"Exterior looks run down, but glad the interior is well kept and clean. Need to take starts up to the lobby. (thank god no luggage carry) Room is pleasant, clean except the pillow is to high and hard. Area at night is pretty quite and male environment. Felt safe though. Alot of eateries , massage and e iconic Kluang Bridge was jus a walking distance."

"This hotel was a bit of a disappointment. It needs some renovation. Wall paper pealing off in the room and the carpets need replacing. Overall the beds were comfortable and clean. I don't think it was value for money though."

"We went to Kluang for some work, and the work couldn't be completed in one day, so we booked the hotel room on the same day of check in. We have got good price thru trip.com even though late booking. The room was very clean and neat. Toilet was also clean with good water pressure. The staff were friendly. Nice hotel with good location, near to a lot of eateries"

"The location is convenient with many shops nearby , they charge me for a stained towel, when I requested to take the towel they gave me a soaking wet towel which I highly suspected that they deliberately dropped the towel into the toilet bowl and gave it to me! I totally remembered that all the towels are dry because we didn’t use it at all that morning !"

"Nearby there are many nice restaurants. The room is very spacious. Unfortunately the aircon remote control is not working. Need to swift off entirely if too cold. Need to take stairs to go to our room on the 1st floor. Overall it was a good stay."

A good budget hotel on the main road. The staff is helpful and nice, they helped me to park my bicycle next to the reception for safety. Ideal for short stay. Room is clean and amenities are sufficient. The main problem is Internet does not work.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time recently. While it’s not located right in the town centre, the area is surprisingly convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby. It’s also just a short drive to Mount Lambak, which was a nice bonus. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the staff at the front desk were warm and helpful. The room was spotless, and the air-conditioning kept things comfortably cool throughout my stay. That said, there were a few safety concerns worth mentioning. The room didn’t have a peephole on the door, which felt like a small security oversight. The furniture was placed quite close to the bed, making it easy to bump into if you’re not paying attention. In the shower area, the floor tiles had raised edges that blended in with the rest of flooring easy to miss and potentially risky. A caution sign or a bright marking could help prevent accidents. Soundproofing could also be improved. I could hear noises from neighbouring rooms at night, which disrupted the others peaceful atmosphere. Despite these minor issues, my two-night stay was pleasant overall. I’d definitely consider coming back on my next visit.

It was a nice stay here, everything was in digital automatic operated, example, digital door lock, there are water dispenser. Just there is no elevator, not covenient for people who might having back injury, that not covenient to move heavy upstairs.
