Truly 5/5. This place is everything. A perfect compliment that will made our Athens stay!
Lovely staff could not do enough for us and the location of 4m walk to the Acropolis metro and 15m to the Acropolis hill was unbeatable for us. The area was safe albeit touristy but we found locals spots with good prices an easy stroll away. Especiallly as the hotel was easy to find. We took a triple room and our friend said the sofa bed was very comfy. The room was spacious and quiet. The shower was exceptional and the bathroom modern and clean. Every day the staff refreshed our room and washed the dishes. The kitchenette included a microwave, industrial strength sandwich press and table and chairs in the bay window which allowed us to relax in the morning and evenings with our own snacks and beverages.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Very big thanks to the staff and owners.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean, and located in an excellent, walkable area of Koukaki. Overall, the quality of the flat itself was very high, and we enjoyed our stay. We also really appreciated being allowed to check in two hours earlier than the official time, which was extremely helpful after an early flight.
A few aspects of communication and practical arrangements could be improved to make the experience more seamless. After booking, an additional online check-in was requested by a management agency, but the webpage was not working properly and caused some unnecessary stress, as it was unclear whether this might affect access to the property. Clear reassurance in such cases would be very helpful.
It would also be good to clarify in the listing that the bedroom and living room are essentially open-plan, without a separating door, as this affects privacy and noise, especially for families. Additionally, the hot water system did not always provide enough hot water for more than one shower in a row.
Finally, clearer instructions and more consistent communication regarding the safe and key return process would reduce anxiety for guests.
Despite these points, the apartment itself is of excellent quality, and with improved communication, the overall experience could be outstanding

Sweet hotel. It has a fridge and heating system. They say “no visitors” when you’re checking in. There’s no kettle, but the machine with cappuccino and hot water is at reception. However, it does say that hot water is not for free lol. Like I was making a tea in front of the person at the desk and he also didn’t mention it. I believe that such things must be mention before usage even if it’s only 1.5€. That small thing and “no visitors” spoil the experience a bit.

Guest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location close to the port, metro and bus stops going to the airport. There is a 24 hour reception and staff were kind and helpful. The room itself was economical but nice, unfortunately when we arrived to the room there was a swarm of mosquitos and the window had been left open which was a bit uncomfortable.

I absolutely loved that elevator! The views of the Acropolis and the church from my room were stunning, both day and night, and truly captivating. It's on a lively street, and with the church bells ringing, some might find it a bit noisy. However, I found it to be such a comfortable and cozy hotel that I know I'll remember it long after I return home.

I stayed here recently and the main issue is that it simply doesn’t offer good value for money. There are much better and cheaper options in Athens.
The biggest problem was the beds. The mattresses were very uncomfortable — you can feel the springs, and even after changing beds it didn’t improve. For the price, this is not acceptable.
The breakfast is definitely not worth €6. It’s extremely basic: cheap sliced bread, low-quality ham and cheese, yogurt, cereal, a small cake, and fruit that wasn’t fresh (some pieces were even spoiled). It feels overpriced for what you get.
The happy hour wine is also disappointing — it’s just very cheap boxed wine, which doesn’t match the expectation.
As for the staff, the cleaning staff were quite unfriendly, often not even acknowledging greetings. However, the reception team was helpful and polite, which I appreciated.
To be fair, management did offer a partial refund regarding a pricing issue, which I appreciate.
But overall, the experience does not justify the price. You can find better quality for less money in Athens.

Alison’s Silk Road TravelsI stayed in a single room on floor 4. The room was clean and had a window. The windows opened. There was a new fridge in the room that was fantastic and I was able to have ice cold drinks. The bathroom was small but had everything I needed. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels and linens provided. The cleaner was very nice. There was enough room for all my bags, it was snug but very good for the price. I ate breakfast every morning. It was a really nice breakfast room. The breakfast is basic but everything is very fresh and nicely presented. Floor 1 had a strong scent of tobacco and I assumed it was the smoking floor. Floor 4 where I stayed was very quiet and I didn’t smell smoke at all. As a non smoking so traveller I have to have theses needs met! The reception staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel is central it’s only a 20 min walk to all the Athens highlights. It’s a great walk too! Lots of interesting shops! The Archeological museum is only a short walk from the hotel so well placed. The train station main line is only 15 min walk too. There’s a great place to have a full dinner just round the corner for around 12 euros which is great value. I loved the shopping in the area. A very comfy stay I would definitely come back. As a solo female traveller I felt quite safe at the hotel. It is a basic clean hotel and at a budget price. The images attached are of the things mentioned including pictures of the room.

The hotel is clean and offers a good price, with helpful staff who can even boil water for you. Its location near the National Archaeological Museum is a major plus. However, be aware that the surrounding area is a little bit dirty, and there are homeless people. Also, the shower in the bathroom is quite small.

The hotel is located in a nice place. All the major attractions are 1 - 3 metro stops away, which hardly takes 10-15 mins from the gate of the hotel to the gate of the attraction. The staff is really nice, the person who was doing morning shift on 22nd gave me an early checkin, very kind of him. The lady in the night shift, I think her name is Lana, she is also very helpful. Caffe and restaurant near the hotel are nice, multiple options are there.
Now coming to the condition of the hotel - it’s not up to the basic standards. The rooms are very very old, the bathroom is in a pathetic condition ie old fittings, old marble (worst ). The building is in a mess. It looks like the hotel is not renovated since the time it was built. The lifts are scary. The lights in the room are dull. It’s better to book a hostel than this hotel in the same price point. There is a smell of chemicals on the
Hotel floors. The hotels next to this hotel are way way better, there are 3 4 of them in the same lane. PS - incase you want to use the aircon they’re gonna charge you 5 euros per day , though I really doubt that the aircon will work, but still. The heater in the room was also not working. In the night you don’t get hot water, it will only come in the morning.

Guest UserIt was a good stay for the price. Close to the station, towels are exchanged every day, and there is a cheap and delicious kebab shop right by the side (diagonally in front). The man at the front desk was very kind.
However, the location is not very good first. The road from the station to the hotel is not so worried if it is not midnight, but it is not recommended for women. And if you go back to the hotel and go to the right about 3 blocks, you get to the dangerous zone of the Manila slums. There are all kinds of drug addicts.
And there is no shampoo or toothbrush in the room. Then, there is no shower curtain, so the toilet becomes rusty even if it enters how well.
But you can forgive me if you think about the price. Such a hotel.
