"I recently stayed at Kluang Riverview Hotel and found it to be a fairly straightforward, no-frills option. The room was clean, neat, and functional—nothing premium, but perfectly acceptable for a short stay. The shower facilities were also clean and decent, and the hotel itself appears relatively new, which helps maintain a good overall standard. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. My request for early check-in was not accommodated, and the luggage storage arrangement raised some concerns. Guest bags were placed in an open area beside the counter, with different staff attending to guests at different times. This made the process feel less secure, as it seemed easy for anyone to access or claim a bag without much verification. That said, considering the price point, I don’t have major complaints. If you’re looking for a simple, budget-friendly stay—especially if your main purpose is just to have a place to rest (e.g. before or after a hike)—this hotel does the job. For future visits to Kluang, I might explore other options for comparison, but overall this was an acceptable stay for what it offers."

"For this kind of low price, for me this is very suitable for a short travel. Plus, I dont have to go far places to search a restaurant as the restaurant below the hotel, I would give 8.5 out of 10 for the taste. Near to the hotel, it is near to a shop and there is mini zoo about 3 minutes from there. The best about the mini zoo is the animal there are very tame. Suitable for adult and also kids."

"We went to Kluang for some work, and the work couldn't be completed in one day, so we booked the hotel room on the same day of check in. We have got good price thru trip.com even though late booking. The room was very clean and neat. Toilet was also clean with good water pressure. The staff were friendly. Nice hotel with good location, near to a lot of eateries"

A good budget hotel on the main road. The staff is helpful and nice, they helped me to park my bicycle next to the reception for safety. Ideal for short stay. Room is clean and amenities are sufficient. The main problem is Internet does not work.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time recently. While it’s not located right in the town centre, the area is surprisingly convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby. It’s also just a short drive to Mount Lambak, which was a nice bonus. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the staff at the front desk were warm and helpful. The room was spotless, and the air-conditioning kept things comfortably cool throughout my stay. That said, there were a few safety concerns worth mentioning. The room didn’t have a peephole on the door, which felt like a small security oversight. The furniture was placed quite close to the bed, making it easy to bump into if you’re not paying attention. In the shower area, the floor tiles had raised edges that blended in with the rest of flooring easy to miss and potentially risky. A caution sign or a bright marking could help prevent accidents. Soundproofing could also be improved. I could hear noises from neighbouring rooms at night, which disrupted the others peaceful atmosphere. Despite these minor issues, my two-night stay was pleasant overall. I’d definitely consider coming back on my next visit.

It was a nice stay here, everything was in digital automatic operated, example, digital door lock, there are water dispenser. Just there is no elevator, not covenient for people who might having back injury, that not covenient to move heavy upstairs.
