"ข้อดี - ทำเลดี ไปดูคอนดึกๆแล้วกลับมาพักได้สะดวก เดินไม่ไกล หาของกินง่าย มีร้านค้าของชุมชน มีoutlet มีห้าง cosmo (มีmax value เปิด24ชม.) มี7-11 ที่มีที่ให้นั่งกินข้าวได้ กลับดึกๆไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องของกินเลย ถ้าขี้เกียจเดิน หน้าคอนโด มีพี่วินมอไซค์ นั่งไปอิมแพคอารีน่า 20฿ - ห้องพักกลิ่นหอม ผ้าห่มกลิ่นหอม - มีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น - คนที่ซื้ออาหารขึ้นมากินมีจานชามช้อนส้อมแก้ว เครื่องทำร้อน และอุปกรณ์ล้างจานไว้ให้ ข้อเสีย - สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก น้อยมาก เทียบกับเจ้าอื่นในซี5 ด้วยกัน มีผ้าเช็ดตัว กับสบู่ล้างมือก้อนเล็กๆ 1 ก้อน กับน้ำเปล่า - ทีวีเปิดแล้วดูไม่ได้ เชื่อมต่ออะไรไม่ได้ - พื้นห้องมีความสกปรก เดินแล้วถุงเท้าดำมาก เคานเตอร์ในห้องน้ำก็มีฝุ่น นี่มองไม่เห็นวางเสื้อดำไป หยิบมาใส่ เสื้อเลอะไปหมด - มีตู้เสื้อผ้า แต่ไม่มีไม้แขวนให้สักอัน แถมผ้านวมสำรองที่อยู่ในตู้ คือไม่รู้ว่าไม่ได้เช็คหลังคนก่อนหน้าcheckoutรึเปล่า แต่มันกองสุมอยู่ในตู้ ใช้หรือยังไม่รู้ - ควรให้ทิชชู่แพคเล็กๆ ก็ยังดี อย่างน้อยก็เอาไว้เช็ดฝุ่น - ประตูเหล็กด้านนอกไม่มีแม่กุญแจแขวนล็อคอีกชั้น ถ้าออกไปข้างนอกคือล็อคแค่ลูกบิดอย่างเดียว ตอนก่อนเข้าพักก็สอบถามเรื่อง early checkin เผื่อมีใครออกก่อนหรือมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มก็โอเค แต่วันเข้าพัก 11.00 น. โทรไปเช็คก็แจ้งว่า ยังไม่มีคนออก ก็เข้าใจเพราะว่าเวลาcheckout คือ 12.00 น. แต่พอวันที่เราจะcheckout ก่อนเวลา 11.30 เจ้าของห้อง(หรือคนดูแลไม่รู้) มาเปิดประตูห้องเรา (เราไม่ได้ล็อคเพราะเพื่อนเพิ่งกลับเข้ามาจากไปซื้อของ) โดยไม่เคาะประตูด้วยซ้ำ มาเร่งเราบอกจ ะมีลูกค้าพักต่อ เราก็ถามไปว่า เวลาออกคือเที่ยงไม่ใช่หรอ เขาก็บอกว่าใช่ แล้วปิดประตู แล้วพอ 11.45 ก็เปิดเข้ามาอีก ไม่โอเคมากๆเลย ถ้าเราจะออกเราก็โทรไปแจ้งแล้ว หรือควรโทรมาเช็คก่อนไม่ใช่เปิดประตูเข้ามาเลยแบบนี้ แถมตอนจะเช็คอินทางนั้นหาเลขบุ๊คกิ้งเราไม่เจอ ถามเราว่ากี่เตียง เราตอบว่า 2 ก็ให้เราไปที่อีกชั้น (ไม่ได้แนะนำทางขึ้นด้วยว่าควรขึ้นลิฟต์ฝั่งไหน เพราะลิฟต์ที่นี่แยกชั้นคู่ ชั้นคี่) พอไปถึงห้องที่ได้คือ เตียงเดี่ยว2เตียง ซึ่งจริงๆ เราจองเป็นควีนไซส์ 2 เตียง แต่เรามาแค่2คน ก็เออไม่เป็นไรหรอก แต่ไฟไม่ติด สับเบรกเกอร์ก็ยังไม่ติด ไม่มีการมาเช็คห้องพักให้ก่อนเลย จนต้องโทรไปแจ้งอีกที ก็ได้เปลี่ยนห้อง เดินวนรอบตึก ได้เป็นเตียงควีน1 เดี่ยว1 ไม่ตรงกับที่จองก็จริง แต่เหนื่อยมาก ร้อน นาทีนี้ขอแค่เปิดแอร์ได้ก็พอ"

"It's like an apartment complex where Thai people live. The entrance is a little hard to find, but there are restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and a motorbike taxi stand nearby so it wasn't a problem. It's well-cleaned, but the facilities are old (especially the bathroom), so some people may find them difficult to get used to. The beds are quite hard. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Impact Arena. I was refused a ride by a motorbike taxi on my way home from an event, so I recommend walking. Overall, I was satisfied."

"Great for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it. Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too. There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go. You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.) The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok."

"For anyone attending events at Impact Arena who wants an affordable stay (if booked in advance) but doesn't want to risk the scary *Popula* condos, I highly recommend this place. It's right on Chaeng Watthana Road, about an 8-minute walk to the Pink Line BTS station (or one bus stop away). There's a 7-Eleven about a 5-minute walk away, a 'Mookata' (Thai BBQ) place at the entrance of the alley, and it's not far from Lotus's and Chan Avenue (a 10-minute walk). If you don't have a car, you can walk as described above. To get to Impact, you can call a Grab Saver for around 30+ baht, or if there are two of you, take a taxi which can drive along the canal. For the return trip, you can take the BTS or a car along the canal and walk back a short distance. Late check-in is available, with a guard on duty. The room and bed were clean and odorless, and the bathroom was also clean, though the shower pressure was a bit weak, even on the second floor. Outside noise wasn't an issue, both from outside the building and within. I couldn't hear the neighbors, so the soundproofing is excellent. However, the mini-fridge was noisy 😂. At first, I thought it was my neighbor repeatedly closing their bathroom door, but listening closer, it was definitely the fridge. They provide two small bottles of drinking water daily, tissues, a bath towel, and a hand towel. Hairdryers need to be signed out from reception. There are elevators on every floor, which is very convenient. Overall, I loved it! Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back."

"Good, but the room is not soundproof. You can hear people outside. There is an elevator, but you have to walk up one step of stairs first. There is a parking lot. The staff provides good service. It is near Impact and there is a car to pick you up."
