Find 2-Star Hotels in Venice

"This hotel is right next to Mestre Station, the main station! It's about a 2-minute walk, and the path is easy to follow. Even in the middle of the night, it feels safe as long as you head straight back to the hotel. There's a supermarket called Ali? about 2-3 minutes away on foot, where you can buy various groceries. Since there's a kitchen, it seems like a good idea to cook. There are also many Chinese restaurants around the hotel, which might be a plus for Asian travelers. It's a very large hostel with 24-hour staff at the front desk. They kindly allowed an early check-in. There's a bar and a place to grab snacks, a very spacious common lounge, vending machines selling snacks and drinks (e.g., 500ml water for about €1.2, which is reasonably priced), and laundry facilities (washing & drying both cost €4, but it's not available 24 hours). After check-out, you're free to stay in the hotel's common areas. You can also store your luggage in the storage space at the front desk if it's available (a padlock is required). The train ride from the nearest Mestre Station to Venice proper takes about 5-10 minutes (usually one stop) and costs €1.5. The atmosphere is lively, with many students and young people. The rooms are accessed by an auto-locking key. There are 9 beds, and the luggage storage is spacious. There are 8 bunk beds and 1 regular bed. The beds are sturdy, and shaking isn't much of an issue. Each room has 3 sinks, 1 toilet, 2 shower rooms, and 1 hairdryer, so I didn't experience any inconvenience. I think the location, cleanliness, facilities, and service are all top-notch for a dormitory. I would definitely want to stay here again if I come to Venice. I highly recommend it, so if you're undecided, please give it a try."

"The facilities of the hostel were great, especially the lounging area was comfortable enough to sit and wait if one had been early for the check-in time. However, when we checked into our room long after the official check-in time, the beddings of a bunk bed were not made. In fact, cover sheets and blankets of those beds were just laid there all messy and one even had holes in it (shown in the pictures provided below). That was not the only inconvenience, however. A fire alarm in the hostel had been activated at 3 am of August 11th randomly, which rang for at least two hours, but management and staff were not as competent when handling an emergency situation like that in my opinion. Guests of the hostel had to be waken up with a banging noise of alarm in the midst of their sleep and evacuated outside to stand still for 2 full hours with no explanation or compromisation. It has to be considered that all kinds of people are being hosted in this hostel, such as the elderly, the children, and also disabled people who cannot be put under that kind of stress and also deprivation of sleep. If compromisation of a late check-out was made with customers, it would at least compensate for the inconvenience it brought to people."

"It was the beginning of my trip to Italy. As it was the first time, I was nervous, and the price of the accommodation was relatively cheap, so I was worried a lot, but the facilities were better than expected and the manager Noel was really good. He also sincerely asked me to be careful of pickpockets, and he called us my friends and treated us so well!! When I checked out, I was so sorry that I left the steps.. Thanks to Noel manager, my trip in Venice will be more beautiful and memorable. Thank you 😁"

"Elena and Francesco at the front desk were incredibly warm and helpful, and we would like to express our gratitude to them! Their professional and patient service made us feel incredibly warm on a cold Venice night! In addition, the hotel facilities and environment were more modern than we had imagined."

"Very good hotel. New, fresh, clean, stylish design combined with ancient frescoes and modern materials. Space room.We had a standard two-bedroom.Very welcoming and responsive staff. All our requests were fulfilled. Good location of the hotel, it is kind of in the center but at the same time on a quiet street, there is no gust of tourists. I wish there were still dresses in the rooms, but their absence did not spoil our stay at the hotel. I will recommend it to my friends and acquaintances."

"Aside from the fact that you have to take a boat to get there, I was really happy with everything else. This place offers excellent value for money, especially compared to options on the main island. The beds have convenient nightlights and charging ports, and the privacy screens are a nice touch. I also appreciated how the beds are arranged to maximize privacy. My only minor complaint is that the lockers are under the bed, which isn't the most convenient."

"Facilities: There are basics, the location is close to the bus station, very convenient Hygienic: The room is neat and clean Service: The front desk is professional and welcoming, the service is thoughtful, and you can store your luggage for free. This is a good review."

"Чисто, безопасно, приветливый персонал , транспорт ходит прям до центра , нам все понравилось , номера очень большие"

"In addition to expensive, the air conditioner is sufficient and can be adjusted by yourself."

"I seemed to have a little bit of a 3 o'clock when I booked, but the accommodation in Venice was a bit too tight. The one I chose before ended the reservation several days in advance, and I had to choose this one. But the door was really beyond my expectations. The room was large, the bed was wider than the average youth travel, and the bathroom was quite large and very clean. And more importantly, its location is really good. Go left and turn to the Governors Square - Sigh Bridge, and turn right to the College Bridge. and! And! Air conditioning! ! !"
