"The hotel is located in a commercial center featuring a grocery and a traditional mamak. Breakfast at the hotel on day 1 left much to be desired. It was a strange spaghetting in the morning type of thing. That aside, the mamak at the commercial center has a diverse spread of options and food is very affordable. I ate well during my stay here. Food quality improved in the coming days with Nasi Lemak on the breakfast offering."

The illuminated mirror was a great design, very helpful for anyone needing to put on makeup or get ready. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very responsive, making me feel right at home. The hotel's overall environment was quiet and comfortable, perfect for both relaxing and working. Moreover, both the public spaces and the overall hotel environment were quite spacious, contributing to a comfortable and relaxed stay. All in all, it's a highly recommended hotel with attentive service, excellent facilities, and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

I really love the self check-in machine easy to use and saves time. Most importantly, it is affordable and great value for money. "This was my first time staying at this hotel. Overall, the hotel was just okay. The bed, pillows, and mattress were very comfortable, and the room was quite spacious. The toilet and shower room were acceptable. However, I was surprised that there was no coffee or tea provided in the room. During my stay from the 9th to the 13th, there was no housekeeping service at all. The towels were a bit dirty, and I had to request a change. Drinking water was not topped up throughout my 5-day stay. Shower gel was not provided—only soap and shampoo—and these were also not replenished. I had to request two shampoo bottles from the staff on my third day. The original price for the stay from the 9th to the 13th was RM720. I managed to get a discount through Trip.com and paid RM313, with an additional RM20 paid directly to the hotel for tax. If you want it to sound more neutral, more firm, or more positive because of the price, I can tweak it further."

"Malaysia left a wonderful impression on me as a truly harmonious country. Everyone, from local Malays to Malaysian Chinese and even Indians, was incredibly friendly. When I first arrived, my English wasn't good enough to understand or speak properly. Thankfully, the front desk staff included Malaysian Chinese, which made communication virtually seamless. Later, when extending my stay, I used a translation app. The service was excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the bustling Sunway Pyramid mall and a rapid bus station. There's also a 24-hour restaurant downstairs. Even though it's open all day, people simply chat quietly while eating; there's no loud noise. It's very peaceful. The place is clean, hygienic, and quiet. I think it offers great value for money. Malaysians probably aren't used to drinking hot water, so there's no kettle in the room. However, there's a public water dispenser outside the room with filtered water, and you can even boil water there."

"Complaint regarding poor stay experience on May 29th, 2026 Dear Hotel Management Team, I am writing to bring to your attention some significant issues I encountered during my stay at your hotel on the night of May 29th, 2026, in Room 108 Firstly, I noticed that the bed sheets and duvet cover appeared to have not been changed prior to my arrival. Throughout the night, my skin – particularly on my legs – felt extremely itchy after coming into contact with the bedding, which caused considerable discomfort and disrupted my sleep. In addition to this, there was excessive noise disturbance from the adjacent room during the late hours of the night. Loud shouting and commotion occurred unexpectedly, and despite the disturbance being severe enough to wake me and prevent me from returning to sleep, no hotel staff member appeared to be on duty to address or manage the situation. This suggests that there may be gaps in your overnight staffing arrangements, and that standard cleaning protocols for guest rooms may not be properly enforced. I have always held your hotel in good regard, which is why I feel it is important to share this feedback with you. Such issues not only affect individual guests’ experience but also impact the reputation of your establishment. I hope you will conduct a thorough investigation into these matters, take appropriate action to rectify the problems, and ensure that proper procedures are in place to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
