"The staff were kind and helped carry our heavy luggage to our room. There's a rooftop terrace with a view of Tangier, which was a beautiful sight. The location is great, but it's also lively and noisy until late at night, and although the room is clean, it's old, so the humidity doesn't dissipate easily after showering, which was a bit of a drawback. However, it wasn't a major problem."

"My stay at Mamora Bay Hotel was exceptional. Located in Tangier’s historic old town, the hotel offers easy access to key attractions. The service was excellent—particularly from Mr. Tarik at reception, whose professionalism and hospitality stood out. Highly recommended."

"The hotel could be hardly central in the Medina of Tanger. It is built in traditional Riad style with typical indoors with Springs and very nicely furnished. The operators are very premature, friendly and helpful if there are questions or something is not suitable. Breakfast is recommended in any case. The situation in the middle of the Medina must be liked: it is very lively there, you have to do everything short and is in the middle of what is hardly known for rest. If you want to make a reservation, you will need to ask for this. But all in all we would go back to the Palace without hesitate."

"I really liked the hotel. Convenient location, close to all the beautiful places, especially the gorgeous view from the window. Woke up, and in front of you is such a beautiful picture. And for traveling people, the hotel is very convenient, close to the Tanger Ville Railway station, I did not even take a taxi, on foot from the hotel to the station leisurely 25 minutes."

"Overall, a positive experience staying at the hotel. I would gladly return. Special thanks for the free room upgrade. PROS: • Location and amenities: Wonderful location. Just a 7-minute walk to the promenade, and about 15 minutes to the beach (the sea). There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. • Room cleanliness and comfort: Impeccably clean! Crisp white linens, fresh towels, and a robe. The bed is very comfortable, and the total blackout curtains guarantee a great night's sleep. The room includes a safe, ironing board, and coffee and tea area (minibar is available for a fee). • Atmosphere and service: The building itself is constantly scented, and fresh, beautiful flowers delight the eye. The staff is very friendly. • Food: The buffet breakfasts are delicious, albeit repetitive (the selection remained virtually the same over the 6 days). CONS (didn't ruin my stay, but worth considering): • Soundproofing: Quite poor; you can hear your neighbors as if they were in your room. • Cosmetics: There is no body lotion or hair conditioner in the room. The shampoo bottle says ”with conditioner,” but in reality, it leaves my hair dry and has no conditioning effect. • Beach towels: Towels are provided only for the pool; taking them to the beach is strictly prohibited. • Pool: Unheated. At the end of September, the water was too cold for swimming. WHAT I REALLY DISLIKED: Complete disregard for the in-app chat. Before check-in and after booking, I asked several questions, but they were never answered. The communication system in this app with guests needs to be improved."

"I chose this hostel completely by chance. I was only staying in Tangier for one day, so I chose the cheapest hostel. I had no expectations, but it was amazing! The hotel management was very friendly, all the rooms I used were clean, and there was a separate, locked closet for storing your belongings! There was also a veranda. This hostel was truly a find! A fantastic place! I recommend it to everyone!"

"The room was booked with a description of what would be sea view, in fact gave a room with an indoor yard view. The bathroom smells of sewage and there is no hook for towels. In the closet there is one hanger for clothes. The only plus is the ocean across the road with the beach, you can walk or swim."

"A beautiful home that has incredible rooms. We stayed in the Rif suite which was beautiful, a lovely balcony in the afternoon sun and lots of space. Staff are wonderful, especially the gentleman who served us breakfast on the roof garden overlooking Tangier"
