The house is accessed independently. It is located on a raised floor above the street and is accessed from a courtyard-terrace. The apartment includes a habitable and furnished veranda of 13 square meters which is in front of the kitchen-living area (25 m2) where there is a well-equipped cooking area with oven, plate, hobs, sink, chest of drawers and food storage.
