"The room was clean and tidy. The TV did not work because it had been unplugged. Front desk was not pleasant and gave us a very hard time about a Service dog. Very condescending and demanded to see the paperwork for the service dog. After showing him the doctor letter, he asked, ”How do I know this isn't a fake?”. I was stunned and offended. I told him he was welcome to call the physician to verify in the morning. He was then educated as to the Americans Disability Act, and my willingness to pursue this if we were turned away or charged extra. Not friendly. We will stay somewhere else next time in Ft Worth. "
