped me sort out a scooter and personally showed me where to find the best waves, while Xiaoxiao’s English is quite good, which made everything so much easier. They also pointed me toward some local restaurants that were all absolutely delicious.
The vibe of the place is just great. It’s incredibly clean because the cleaning lady and Shuiku himself clean the place several times a day. I loved the design of the indoor chill-out area, though sitting outside to enjoy the tropical weather was just as good. There’s a washing machine which is super handy, and you can rent surfboards for a very fair, cheap price.
Because the owners' friends drop by almost daily, there’s always a lively, authentic atmosphere. I met a great mix of foreign tourists and Chinese solo travelers trekking around the island by bike or motorcycle. Many Chinese couples and families where staying too, it is very kid-friendly too. I even ended up meeting a French girl there, and we spent a whole week surfing together. If you're looking for a peaceful yet social spot to surf, this is it.

老板水库 (Shuiku) 和老板娘笑笑 (Xiaoxiao) 人真的太好了。水库二话没说就帮我搞定了租摩托车的事，还亲自带我去看了最好的几个冲浪点。笑笑的英语说得挺流利，这对沟通帮助很大。他们推荐的几家餐厅也全都超级好吃，完全没有踩雷。
青旅的环境没得说，非常干净，我看到保洁阿姨和水库每天都会打扫好几次。室内休息区的设计感很强，在那儿待着很舒服，或者在院子里享受海南的好天气也很惬意。这里还有洗衣机可以用，冲浪板的租借价格也非常公道。
最让我喜欢的是这里的氛围。老板的朋友们经常过来串门，所以感觉特别亲切、有生活气息。我在这里遇到了很多外国游客，还有不少骑自行车或摩托车环岛的中国驴友。我甚至还结识了一位法国姑娘，我们俩一起冲浪了一整个星期。很多中国夫妇和家庭也住在这里，这里也非常适合带孩子入住。如果你想在海南找一个既能安静休息又能结识有趣朋友的冲浪点，选这里准没错。

FFubaoqingjiuA very warm and clean B&B opened by a kind couple from Shanghai, who adopted stray cats and dogs. The B&B is Moroccan in style, and was built bit by bit by themselves. Living there feels like being at home.
The handsome boss cooks delicious dishes. We ate at the B&B for two consecutive days. The ingredients are fresh, the braised pork is so delicious, the boss is also a good DJ, and he is also a master of wooden art crafts👍
The breakfast was very rich and different for two consecutive days. There is a parrot in the B&B that stays on the proprietress's head all day long. It's so cute.
The B&B is very close to the beach, just a short walk away. It is best to go there at dusk when there are fewer people and the scenery is beautiful, with many people surfing.
A few minutes' drive from the B&B is ”Golden Beach and Silver Land”, a niche beach, which is a good place to watch the sunrise. You can ask the boss to book a boat ticket to Dazhou Island, which is very beautiful.
There is no shortage of beaches in Wanning, but for beaches with fewer people and more beautiful scenery, it is recommended to go to Xinqun Bay. If you are lucky enough to come to Xinqun Bay, it is recommended that you stay in this humane B&B for a few nights. It will definitely be worth the trip.

GGuest UserVery clean and modern hotel, super friendly staff, and great location close to all food/night events, but far enough from the loud bars that you get some noise reduction. The West end of the beach is less than a minute walk, but the surfing beach is a 10 minute walk on the far East end. I'll definitely stay here again when I return. 🤙🏼

The six-bed room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an en-suite shower.
Everything is designed to make getting around easy: electric scooters are available at a very reasonable price, and an electric scooter is even provided free of charge for short trips, which is a real bonus.
The free transfers between the train station and the hostel (both ways) are a real plus and make arrival and departure very simple.
But what truly sets this place apart is the manager: exceptionally kind, always available, attentive, and ready to help in any situation, even generously offering food.
If I ever return to Hainan, this will be the only place I stay without hesitation.
The location is also ideal for exploring the island: Sanya and Haikou are less than an hour away by train.
A huge thank you to the manager for his warm welcome and remarkable hospitality.

GGuest UserThe vibe at Surfers Garden is chill and cool but a little bit too much. My room had no towels, no toilet paper. Cabinet to store my things in the shared room couldn’t lock. The room itself can’t lock from the outside as well and too often when I was looking for someone at the reception there were no one …
When you finally catch someone to give you a towel, be aware that it’s a disposable towel. So better bring your own.
In the morning, don’t hope to get a coffee at their bar before 9am or 10am. The whole place looks a bit messy and the reception space looks unfinished. Staff is friendly tho.
The guesthouse is surrounded by many little shops and local restaurants. You can reach the Ri Yue Wan beach where you will find bar/coffee, clubs, shops, surfing clubs etc. in 15 min walking or 5min by e-bike. Ri Yue Wan beach area is definitely the place to be to enjoy a good “beach/surfer” vibe sipping a cocktail in front of the beach. At night, this place turn into a music festival area where everyone display live show music and DJ and expect fireworks on the beach almost every 15min. If you are looking for surfing club in this area, I would recommend to check Shaka surf club. Good service, good price, and so far the most professional to me at Ri Yue Wan.
