"Old, simple, very basic, budget hotel. There is a coffee shop that is open in the morning, just 1 door away, along the main street. For dinner, you will have to walk slightly further away, towards the train station to get a large variety of stalls to choose from. This hotel does not have vehicle parking. You will have to park your car across the street in a paid parking area."

"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of eateries, shopping areas, and the railway station, right in the heart of town. The room was spacious and relatively clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room and common areas spotless throughout our stay. Toiletries, including bathroom slippers, were thoughtfully provided. My request for early check-in was not accommodated, and the luggage storage arrangement raised some concerns. Guest bags were placed in an open area beside the counter, with different staff attending to guests at different times. This made the process feel less secure, as it seemed easy for anyone to access or claim a bag without much verification. That said, considering the price point, I don’t have major complaints. If you’re looking for a simple, budget-friendly stay—especially if your main purpose is just to have a place to rest (e.g. before or after a hike)—this hotel does the job. For future visits to Kluang, I might explore other options for comparison, but overall this was an acceptable stay for what it offers."

Plus, I dont have to go far places to search a restaurant as the restaurant below the hotel, I would give 8.5 out of 10 for the taste. Near to the hotel, it is near to a shop and there is mini zoo about 3 minutes from there. The best about the mini zoo is the animal there are very tame. Suitable for adult and also kids."
