"I recently stayed at Urbantel in Lucena and overall, it was a very good experience. The location is perfect — right at the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and key landmarks. It's very convenient whether you're visiting for business or leisure. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. I appreciated the minimalist design and the efficient use of space. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which is a big plus. The bathroom was also spotless and well-maintained, with strong water pressure and hot water available. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I also liked that they had security in place, which made me feel safe during my stay. One small area for improvement might be the parking, which can be a bit limited especially during peak hours. But overall, my experience at Urbantel was very pleasant, and I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Lucena. "The room is quite spacious na pwede ka pang magpaparty sa loob - ganun sya kaluwag kahit deluxe room sya. Medyo creepy nga lang since luma na rin ung establishment. Malapit lang kasi sa venue kaya un na rin kinuha ko at one night lang naman. Wala ring complimentary water and ung tooth brush napakanipis - worth the price naman."

"The experience was truly superb! We were picked up at the port right on time, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The receptionist was very kind and professional, and the chef did an amazing job. We didn’t bring any food and fully trusted the chef—and we’re so glad we did because the meals were absolutely delicious. We traveled as a big family with lots of kids and a senior, and even though the weather wasn’t great at the time, our stay still became the highlight of our trip. We will definitely be back again in the future. 😊"
